Our server was terrific; she was the bartender as well as the server for all tables on that side of the restaurant. I had a half garden salad and the lettuce was crisp, and the tomatoes, cucumbers and bell peppers all had great flavor. For pizza, we did the chicken alfredo pizza and italian creek meat lovers pizza, both with hand tossed crusts. The meat lovers pizza was phenomenal!! Complete perfection between the crust, sauce, and toppings. The chicken alfredo pizza was good, but we definitely preferred the meat lovers.

I ordered the calzone and I'm sad to report, this was not really a calzone, as the dough was only on one side and the other was a pile of cheese that was mega greasy. I won't order that again, but the pizza and appetizers for the table were great as always. Our server didn't smile or seem to enjoy their job, but maybe it was an off day. I will still come back for sure.

Serving people old food because someone in the back was too lazy. health department is desperately needed, not company inspectors. I talked with some of the workers who are disabled and they are getting bullied by their bosses. Telling a disabled person to do something that's past their limits or capabilities or claiming they are faking their disability. I try the sun Prairie location. Robert Figueroa, some kind of magician, has no issues opening a gas powered wallet torch right next to the buffet, leaving harsh fumes lingering around the food. He obviously doesn't know what he's doing. Both locations paint is peeling everywhere, carpet has disgusting stains, plates and silverware have stains, chairs and tables are never fully clean, no funzone, buffet is always empty or old and they're charging almost 20$ per person to eat. Kids over the age of 12 are full priced. The treachery here is CRAZY. Enforcements need to be called.

They are almost always on time (~20min typical wait), the staff is friendly, and they've never messed up my order. They frequently have online deals where you can get a couple bucks off. They put some of the toppings under the cheese, which I think has the effect of sealing in the flavors. Importantly, they are highly consistent: meaning every pizza I've bought from them looked and tasted equivalent (and they are made on-demand, from scratch). So I have no complaints, especially at that cost point.

However, lately you need to bring your patience to this location. Twice now I have called ahead and both times my simple order - one item, no modifications - was wrong when I arrived and they were remaking it. Looking at it immediately I knew it had to have been sitting in a warmer for a very long time. It is so dry that I can't even imagine trying to warm it up. To spend this amount of money on a pizza was a complete waste. If I wanted to eat cardboard, I could have just added condiments and it would have tasted the same. I tried calling the store and sat on hold for over 5 minutes listening to an ad on their cheeseburger pizza over and over again. I will not be ordering from here again. Despite placing the order through Instacart/UberEats and choosing carryout, both pizzas were lukewarm to the point that I had to put one in the oven for eight minutes just to make it edible. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering out. I also had an ingredient missing, which was the pesto on one of my pizzas. The wings were even worse -- they were plain wings with nothing but a tiny puddle of Parmesan sauce sitting at the bottom of the container. It looked lazy and careless, and certainly nothing like what was advertised. The only thing done correctly was the cheesy garlic breadsticks, which were the only part of the order with any real quality or consistency. On top of all that, when I reached out to customer support, I was told that because the items technically matched the order description, they couldn't compensate me. After everything I went through -- including a promotional coupon issue that caused unnecessary stress -- that response felt dismissive and unhelpful. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially for a special occasion. I expected much better from Pizza Hut, and unfortunately I won't be ordering from this location again.
