The crust was well cooked with a little crisp in the crust, and the pepperoni curled and crisped on the edges too. Cooked to perfection. They even gave us ranch included with our cheese and peppers. Most places charge for that nowadays. PSA on Tuesdays they have a special with $9.99 cheese and $10.99 pepperoni. That's a freaking steal! The storefront isn't much to squawk about, but it's clean, well lit, and there's a couple of TV screens that you could watch while you're enjoying your food. As we looked at the menu, we discovered that in addition to kebabs and other exotic offerings, they had burgers and it really peaked our interest. If you love a good burger you'll enjoy what they have to offer. I do not know what they are using to season their patties as it was so unique from what I've eaten before, but the burger patty was moist and perfectly cooked, very tender and juicy as well. In each bite there seemed to be a symphony of flavors that I couldn't really name, but that had me wanting more after I finished it. It was the most exotic tasting burger I've ever had, yet at the same time, it had all of the fixings of a traditional burger. We found it to be an absolute delight. While the restaurant appeared to be unstaffed when we entered and nobody came out to serve us until we were just about to turn around and walk out, we observed that the young man who came out had gloves on and he was probably in the back doing some sort of food prep, so the delay was reasonable. He swiftly and politely greeted us upon sight, and answered our questions about the menu. I appreciated his hospitable demeanor and the food was amazing! I'm going back for kabobs and I want to try their colorful desserts. So glad to have found them.

And then I explained to him that I wanted to cut to not pass through the pepperoni so that my side didn't have meat juice on it. Well, he didn't listen. He just said yeah yeah yeah like he was listening, but I don't think he understood a word I said, and then when the pizza came out, there was a big bubble on my side, this basically ruined two pieces of my pizza. I said something to him and he said well that's just the way our dough rises. Then I mentioned how my cheese slices had pepperoni sliced in half on them and how I specifically told him that because I don't eat pork, and I don't eat meat in general, and how big of a deal that would be for some other cultures or some other religions and how they were totally freak out, that it was not OK. And he just kind of shrugged and was like OK so yeah yeah yeah and then a few minutes later he was like I can remake the pizza for you. And I said no thank you. We have accepted it as it is, and that should've been the first thing that you jumped to or you should perhaps have actually listened to us instead dog nodding and saying yeah yeah yeah. We went back to our car and I started eating the pizza and I'm not pleased to share that it tastes completely and totally like crap. It taste like the most basic pizza I can make at home. The cheese taste like rubber, the sauce taste like Ragu, the crust is mediocre at best. Also, there's only one seat to sit at and I asked him for water cups and he gave us two empty cups, but there was nowhere to fill them up
