I really wanted this order to work out, especially because it was for my birthday meal, but Pizza Hut seriously dropped the ball. Despite placing the order through Instacart/UberEats and choosing carryout, both pizzas were lukewarm to the point that I had to put one in the oven for eight minutes just to make it edible. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering out. I also had an ingredient missing, which was the pesto on one of my pizzas. The wings were even worse -- they were plain wings with nothing but a tiny puddle of Parmesan sauce sitting at the bottom of the container. It looked lazy and careless, and certainly nothing like what was advertised. The only thing done correctly was the cheesy garlic breadsticks, which were the only part of the order with any real quality or consistency. On top of all that, when I reached out to customer support, I was told that because the items technically matched the order description, they couldn't compensate me. After everything I went through -- including a promotional coupon issue that caused unnecessary stress -- that response felt dismissive and unhelpful. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially for a special occasion. I expected much better from Pizza Hut, and unfortunately I won't be ordering from this location again. read more

Got a late night pizza craving so had to try my shot at the local Pizza Hut - I'm pretty surprised by how fast they made everything (15 min was accurate) pretty bummed they weren't able to deliver to my area but had to get it because of the cheap prize. Recommend doing the deal menu on the Pizza Hut app; $7 each for the pizza melt and breadsticks + $14 for a 5 topping large pizza is a steal! Honestly of the 3, the breadsticks were the best read more

Food was cooked well and taste was consistent with Pizza Hut franchise. This store in particular was just absolutely awful when it came to service. I ordered a pizza that had two toppings but only half of the pizza would have both toppings and the other half would have one topping. After explaining how I wanted my pizza 3 times it still came out incorrectly. I didn't notice till I got home and unfortunately I loved outside of their delivery zone. I was informed I would be given a credit for this mistake. When I took the opportunity to use the credit the first time I canceled the call due to the front desk lack of English. When I attempted to use the credit a 2nd time I was then told it was not visible in my account. One of the most difficult restaurants I've ever dealt with. read more

We frequent this Pizza Hut and have always had speedy service. The pizza is as ordered and fresh.

My god, are they kidding me? Extremely rude and not literate young person answers phone, takes my order. Promises pizza in 30 minutes. I call back after 35 minutes and this guy who claims to be the manager tells me the pizza is on its way. Tells me to call back. I call back and he hangs up on me. After almost an hour, someone shows up at our home. I told him to forget it. These guys, at least the two idiots with whom I spoke, are complete jokes. Just wanted to order a pizza and watch the Bucks. Wasted an hour with these idiots. read more

I waited an hour and a half for a pizza. Nobody knocked on my Damn door I called them. They said they left it at the door I open up the door and there was no damn pizza. They are liars. read more

If you like free pizza that is a couple hours late then this is your store! Three strikes and you're out, the last three times I've placed orders they've been late and offered to comp me. Meanwhile I have a hungry family. Good times for all! Highly recommend you order two hours in advance and you'll have a free meal on time! Can you spell Incompetence without Pizza Hut, I think not. read more

This place used to have really good pizza. Not anymore. The pizza we ordered was completely flavorless, and the crust was so mushy I kept looking to see if it was cooked. It was actually really disgusting. My family usually polishes off a large pizza with no problem. This was so terrible that we tossed half of it out. I don't know what changed over the years, but I'm no longer going to hope it gets fixed. I'll be ordering from someplace else from now on. read more

This place seriously has impressed me. Tonight, I ordered a pizza, and it was out for delivery 11 minutes later. It's completely feasible for me to have a pizza in 15 minutes, reasonable in 20. I've never had pizza that consistently fast in my life. They've never once gotten my order wrong. This specific pizza is overflowing with toppings though I've never felt they skimped. In short, they're FAST, friendly, accurate, and make good freaking pizza. read more

I used the app at 5 PM to order carry out for 6:30. When I arrived I was told the order hadn't been made yet and I would have to wait in the parking lot for 10 to 15 minutes then drive back through the drive-through to get my food. You don't know what peoples lives are like. We schedule specific pick up times for a reason. This is totally stupid. The app said my order was ready for pick up. read more

Pizza Hut - the location of the restaurant - Pizza Near Me - Madison, Wisconsin

Everything is perfect as far as service and prices, but the menu is getting a bit old. We should also be able to change/add engredients onto items like sandwiches. Pizza Hut allows you to delete and add engredients or add extra or less, and you can add mushrooms or banana peppers (for example), even though they weren't originally on the sandwich. Very speedy delivery and courteous drivers! read more

Food is always hot when I get it delivered! I will say though when I went to the actual store for pick up they were pretty rude and took a long time to get to us. read more

I want to start by saying the delivery girl was very nice and kind and very apologetic for being late. Now I don't understand why a pizza place located 1 mile away from where I live takes almost an hour to deliver pizza, although she was nice about being late she never gave me a reason. To top that off the pizza was semi cold and very very greasy and just didn't taste all that good, I would order from here only if other places. read more

