Update: I wanted to completely update my experience with this branch. After an initial inventory…read moremix-up left me with a long drive and a lot of frustration, the branch manager, Don, heard about the error and reached out to me personally. He went absolutely above and beyond what was expected. Not only was he able to source and get the correct 8-foot Hasegawa platform ladder in record time, but he also gave me a generous discount to make up for my trouble and travel time. As a former retailer myself, I can say without a doubt that this is exactly how you turn a frustrated customer into a customer for life. Genuine accountability and top-tier customer service. Highly recommend!

While I understand there are those who do not believe the science of COVID, it seems to me from a business position, the sales person working with me would want to wear a mask when I expressed concern that she did not. I have lost a friend and have family members still reeling from the virus; I have a condition that requires I be careful. Therefore, from plain old ethical 'business practices' when I expressed concern a second time on the phone discussing my purchase receipt, the salesperson slammed me with her response. It was insulting. She let me know that my concern was insignificant because "there's all sorts of information out there." I bought a floor piece that day for a great price. I was going to order much more furniture and lots and lots of window coverings! What happened to good old fashioned service to the customer? I guess this EA doesn't need business. The 2 stars are for the gentleman, Bob, who called me very soon after my purchase to set up a delivery AND for respectfully wearing a mask at my home. Thank you, Bob and your assistant. I am grateful for your professionalism.

They said it would be a 1-week for it to come it. So, after having done prep work to have pressure washed, still waiting around for more than 1 week, I call back, they said it was not in yet. I end up waiting more than 2 weeks. Luckily, I was in the Sacramento area where there are many SW stores. The other SW store had a professional attitude, wasn't acting like they were owed something from me before properly serving me, were informative on the base colors, cost, and were friendly. I would not come here again if I didn't have to and would stick to Home Depot who have a great system or some other place. Don't let people disrespect you or act like you owe them something.
