Not being from area, I've never experienced a business that doesn't present you with your pick up order, but rather they assume you will go to a booth and "pick a bag" after paying. I stood at counter the first time I ordered from there and the gal pointed to a booth across from the counter where there were bags of food sitting on seats and on table. It's the most unprofessional and non-customer service behavior for a restaurant to have and not appealing in the least. They should get your food order and hand it to you. After my most recent call to place yet another order after consistently being a customer despite the poor quality of food and service, they quoted me yet another out of the sky price for my same food order.
