It was cool to watch our dumplings being made (I asked if I could take the pictures). There is an art to making noodles and dumplings and they know here. We ordered a chicken noodle soups, Sichuan Dan Dan noodles, soup dumpling. The Sichuan Dan Dan noodles were very spicy, but a real chili flavoring to the spice, not just heat. The noodles were fresh and not too soft. The chicken soup was excellent and when I added the chili oil, it was excellent! The soup dumplings were so delicious, not too think, filled well, and very tasty. This is a real gem of a place with authentic noodles and dumplings with excellent, friendly service. I never feel like I am being overcharged for what I get either. Going to eat for sushi can feel like that sometimes. The quality of the food is great and everything is always aesthetically pleasing as well. I had their avocado bomb on my last visit and I was delightfully surprised with it. I like avocado in most cases, but sometimes, it can be a lot at one. I thought this was going to be like that when I saw it, but I was wrong. I look forward to getting one of these on my next visit! On my last visit my friend and I saved room for a dessert, one that we saw rotating on their screens that they have in the restaurant showcasing some of the menu items.
