You can see that the picture has all of it clean and not used in the middle of the lunch day. They also were out of various ingredients to make some of the dishes. While this is occasionally the fault of just not knowing what you need by the manager that does the ordering... it is normally a bigger problem and one that points to a place that is financially failing. A good enchilada always has cheese... regardless of what meat you choose. My grandma ordered crunchy beef tacos and said she liked them and the big Horchata was amazing. Seeing as how this is in another town from where I live, about 30 min, I won't go out of my way to go back. And if I find myself in Centralia again, I would probably choose a different restaurant.
