Oh my gosh, where do I start? Eric returned my call promptly to have my house painted. He showed up on schedule and brought a color palette with him. We hired him on the spot. My wife and I chose a color and Eric brought a sample pained on cardboard and painted a swatch on the house as well. The color we chose ended up being a shade too bright and we called to go down one shade. No fuss no muss Eric started the process over. Now my wife has been ill so she chose a bright cheery color that reminded her of our cruise to the Caribbean. Why does this matter? Funny thing is that when he started one of my neighbors stopped and asked if he had any influence in our color choice. Job done nlm Anyhow Eric spend 2 days power washing scraping and sanding. He gave us a roll of tape and asked us to mark any spots we thought needed attention, there were none. Eric has followed up twice now and is adamant he stands behind his work. Eric painted our house for us and was friendly, efficient, and professional. He uses Sherwin-Williams paints and brought us a large paint swatch fan to use for choosing colors. After we chose colors he brought us small paint samples and large cardboard panels painted with our chosen colors so we could be sure about our selections. Our house is fairly small but we have several trees and plants. He covered everything and ensured there was no damage. It came out even better than we imagined. We had Eric and his crew paint the exterior of our single story house and a pool fence. It took about 3 days. Couldn't believe how fast the work was done, and in the end it was gorgeous. We love Eric and Inspire Painting! In the summer of 2018 in the midst an interior remodel we also decided to paint the exterior of our 2 story home and Eric at Inspire Painting was highly recommended. After looking at proposals from Precision and a few others in the community we decided to go with Eric and it was the best decision we could have made. He came out and looked at the house, gave us a very reasonable estimate, made some recommendations and as soon as we picked the colors he was off like a rocket. He was very conscientious and you can tell he took pride in his work. He pressure washed the entire house, re-primed what needed priming and replaced portions of trim that needed replacing. He took great care removing Carriage lights, plant hangars, and even removed my outdoor speakers and spray painted them to match the exterior of the house as I had asked. At one point he noticed a couple of broken clay tiles on my roof, he saw I had spares in the shed and without even being asked to do so, replaced them. For five days he was there at the crack of dawn and worked into the early evening. Each night when he left he did a great job of cleaning up. My wife would refer to him as Spiderman (Lol). He promised he would finish in 5 days and he finished in 5 days. He meticulously reinstalled and replaced everything he removed before paint and our house looked fantastic when he was finished. He left me with a roll of tape so I could spend a week or so walking around marking spots he needed to fix or touch up. After a few days I couldn't find anything. He had done such a great job masking and cutting his lines that there was simply nothing he needed to fix. When he stopped by a few days later to touch things up, I asked if he would paint the outdoor towel cabinets and changing room I had just finished building by the pool and he did so. In one afternoon! For weeks after that neighbors or people walking their dogs would stop us in the yard and ask who we used to paint the house. My wife and I were completely satisfied by the work that was done by Eric and Inspire Painting and would highly recommend he and his company. It's rare these days to find someone with a work ethic like Eric's and it really comes through in his attention to detail and the pride he takes in doing a good job. To be completely honest, when he was done we paid him over and above the what we owed him because we saw the effort he made and it showed in the results. I would have posted this sooner but after finishing our house Eric was taking on a large project that was going to take him a year so I wasn't compelled to do it until now. It's been a year since he painted our house and we're just as happy with the results now as we were then. I will try to post some photos but it really doesn't do his work justice. Eric and his crew did a spectacular job! We were very impressed with their work ethics, demeanor and friendliness. They are willing to work with us each step of the way. We are extremely happy with their conscientious work. Showed up each day at least 20 minutes before 7AM. I insisted that they start working at 8AM so on that day they started out at o800AM. Day 2, he was here to start the job at 7AM and so for the rest of the week. I guess he knows what works well for him and his crew.
