That could be good for you or not depending. The thin crust is the best. Least amount of bread in the pizza is preferable. The pan pizza time is mostly bread so I skip it. Check it out. Ordered two pizzas.. They said it would be ready in 20.. Went to pick up the pizza 20min later and it wasn't ready, 10 min later still it ready, 17 min later still not ready... At this point we could've just ordered a pizza and got it delivered to us and not had to go anywhere at all or deal with people (which is the whole point of ordering out). When we walked in the employees were just standing around talking and not doing anything which is even more frustrating. read more

I'm not sure how Mtn Mike's beat this place as "Best in Tracy" because this pizza is hands down, THE BEST. My entire family loves PM's pizza, and we rarely agree on any restaurant. If this place delivered, we would eat it a couple times per week. Having to go pick it up is the only downside. But when I do go pick up our pizza (call ahead to save time), the people are always friendly and helpful and the place is CLEAN, which makes me feel good about eating their food. Good pizza! The De-Lite is fantastic, whatever toppings you like. Chicago stuffed is my favorite though. Costumer service here is out of this world. They asked what the second pizza was and made it. Almost an hour from the time of call. I can only assume they gave away our 2nd pizza and had to make us another one. Papa Murphy's, in general, is a good deal. This was my 1st experience with this particular location. I called my order in on a Friday night. The person who answered didn't ask if I wanted to hear their specials like I'm used to. O figured that they either didn't have any or they just had poor customer service. I was told that it would take 30 minutes. This was the longest I've ever had to wait at a Papa Murphy's. In the Bay Area, the longest I've waited was 20. When we got there to pick our order up, the salad that we ordered wasn't ready. We watched them make other pizzas while we waited and they have the most sloppy & wasteful assembly line ever. We usually love their salads because they are usually very fresh. Our salad had limp/soggy lettuce and mushy tomatoes. It was either old or had been sitting out for a while. It made us question the pizza toppings. This experience makes us wonder whether we should just stick to Pizza Hut's $10 pizza's. It's about the same price & quicker. read more

Used to go here often, but not any more. Last time there I ordered pizza and they said 20 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes later to find the pizza had not even been started yet (place was not really busy at all). So I waited and watch the pizza's being made. The folks making the pizza had their plastic gloves on. That would be good, right? EXCEPT, while wearing the gloves they had their hands on the door jams while talking to people in the back room and picked up items off the floor. GROSS! Never going back there again.
