Well, I'm here to tell you: get off at exit 148 and prepare to have your mind blown. The food is amazing. Well-spiced, the naan is fresh, the biryani magical, and everyone is nice. The restaurant itself is a food truck attacked to a giant car port, housed under a giant yellow tent. This sounds weird, but as my photos will show, it's actually incredible. We were there on a grubby 45° February day and you'd hardly know it, chowing down in there on the brightly colored picnic tables atop a well manicured lawn of artificial grass, as trucker after trucker came through to pick up their food. The experience was sublime. You'll discover plenty of unique places to eat out there in this big weird world, and one day I hope you'll find yourself under a yellow tent in the middle of a parking lot full of idling big rigs eating samosas across from someone you're happy to drive across Missouri with, because it's these small joys that make eating your way through life so meaningful.

We have several people stopping by to make sure everything was good. Pay attention to the menu as one side is vegetarian options while the other side is not. We had Gobi Manchurian as an appetizer, garlic naan, I had butter chicken and chicken tikka masala. Everything was served hot and was sooooo delicious.
