The cooks did what they could with what they had but it still just was ok at best and not worth the price. The Ugly: The place was devoid of drinks. According to one of the staff they had not gotten their soda order in. But, they also had NONE of their bar drinks or mixer drinks. You can see that the picture has all of it clean and not used in the middle of the lunch day. They also were out of various ingredients to make some of the dishes. While this is occasionally the fault of just not knowing what you need by the manager that does the ordering... it is normally a bigger problem and one that points to a place that is financially failing. I hope that I am wrong and that they were just having an off day. The other reviews seem to point toward a fairly good restaurant so hopefully someday I'll be able to adjust this review.

The last time I ordered, they put a hard shell item in the same container with an enchilada and the shell was soggy as was the lettuce. The item should be in its own container so the lettuce stays crisp and the sour cream doesn't melt and get warm. Service is below average. Not being from area, I've never experienced a business that doesn't present you with your pick up order, but rather they assume you will go to a booth and "pick a bag" after paying. I stood at counter the first time I ordered from there and the gal pointed to a booth across from the counter where there were bags of food sitting on seats and on table. It's the most unprofessional and non-customer service behavior for a restaurant to have and not appealing in the least. They should get your food order and hand it to you. After my most recent call to place yet another order after consistently being a customer despite the poor quality of food and service, they quoted me yet another out of the sky price for my same food order. I said never mind and I've never ordered from them again. They lost my business.
