I like the idea of a food hall type place. I looked around and decided I wanted ramen. Staff were okay not very friendly but did the job of taking my order. Had to wait a bit, but not too long but long enough to make you wish they were faster. There are multiple places to order food here so there is plenty of seating. I recently got the curry chicken at Naruto and it was pretty solid. It's really convenient spot in the 505 food hall and worth a try. Overall the food was good, but there are a few spots around the same price point that offer chicken curry that I'd rank a bit higher. Maybe best to stick to the ramen, but nonetheless, a great option for a nice meal to warm you up in this chilly weather. First dinner in downtown Albuquerque on Central Ave, and first meal in 7 hours. Ate at the food court at 505 Central Ave, which featured burgers, pizza, fried chicken, and ramen? Fast food setting, where you order at the counter, get a number, and wait for the waiter to bring your meal to your table, chosen by you. About half a dozen restaurants in this food court. Ramen selections include Naruto ramen, black Tonkotsu ramen, curry ramen, Tonkotsu ramen, miso ramen, vegan ramen. Non ramen selections include fried rice with pork, curry rice, spicy salmon, chicken kaarage, kaiso salad, edamame, Takoyaki octopus dumplings, vegetable egg roll, and goyza . 3% surcharge if paying by credit card, which reminds you that you are no longer in California, which prohibits credit card surcharges. Takes a good 15 minutes for our food to cook. $15.95 Naruto ramen came served with a disposable spoon, and disposable chopsticks. Loved the 5 pieces of Chashu pork with a minimum of fat, and mostly meat. The half hard boiled egg, green onions and bamboo shoots added to the flavor of the chicken broth Wife had the $12.95 black Tonkotsu which came with black garlic oil, single Chashu pork, green onions, bamboo shoots, and half an egg. She ate it all, even the pork broth, which is a rarity, as usually she finds the broth too salty. We shared the $11.95 bowl of fried rice with pork, large serving, which came with green onions, scrambled egg, and white onions. We had gotten up at 4am to catch a 7am flight out of San Jose, and had split an omelete at Long Beach airport at 9am, before coming for dinner here. We wanted to go somewhere with lots of options for our group, and 505 Central Food Hall is perfect for this. My son loves the Naruto Ramen and I really enjoyed the Naruto Roll. They were great with our modifications and the sushi was fresh and delicious. It was a little hard to find a table because this place was bustling on a Thursday evening! The brown curry is perfect with the white rice, soft boil eggs and veggies it accompanies. Also loved the ramen choices. 3. My first visit to this restaurant located in the Food Court. It was part of my First Friday Artwalk evening. I had vegan ramen in miso broth. It included serving of tofu. i have never had issues with this place , it was actually my favorite place to study and eat until the last two times i visited (both this last week) first, i ordered the miso ramen, which was bland in flavor (never tasted this way before) and had a hair in it midway through eating. i had it replaced because i was still hungry and it tasted the same... bland. they kept pushing the check even though i wasnt finished with my food and ignored my experience overall. which was TERRIBLE as a business. secondly, today i went again with another person, as we sat the person asked if they could clean the table and the waiter asked "is it dirty?" and just motioned for us to move instead of cleaning it. ‍ i ordered the miso no issues, but their food (chicken) tasted like raw meat and terrible. the waiter said it was a new recipe and took it off our check but the rest of the day the person threw up the orange sauce that came with the plate and had stomach aches. will not be coming back and leaving this review on both platforms. Tried this ramen joint inside the 505 central food hall and was really impressed with the quality of the ramen. The broth was fatty and flavorful, the pork had a really nice char on the outside and the noodles and egg were cooked really nice. Really great flavors and good prices as well! read more

First time visiting the 505 Central Food Hall but definitely familiar with this Naruto Ramen place. I've enjoyed the location on Central across from University of New Mexico and at Sawmill Market. They never disappoint! Parking is a little hard to find if you're not familiar with the area. Before entering the food hall, you have to get your temperature checked. Which is a safety precaution since I did visit during these uncertain times. If there is a Naruto nearby, I will go get me some ramen. Ramen is my favorite! Today, I got the Tonkotsu Ramen. So delicious and I definitely enjoyed my meal with some cerveza from Moonwalk Bev. I received good customer service, which is hard to come by these days. Don't let the size surprise you. This bowl of ramen is actually very filling. I actually split this bowl with a friend and we both ended up full and I would like to think that we both eat a decent amount. Disappointing is the first word that comes to mind. We got to the counter and were told that there would be a 10-15 minute wait because the single employee was having HIS lunch. Everyone is entitled to eat...but I've never heard of a restaurant turning away paying customers because employees were eating. We decided to wait and were finally able to order. I got the Miso Ramen, which was ok, but not particularly interesting or well seasoned. I paid $10 for a bowl of lots of noodles, a single slice of pork, and half an egg. Yawn... While we waited for our meal we were seated very close to the food stall and when our food was ready the employee put it out on trays but never let us know it was there. I'm so glad we decided to head downtown and try Naruto. I was excited to find a ramen place with vegetarian/vegan options. It was so delicious. The man making the ramen made veggie miso for my kids and he made the curry with vegetable broth for me. It was spicy, flavorful and filling. We will be back! read more

Authentic Japanese ramen noodle house but in the 505 Central Food Hall. First, this space is super beautiful and has authentic Japanese touches like live edge wood counters and burned wood siding. The sign is very cool too, hand carved out of a slab of wood. The detail that went into this is impressive. I've already eaten here about 5 times in such a short span. I've had many of the ramen dishes but I think I'll review the Miso Ramen here. It's a classic and I love it. Comes with pork, a boiled egg and just the best broth out there. We had high hopes I guess. We ordered online and were pleased to see our order was ready when we arrived. But once we got home, we realized that the chile I asked for was not included - nor was the brisket that we added to one bowl. They also completely forgot our order of Chicken Carage and didn't let us know until later that it was refunded. We also received the extra noodle which was filled about 1/4 of the container.