In the 3yrs I've lived in this neighborhood, this the third time I've ordered & they've yet to do a decent job. First time the pizza was wrong. Second time, stopped in to order for a time specific pick up (apx 2.5hrs later) & they forgot to make it. had them deliver since people were soon to be there to eat pizza. Third time, waited at pick up window over 5mins (at 315p). Think I'm done, this location anyway. very disappointed read more

This Pizza Hut location (3150 Maple Valley Drive, Madison, WI) is very clean and the people are super friendly. I always order the Super Supreme Pan pizza and it is always hot, delicious, and loaded with toppings. Today they gave me a complementary order of Cinnamon Sticks which were great...I love the frosting...Thank You Pizza Hut! Keep up the great job! read more

This place was not polite towards me the first time I called and when the person answered the call the second time she screamed at me with no disgression towards the customer at all. I do not suggest them or any other Pizza Hut in the area read more

Unpredictable quality of pizza. Sometimes the pizza is perfectly made and other times it's "overcooked". Not sure what the deal is. They use to make delicious cheese sticks but now all they do is use bread sticks and place cheese on top of it. (It's not the same). read more

I have ordered from here multiple times and the order is either late and cold or just not even ready for pick up when I show up. The first time they were running an hour behind which left my delivery at now 2 hrs....the manager said "I don't know what to tell you....its on its way" did not even offer a discount. If there were any other pizza joints around here I would choose them over this pizza hut! Service here is HORRIBLE!! read more

Pretty disappointed in this Pizza Hut location. First, I should have just picked it up, considering it is two blocks away from my house, and there must have been a huge delivery charge due to the fact that one stuffed crust pizza with 1 1/2 toppings and one small order of wings was $28... Anyway, we asked for the pizza to be uncut and par baked so that we could bake it to our liking once it arrived an hour and a half later, but they couldn't even do that for us because it came almost fully baked and cut (now how are we supposed to put it in the oven?). Also, they failed to give us our blue cheese dressing for our wings. Also this is Monday at 11am when they opened, so I'm not sure how it took that long to prepare ESPECIALLY since they weren't even supposed to cook it all the way. Shitty. read more

I had a long day and chose to order pizza delivery while dog sitting over the weekend two months ago. I had never used Pizza Hut's app before and didn't think my order had gone through since a confirmation screen never appeared, so I placed another order. My delivery arrived and the driver realized I had two separate ones, I explained my mistake and he offered to cancel the order. I should have taken the food and been done with it. My assumption was they understood and were okay with providing a refund for goods I never received but this didn't end up being the case. I've contacted the store multiple times, the first man said it would take 5-7 business days so I waited, nothing. I called back and someone explained the manager was the only person able to change a transaction so I left a message since he wasn't there at the time, I never received a call back. Third time he also wasn't there I provided my information, explained what had happened and he said they would call me if they needed anything, I still have not been refunded my thirty dollars. I consider this theft because I never received food for my money, I'm frustrated and upset about their lack of care or professionalism. I would also like to say I work in food service so consider myself usually understanding... read more

I've had bad experiences with customer service at this Pizza Hut I've called back to explain my issue before and was told there wasn't anything that they can do. Not a fan. As far as pizza goes there are a bunch of options in Verona, especially south side, and the pizza hut is mediocre and overpriced. It's not horrible, but I only order from here when I'm too drunk to care about quality. Everything you eat from here leaves a greasy film in your mouth. Like I said, when I do order from here it's because I don't care about the quality, I just want to eat. read more

I ordered a regular pepperoni pizza from this store and when it was delivered to my house, I opened it and there was no cheese on the pizza except for on two slices. We called and the first girl that I talked to was understanding and said can I have you talk to the manager and explain this to him because this is not the first complaint about this. When we talked to the manager his response was well next time order one with extra cheese. So this means that if I want any cheese I have to order it?? Wtf.., not good service at all. I am a very I satisfied customer read more

I got pick up the other day and my pizza was waiting on me when I got there which was really great Bc they looked busy. Also you can walk in and order and it's like a 15 min wait if you just get one pizza. Very yummy pizza no matter what I get and the Brownies are so good!!! read more

Worst delivery service ever. I live 15 mins from their store. Last order I waited 60 mins. Called the store and they still made me pay for it. read more

It was terrible from the beginning to end. The order taker was rushing me and making me feel like I was bothering him so I asked him if he would rather I call somewhere else. His response is we are just busy. It doesn't matter how busy you are, you could at least be courteous. We got the box deal with pizza, breadsticks and cinn sticks. The pizza tasted cold and old, the cinnamon sticks stuck to the bottom of the box that only a few were even edible. The only thing I ate were the breadsticks, they were ok. I will not be ordering from here again. read more
