You must give this a try! There is a small parking lot behind the building and on street parking. We arrived at 6pm and seated in a timely fashion. Staff was so helpful and kind. We have several people stopping by to make sure everything was good. Pay attention to the menu as one side is vegetarian options while the other side is not. We had Gobi Manchurian as an appetizer, garlic naan, I had butter chicken and chicken tikka masala. Everything was served hot and was sooooo delicious. I've ordered take out from Indian Grill House a dozen times. Now, I'm a bit of an Indian food connoisseur... well, an ameatur connoisseur. I travel frequently and always order Indian food- as up until recently, Quincy did not have an Indian restaurant. When Indian Grill House opened both my husband and I were ecstatic- as we had hoped for a local Indian place ever since we moved here in 2019. We swore even if the food was lackluster, we'd loyally support the place, just to keep Indian food accessible to us. When I tell you that Indian Grill House has better Indian food than Seattle, Chicago, New York- I mean it. And I'm as suprised as you are. A high quality genuinely authentic full-of-flavor Indian place in lil ole' QUINCY? Yes. Butter chicken to DIE for- literally. It's ruined other Indian places for me! Now when I travel, I find myself disappointed in other Indian food, and craving my hometown take-out. Their curry is immaculate. The naan is always fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked. And everyone I've spoken to agrees- just universal praise for any dish they've tried. What an absolute treasure to come to Quincy. Every single take-out meal is worth the price (which is a bit high for Quincy). The food is always hot and spiced to the level you requested (You want mild- they give you mild. You want your mouth to actually be on fire, they'll do that too.) All of our kids love the food as well. Any chicken meal, in particular, is a big fave with our kids. Their goat meat was one of the first foods our baby-led weaning 11 month old ate! I can't speak to the customer service or dining-in experience, as I've only done take-out. But the food alone is worth every star I'm giving. You will not be disappointed. read more

Wife's a chef ,point of view. We have a difficult time going out to eat because we expect fresh well chosen food. We want a talented chef with a developed palate. Food is an experience not just survival. This place only uses fresh ingredients and they pay close attention to the quality and care of the meat. The marinade of the chicken and goat was among the best Indian food we had anywhere. They are very cognizant of their spices heat and allow you to add it yourself. Hands down my favorite buttered chicken! The amazing flavor will stay with you long after eating it. Try their homemade Indian tea for a unique flavor that helps you feel closer to a land far from here. My wife (the chef) loved everything, her dish was Goat Korma and watching her truly savoring each bite was most enjoyable for me. The children (ages 5 and 9) are without hesitation! Much nicer atmosphere inside than I thought! Comfortable enough for my young children to be here even though it is a bar as well; which means you can have a glass of wine with your meal. This review is for Take Out and will be revised after we have a sit down meal. I'm so happy they're here but whenever I've been by they've been packed! Even the takeout I came back later to pick up. Garlic naan - delightful. Comfort food. Gobi 65 - it's flavorful but I was expecting it to be akin to Gobi Manchurian and it is not. Flavor is good, but not a great textural experience if that matters to you. Chicken kebab- This was excellent. Been here several times each time ordering a different item. It's all been delicious. The servers and cooks are friendly and accommodating to spice level and dietary needs. Favorite so far is Aloo Gobi and the garlic naan. So happy to have authentic Indian cuisine in Quincy read more

This is a Quincy gem and we are so happy this established decided to settle in this community. It's the only place in the area I can get a goat dish- goat curry and goat kormah. I love them both. So glad we finally got an Indian restaurant in Quincy! I've been dying for one for years and always wondered with all the Indian doctors around Quincy and Hannibal w hy there wasn't one. The two guys who opened this one are both married to Indian doctors who went to work here, and since they both had restaurant experience they opened Indian Grill. The food is just amazing. I tried a number of different things and all were delicious. Service was perfect, nice atmosphere. Amazing what they've done to the interior of this place. It's quite pleasant inside. Final note, I had an Indian friend along who was so helpful explaining various dishes, she loves the place as well. And if you don't have an Indian friend to bring, I observed the wait staff patiently explaining various choices to people and making recommendations. Food was excellent and portion sizes were generous. I had tiki masala chicken with naan and samosas. All some of the best I've had. Downgrades are 1) service - friendly but slooow and not so much the food prep but we waited 10 minutes for menus and just everything took longer than it should (had to go find someone to get leftover box and check). This was lunch hour and you're gonna be pressed to have it in an hour with any drive there 2) pricey for lunch (and for this area) - nearly $30 for an entree, small appetizer, and naan (all priced separately) with tap water to drink. Nearly all entrees $20 and no lunch menu. Good atmosphere. Fixes would be easy enough. Would go back but not often. read more
