Had a pizza delivered last week(DID YOU KNOW THEY DELIVERED?!! They do!) score! But they delivered a pizza with only spinach and cheese and we ordered a Tuscan chicken sausage pizza lol. But the manager who just bought this place in August made it right today!! She personally made our replacement pizza that had all the toppings we were supposed to have last week. And didn't charge us for the salad that didn't get screwed up even though we were willing to pay for it! THATS GREAT customer service!! read more

Use to go to this place but the service and franchise owner kept going down. So it has been awhile so thought I would give them a chance. My mistake. They had two women working in front slow as molasses, but fairly friendly. Went to order my pizza only to find (1) it's harder to get rewards if you don't order online, (2) if you don't pay cash and use your bank Visa you HAVE TO ISE YOUR PIN and get the transaction fee. Ridiculous. The place is a basic no frills Ace and they can't understand why I want to cancel my order. We use to frequent Papa Murphy often, always great pizza. We moved outa town for a few years and moved back, went to Papa Murphy for a pizza. while waiting I saw two employees leaving with pizzas. I thought that's a good sign people that work here enjoy the pizza. Sadly, when I received our pizza it barely had anything on it. They use to be weighty pizzas because of the generous appropriate amount of toppings where the product actually looked like the advertise do pizza. Then I realized the toppings that should've been on our pizza walked out on the employee's pizzas when they left. Shameful they're allowed to use the Papa Murphy's name on the products they offer. I must say, my boyfriend Carl and I have become a big fan of this Papa Murphy's on 11th St. We always get friendly service, and we can get our pizza fix without spending a ton of money. It's a lot of pizza for a reasonable amount of money, and they always have specials so that you can save even more. Right now, our favorites are the Cowboy pizza and the Chicken Garlic pizza. We usually get either the thin crust or the regular crust, depending on our mood. If you have any questions or have a special request, the owner, Emily is so nice to talk to. However in the Covid-19 situation, I would not recommend you come here...the staff do not wear masks as a safety precaution, and are busy talking when making the pizza. My wife and I ordered a pizza and original garlic cheese bread. The cheese bread was good, the pizza was an original crust but came out to be thin crust. I called to let them know and get what I paid for original crust. They told me to bring the pizza and receipt back, so we did. When we got there the lady working said okay we will remake it and that we could keep the original pizza ( that was nice) when I went to put the original pizza in the car (because it was hot since we cooked it before finding out it was thin crust) the lady told my wife that it was original crust and they couldn't do anything. That was irritating, first you say your going to remake it, then once I walk out you say you can't. Second you have us bring the pizza back because your going to remake it, that's fine, then tell us your not and expect us to be okay with a now cold pizza that you can't reheat in the oven. Very poor customer service. I am a little upset because we ordered pizzas from here Wednesday 1 thin and 1 original. So I am a loyal Papa Murphy's fan. We were traveling through Tracy and I decided to order 4 pizzas. I went online first thing in the morning and placed an order to be picked up at 11:00am. I arrived 5 minutes early at the same time the manager/owner showed up. The store is suppose to open for business at 11:00. So naturally I am not getting my pizzas at 11:00 as ordered. Why would you arrive to work 5 minutes before opening your doors to customers and serving pizzas. The store had to be all set up before they could even make my pizzas which meant they didn't unlock the doors till 11:05 to let me know my pizzas were not going to be ready. If the staff had apologized or even acknowledged the pizzas were going to be 20 minutes late then I probably wouldn't be writing this negative review but, I was totally ignored by all staff members. So my issue is not that the pizzas were not ready when they were supposed to be ready. My issue is with the manager or owner who isn't proactively running their business. I doubt that I will ever be back to the Tracy Papa Murphy's but I do hope the the manager/owner gets their act together. read more

I wish I could give negative stars!! I ordered 3 pizzas for my family tonight, total order $44 after a coupon. Mine was a measly $15 pizza that was SUPPOSED to be Dairy Free. It came out of the oven and seemed strange, had my family taste the cheese to tell me if it tasted like dairy and they weren't sure. So, I took 2 small bites and realized it was DAIRY! Now, I'm not just a person that dislikes dairy, I have a medical condition that could put me in the ER tonight! They remade my pizza, fine you should you have the wrong one. So we used to love papa Murphy's in the last city we lived in and today was not the day. We called in the order and at 728 the person who answered the phone said we close at 8 I said I know I'm on my way right now then I told him what I wanted and he proceeded to make sure I knew it be ready in 15 mins and they closed at 8 I said I'm on my way. I literally get there in 3 mins and decided to wait in my car and I waited 20 mins in my car I know he said 15 so I was like it will sure be ready when I go in. I go in and they asked pick up or place a order it's 748 I said pic up he said ok well it's still going to be another 10 mins I'm thinking ok u originally said 15 I gave you 20 now u are saying 10 more mins so 30 mins like it shouldn't take this long you have no customers and no pizzas in the rack for pick up. Then they said here you go and I looked and they are like is there something wrong I said I'm missing a pizza then I tried to use my coupon and they said I couldn't because I didn't order the right pizza for the coupon and I said yes I did and they said no u have to order a delight I said it is a delight then the co worker chimed in and said it had to be a thin crust I said well I placed the order for a thin crust. I get it you close at 8 and I know people want to get out of work but when I work until 5:00 I'm working until 5 that's when we close the doors and after that is when I'm cleaning and doing the closing check list trust me I want to get out too but I have to work until it's done. In the end the thin crust pizza was so oily I soaked up 3 napkins with just two slices of pizza. It was disgusting and not only that the cost was 50$ for 3 pizzas not worth it especially if I'm taking it home to cook it. Note to self never going here again. I've tried multiple times to order online or using the app and have had issues every time. And then trying to resolve the issues with the teenage employees is no better. Takes a little more time because you must bake the pies yourself but you save money what you lose in time. The pizza here is much less greasy than in many pizza parlors. That could be good for you or not depending. The thin crust is the best. Least amount of bread in the pizza is preferable. The pan pizza time is mostly bread so I skip it. Check it out.
