I've been ordering, from , off-and-on for about a year, and have loved their food. Flash forward to Feb 2026, and I'm now working on losing weight, so I ordered the teriyaki chicken. "Grilled marinated chicken tossed in a sweet-homemade teriyaki sauce." The menu says nothing about the chicken being coated in a "light batter." I called the restaurant told them that I was expecting just grilled marinated chicken, not with a batter. The gentleman who answered the phone, said they've been meaning to take that off the menu. I've seen this item on the Grubhub and restaurant menu before, just didn't order it, and it never said anything about it being battered. So, apparently it's not all that important to change being as the description hasn't changed in all these months. My order was refunded, and I greatly appreciate that, I now need to find something else to eat tonight. Had I been physically able to get in my car, and drive to the restaurant to ask how they prepare their food I would've done that instead of going through a delivery service. read more

Called in an order to pick up pick up to take home. I was a bit concerned that part of my order was done but it still took an additional 30 minutes for the entire order to be complete. I ordered an egg drop soup, pretty good but the top was broken open which caused a mess in the bag and it got on other food. The walnut shrimp was below it and caved in top. The walnut shrimp was pretty good( could have been crispier). We also tried the coffee chicken which had a subtle coffee flavor and was pretty good. The egg rolls were decent. We had an order of the tempura soft shell crab & veggie dish. A bit salty but good. I ended with ordering a key lime pie(very sweet & not worthy of an $8 price tag). I have to say the young man helping me out felt bad and threw in an extra key lime pie. The place had many tables occupied but it was comfy atmosphere. Ordered via GrubHub with gift card. Packaging was smart, separating the ramen broth from the noodles to prevent over-saturation. Alas, I did not enjoy the black garlic tonkatsu ramen broth. The portion was very large, and they didn't skimp on chashu, but the broth was not my bag... Maybe it'll be yours? Also ordered chirashi don (12 pieces of mixed sashimi on rice). Quick update. The egg drop and hot and sour soup are very good. I find myself dining here at least once a week as it is the closest sushi place to my home and rather convenient. The brewery and dispensary in the same shopping center can sometimes make parking challenging, but a short walk to work off an excellent meal is not a bad thing. Eating at the bar is also an interesting experience since you get to meet the takeout customers and delivery drivers waiting for orders. read more

Ordered via Uber Eats. Love at first sight roll and nigiri were pretty good. The fish was fresh enough. The "Korean Spicy Chicken" was confusing because it's not at all what I was expecting. The description doesn't state that it's breaded and fried so I wasn't expecting that. And if you're going to call something "Korean" and fry it, it had better be crispy AF. It had a light coating of breading which is fine but it was not crispy at all. Korean fried chicken is usually a thicker breading and double fried. The use the dried whole chili peppers is more Chinese than Korean. I did taste some gochugang but that's about as Korean as it got. It's not a bad dish, it's just not that Korean. I would maybe try ordering some more sushi rolls but maybe not the "Korean" dishes. read more

Traveling out of our usual circle brought us here for dinner. We walked into a dimly lit store and greeted by the exuberant manager telling us to sit anywhere and following with menus. Complimentary egg drop soup and our drinks came next. A lot to choose from by we settled on a lobster roll and for entrees the Sizzling Beef & Thai Curry Chicken. The sizzling beef came out sizzling on a cast iron platter(think fajitas). It was well seasoned and tender with onion, mushrooms and white rice in the side. The Curry had a strong yellow curry flavor with tender chicken and loads of veggies. The Lobster Roll tasted fresh. Excellent service topped off the day. I absolutely love this place. The service was top-notch, friendly and attentive. There is plenty of seating with nice, big booths and tables but it is not a huge place. The sushi and specialty rolls menu is amazing and creative. I took my whole family here and we ordered a lot of different things off the menu and everybody enjoyed their food. The sushi fish was extremely fresh and well portioned. Very competitive prices as well for Albuquerque. I also ordered the spicy Korean shrimp and I can honestly say I have never tasted anything like that and it was delicious. I just can't say enough good about this place. Friendly service, and they seem pretty busy! One thing that brings up their rating is their portion sizes. I don't think I've seen such huge sizes before. Not exaggerating when I say 1 entree can feed for 3 meals. I was only interested in their sushi, so when we got them it was too much! Their rolls are pretty good, but I would stay away from sashimi or chirashi because you can taste the quality of the fish. And as you can imagine being landlocked, it's hard to get super fresh stuff. Used to love this place. Stopped by to get a bento box to go for dinner. Every single person that came in after me got seated and fed before me. Girl comes over, offers to add a free soup to my order. Okay, fine. More time goes by and manager comes out saying "I got you" and hands me the order. "Soups on top". We arrived at around 11:45 on a Wednesday. Plenty of seating was available although the parking lot was somewhat full on one side. The restaurant felt cool on a hot day. The seating was very comfortable and flexible with booths, tables, and half and half tables. The wait staff immediately showed up and took our drink order and ensured they gave us all menus quickly. They served the drinks quickly, which was also great on a hot day. They were attentive but not intrusive. We ordered the sashimi special and the seafood noodle soup. The sashimi pieces were larger than any I've seen, and I've eaten sashimi in San Francisco where the portions are generous. The sashimi was tasty and tender. The seafood noodle soup had large amounts of seafood in it with large round noodles. Run don't walk to this place! read more

I've heard so many great things about this place. In a rare opportunity my best friend and I decided to meet up here for lunch. I was so excited until I walked in and found out they were not offering dine in service. Not gonna lie I was a little disappointed seeing as most people places are offering dine in these days. Luckily they had some tables outside in the front. I love some good sushi every once in awhile so when I saw the menu I just knew had to get a Philadelphia roll. I was curious to try their other dishes but the idea of eating from styrofoam containers just turned me off so I just went for the sushi. The staff was very friendly and brought out our sushi within about 8 minutes. Staff was covid safety compliant all wearing masks and sanitizing. The sushi was delicious I admit and I will gladly be returning I just hope my next visit I will get to experience it dine in. Food was still warm and fresh tasting. Love Triangle Roll: I was pleasantly surprised that it was so fresh and tasty, it was my favorite thing I ordered. Orange Chicken: chicken was great. I liked the balance of sweet, tangy and a tiny kick of spice. Tempura: batter was a little soggy, but still enough crunch to enjoy considering it was Take-Out. Sushi Xuan is one of my top 3 fav restaurants in town. I haven't had a dish here I haven't liked. I always recommend people try the Monkey balls, bento boxes, any of the chef special rolls but especially the Make My Day, Sushi Xuan, and Lollipop roll are my favorites. The hot and sour soup is also great, so is the fried rice. I also really love the Tonkatsu ramen here- one of the best ramens in town in my opinion! Another common order is the curry shrimp which is always really tasty. I have dined in and ordered takeout from here multiple times and never been let down. The food always comes out really quickly and the servers are all really great. I've been here with a large group and also been seated quickly. The restaurant is always very clean and welcoming.
