If you have painted you know that there are a million color options and they can look different in different lighting. Cody and the staff were so helpful in narrowing down our options. They asked questions to better understand our situation and then let us have a couple sample colors to put on our walls to decide on what color we wanted. I was so grateful for that since my favorite color on a swatch wasn't my favorite on the wall. After deciding on the color they helped us pick out the type of paint. I am so glad we went with scuff x for the walls because that extra protection will help our walls looking nicer longer! I am so glad I got the experts opinions that way the paint job will last longer, but when it is time to paint again I will be driving back over the Knights paint and getting the assistance of their friendly experts!

Nice man helped me find an item that was damaged but good for me. He asked another guy about it and said a price- ask for him at checkout. Did, and man 2 provided it. Then some other random guy pops up and states they don't do that, and proceeds to totally change the price. Turns out he's manager. Here's a tip from a former store manager and supervisor. You wait until the customer leaves. Then you educate your team about the correct protocol for the future. Instead, you chose to embarrass your customer, make the cashier forget to enter the discount at all AND lose at least one customer. [From Google Reviews]…read more Horrible customer service. No communication. Been waiting weeks to get my floor fixed. Everything was great until we got to the installer point. We had no idea when they were going to do it as they haven't contacted us at all. Then randomly one day we get a message, "hey are you free right now?" Like are you serious? I just moved into the new house and haven't moved the boxes out of the way. Luckily I just got off work and was able to move the boxes out of the way and do the install, but there was no communication of "hey what time and day works for you?" Like what? We were completely in the dark. After the floors were installed, in every room (3 rooms) there were air bubbles in the floor or something because when I walk over it, it feels like an air bubble. We have a slab foundation so there should be no creaking (correct me if I'm wrong). Not only that but the caulking applied to the baseboards was just smeared all over the wall. There's also a bump underneath the vinyl, like they left a screw or something underneath it. It's like cracking through the vinyl board now. Overall the job was messy and did not look good at all. When you're paying 4k+ for some new floors, this is very disappointing. Been on customer service for weeks with Jared, all he tells me is that the contractor will contact me within 5 business days. It's been more than 5 days and he tells me YET AGAIN to wait 5 more business days. Mind you, I waited more than that because I wanted to give the contractor a couple more days. So in reality it was more like 8-9 days the first time and 6-7 days the second time. He finally promotes my case to the higher ups. Now I'm with someone named Omar who is handling my case. Once again no communication apart from the automated messages. I've emailed him 3 times. No response. At least I was getting somewhat of a response with Jared. TLDR: Bad communication, Horrible job, Worst customer service. Will never go through, or recommend LLFlooring.

I have…read moretried reaching out to "David Garrick", the President & CEO of Devon's but my request goes into deaf ears. We have done all of our jewelry business through Devon's for over 35+ years. It only takes one bad experience to ruin all the good ones. This one cost me $475.00 and surely when Sandy says, " let me know what I can do to make this up" she sure as hell isn't gonna credit me or give me the money I lost because of their screw up!!!! For our anniversary, my husband bought me a set of diamond earrings many years ago. Every anniversary for 3 years he would trade them in for a bigger diamond earrings set. Fast forward.... Recently we traded in my wedding set because ever since the prongs were redone on my current set and the prongs would get caught and snag things and my clothing. Even after having it sent back to have the prongs smoothed down. When we traded my set in for the new set we had extra credit and decided to purchase a set of 14k gold Diamond earrings as a gift. The Diamond earrings were never given as a gift. So, we decided to trade the 14k gold Diamond earrings and my current white gold earrings in for a nicer set of earrings. Two employees, Karen and another guy could not find my older Diamond earrings in their system. I even told him to ask Sandy the manager she will remember. They kept saying, I didn't buy them there, I had to have purchased them somewhere else. I called back a couple days later and they still couldn't find anything. I wound up selling the newer 14 karat gold diamond earrings on Facebook marketplace and lost money on them. Because I don't wear yellow gold and I could not return them because it was four months after the purchase and there return policy is 30 days. Fast forward.... I was shopping for a set of birth stone earrings for a gift. While in the mall I briefly glanced at Devon's and seen Sandy (the manager) was working. I shared my recent experience with her and and how her employee said I never bought my diamond earrings there. Sandy explained something was going on with their system and found all 3 purchases of my diamond earrings in the system. I shared again how her employees, very adamant about how I did not buy them there. The last pair of diamond earrings she said were in her system as yellow gold, but my earrings are white gold. Same exact size and everything else. I may have had them put in the white gold setting years ago, but it would have been done through Devon's which they should have had a record of that. The following day Sandy called me with all the proof and verified, yes my earring were reset in WG by Devon's. (Photo of record attached) Karen was present and I told her she owed me an apology for being so adamant that I never bought my earrings there. Karen started acting dumb and making faces like she had absolutely no clue what was going on, let alone being any part of it. THAT PISSED ME OFF! So I walked out of the store. To NEVER return again! Sandy called me minutes later on my phone offering to make it right with the birthstone earrings that I was shopping for. A bit reluctant, I went back to Devon's and looked at the birthstone earrings. I did not feel good vibes at all and definitely wasn't getting any good deals she offered. I never got an apology, lost money because of it. I left and bought the birthstone earrings elsewhere. Its unfortunate I have to return every 6 months to keep up my warranty. But, I will NEVER give Devon's my business again!!!!

Sure enough, ring was still too big for me once returned and I didn't want to pay for a second resize so I've been living with a ring adjuster on ever since. I went back in Jan and was met with a very condescending attitude by the male working when I asked about adding sizing beads to my ring. It was clear he did not want to do them and quoted me $200. He was very pushy about me having my bands soldered together and resized (clearly there is some self-serving reason he wanted me to do so based off his attitude and persistence, maybe it voids my ring warranty or something). I do not always wear my rings together. Like the other reviewer, I happily forfeit my warranty by having the beads added for $50 at another jeweler where I'll take my business moving forward. :)

I dropped off the printer at the end of…read moreJanuary, but was not issued a receipt showing what I left, the date of estimated diagnostic, or the customer's description of the problem (electric in nature). The drop-off payment receipt said only, "Express Item - Base Price." I was told they couldn't get to the printer until the following Monday. I called on Tuesday and was told something like, "I didn't say Monday. I said Wednesday. You said you weren't in a rush, and you were going out of town." I had never said I was going anywhere. Then I waited: Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun, and called on the following Monday. I had also said I wanted a diagnostic report before authorizing repair. There was no forthcoming call or email on the status of the Canon printer. I called on Monday (that is 1 wk. after the initial, promised review date) to say that if they weren't going to get to the printer, I would like to pick it up with a possible refund of the $50 drop-off fee. I would take the printer elsewhere. Bob said: there wasn't a problem with the machine; they cleaned it and left it "on" over the weekend; I owed the balance of $50 for the service fee; they don't repair machines for free. I picked up the printer later on Monday morning: Bob said they weren't charging the extra $50 repair fee after all. I asked for a demo to make sure the issue was corrected; Bob refused and loaded the printer in my car. I was asked to sign a final receipt saying that "customer refused to pay our fee of $100." I refused to sign the final receipt because I never refused to pay their fee. I only wanted 1) a correct diagnostic, 2) within the stated timeframe, and 3) an estimate of charges before authorizing repair. On the final receipt, there is no written statement corroborating what Bob told me over the phone. That is, there is no description of any work that was performed: no "cleaning," finding "dirty rollers," or "did not find any electrical problem." Basically, I paid $50 for my printer to sit in their office for 1 week. Summary: not forthright in communication, in written documentation, or in repair.
