Friendly & Professional. An AC repairman fell through our ceiling. Unfortunately this is the second time we had sheetrock damage from an AC repair. The first time was with another AC repair company. They hired a handy man( I think ‍) It took multiple trips from other companies to repair the bad repair. So we were very nervous about this repair from second indecent. Walgamuth came out after the dry wall to asses the repairs and match paint. The guys that came out we're friendly, professional and assured us that they would do what it takes make sure that we were happy with they repair. The repair was in the center of a very large room & entry way. The fact the they listen to our concerns and explained their process made this so much less stressful than our previous experience with what I assume was an unlicensed painter the other AC company hired. We had Walgamuth paint the exterior of our house recently. We had to get in line a few months ago and as soon as the weather permitted they began., I was very impressed with the job they did. Very thorough, top quality! I would definitely recommend you ad them to your list for quote and consider them for the job. I do not think they were the cheapest we could have gotten but they left with no paint spashes, nothing out of place and a great job. We have had them do inside jobs too. The guys from Walgamuth painting were great! They came out to paint the metal roof on my 35 year old two story log house. They were confident and friendly and worked hard and laughed and talked amongst themselves as if they actually liked working together. i trusted them so much that i left on errands or trike rides and left the house open (so they could use the restroom) and didn't worry about getting ripped off! The finished job looks great... and they assured me if i saw anything that needed fixing they'd be back to fix it! I don't know if i paid too much... but it was worth it! read more

My realtor suggested Elastomeric paint because of its superior protection and long life. I spoke with the paint experts at Redding's paint stores to find a painter who could work with that paint. Three of the experts put Walgamuth at the top of their list and recommended that I avoid any painter who has not had a lot of experience with that type of paint. Walgumuth exceeded my expectation. Donn spent extra time with me to make modifications that turned out looking beautiful and unique. I enjoyed watching the way the crew worked as a team. My daughter used Walgamuth for the interior of her home and she was as pleased as I was with the exterior work they did for me. Subsequent to painting, I have used Walgamuth to powerwash two rentals that are located near the ACID canal and are attractive to spiders and their over the top spider webs. Walgamuth's finished our house today, if I could give them 10 stars I would. They came highly recommended. The wait was a few months but it was well worth it. I was very impressed with the whole experience. The initial quote was done I think by the owner who really took the time to look at our stucco and talk about options with us as we have one problem wall that gets beat by the sun and rain, he was very honest and informative. Michelle in the office was great, always friendly and helpful, I was planning on painting a different accent color myself on my front door, she had the paint here the next day and the guys painted it for me. As for the guys that did the job, they all worked SO HARD and they were always professional and just so nice and accommodating. My husband and I both, were very impressed. Walgamuth just wrapped up painting our house and several out buildings and I couldn't be more pleased. William managed a crew of four and and with the exception of a 30-minute lunch break, they were constantly painting, cleaning, etc. William pointed out things to me that he could paint that would make the house look nicer (like the foundation). He also took the time to paint an old wooden bench on my front porch. He helped me come up with the color for my front door for which I was extremely grateful and it does look fabulous and painted the star above the door to match! We contacted Walgamuth for an estimate to paint the exterior of our home. We clearly stated we would confine our dog to allow the estimator access into the yard and to the house for his inspection. He stated he would be by the house at approximately 10am the following day. After several calls to his office he did not return our calls himself but instead had his office staff relay to us that he looked at the house from the street (approximately 40' distance) and quoted a verbal dollar figure. No written quote. No estimate on a professional business form. Nothing. We have always heard great consumer reviews on Walgamuth, however this experience will direct us to use another painting company. read more
