Emily is really nice and provides great customer service. I hope to try more pizzas from them.

Had a pizza delivered last week(DID YOU KNOW THEY DELIVERED?!! They do!) score! But they delivered a pizza with only spinach and cheese and we ordered a Tuscan chicken sausage pizza lol. But the manager who just bought this place in August made it right today!! She personally made our replacement pizza that had all the toppings we were supposed to have last week. And didn't charge us for the salad that didn't get screwed up even though we were willing to pay for it! THATS GREAT customer service!! read more

Came here for the first time and I love it! Emily is very sweet and showed me how to sign up for deals and points on future visits. I will definitely be back. Thank you Emily for everything!! read more

Love their pizzas. I bought pizzas from here few times recently. The new owner is super friendly and welcoming . The price is very reasonable. Only following few simple steps on the instructions, the freshly baked pizza can be made at home easily. The pizzas smelled and tasted very delicious. Overall, I will highly recommend this place. read more

Great service, good value. Super nice and helpful employees. The girl at the register that made my pizza was wonderful.

Use to go to this place but the service and franchise owner kept going down. So it has been awhile so thought I would give them a chance. My mistake. They had two women working in front slow as molasses, but fairly friendly. Went to order my pizza only to find (1) it's harder to get rewards if you don't order online, (2) if you don't pay cash and use your bank Visa you HAVE TO ISE YOUR PIN and get the transaction fee. Ridiculous. The place is a basic no frills Ace and they can't understand why I want to cancel my order. Well I hope thos helps you decide not to patronize this establishment, and wish they would just shutdown. Would like to give 5 negative stars. read more

We use to frequent Papa Murphy often, always great pizza. We moved outa town for a few years and moved back, went to Papa Murphy for a pizza. while waiting I saw two employees leaving with pizzas. I thought that's a good sign people that work here enjoy the pizza. Sadly, when I received our pizza it barely had anything on it. They use to be weighty pizzas because of the generous appropriate amount of toppings where the product actually looked like the advertise do pizza. Then I realized the toppings that should've been on our pizza walked out on the employee's pizzas when they left. Shameful they're allowed to use the Papa Murphy's name on the products they offer. It's fraud! read more

When I picked up my online order. I didn't get the lady's name but I wanted to reach out and say that she was very helpful. Outgoing in professional and that's why I'm giving her the 5 star reading. Their customer service is great always so welcoming and I love that . Their store is always nice and clean and well maintained! And I will definitely continue to keep coming here ! read more

It's a pretty decent place. The pizza tastes quite well. However in the Covid-19 situation, I would not recommend you come here...the staff do not wear masks as a safety precaution, and are busy talking when making the pizza. It is very unsanitary as when you talk, you might spit. Otherwise, this place is good for a pizza, the staff however are still way to chatty to actually get work done. read more

If you raise your prices because of inflation we understand. If you put less toppings but charge the same because of inflation we understand. But if you raise your prices and use less toppings that's just ripping off your customers. No more next time... read more

My wife and I ordered a pizza and original garlic cheese bread. The cheese bread was good, the pizza was an original crust but came out to be thin crust. I called to let them know and get what I paid for original crust. They told me to bring the pizza and receipt back, so we did. When we got there the lady working said okay we will remake it and that we could keep the original pizza ( that was nice) when I went to put the original pizza in the car (because it was hot since we cooked it before finding out it was thin crust) the lady told my wife that it was original crust and they couldn't do anything. That was irritating, first you say your going to remake it, then once I walk out you say you can't. Second you have us bring the pizza back because your going to remake it, that's fine, then tell us your not and expect us to be okay with a now cold pizza that you can't reheat in the oven. Very poor customer service. I am a little upset because we ordered pizzas from here Wednesday 1 thin and 1 original. They where really good really didn't care for the thin, but really enjoyed the original. I don't think I'll be going back read more

I must say, my boyfriend Carl and I have become a big fan of this Papa Murphy's on 11th St. We always get friendly service, and we can get our pizza fix without spending a ton of money. It's a lot of pizza for a reasonable amount of money, and they always have specials so that you can save even more. Right now, our favorites are the Cowboy pizza and the Chicken Garlic pizza. We usually get either the thin crust or the regular crust, depending on our mood. If you have any questions or have a special request, the owner, Emily is so nice to talk to. The store is clean and inviting, and we highly recommend you give them a try! read more

So I am a loyal Papa Murphy's fan. We were traveling through Tracy and I decided to order 4 pizzas. I went online first thing in the morning and placed an order to be picked up at 11:00am. I arrived 5 minutes early at the same time the manager/owner showed up. The store is suppose to open for business at 11:00. So naturally I am not getting my pizzas at 11:00 as ordered. Why would you arrive to work 5 minutes before opening your doors to customers and serving pizzas. The store had to be all set up before they could even make my pizzas which meant they didn't unlock the doors till 11:05 to let me know my pizzas were not going to be ready. If the staff had apologized or even acknowledged the pizzas were going to be 20 minutes late then I probably wouldn't be writing this negative review but, I was totally ignored by all staff members. So my issue is not that the pizzas were not ready when they were supposed to be ready. My issue is with the manager or owner who isn't proactively running their business. I doubt that I will ever be back to the Tracy Papa Murphy's but I do hope the the manager/owner gets their act together. read more

I wish I could leave 1 star... I am SO disappointed. I ordered through DoorDash, a keto friendly chicken artichoke bake and a few ranches. I know it does say the size of the bake on the description, but there was barely anything in this for $17.99. I am so beyond upset that they would overcharge to this extent. Won't be back again. read more

I have seen many bad websites, but this is one of the worst. Impossible to order anything, menu impossible to find. Just a bunch of mambo jumbo. And try to contact their HQ ( just to send a message)....you have to give them so much info FOR A FRIKKING PIZZA !. Easier to apply for a HELOC, then order a pizza. read more

the service was great, the food was great and very fresh, and the price is great, I got tracy's Papa Murphy's staffed pizza, Yummy

Literally worse service ever. Horrible horrible horrible . They made the mistake and we're rude when asked to fix it . The young girl just stare s at you blankly- like you're the dumb ass that can't make a pizza right. 0 stars if this was option !! horrible shitty service !!!! read more

I wish I could give negative stars!! I ordered 3 pizzas for my family tonight, total order $44 after a coupon. Mine was a measly $15 pizza that was SUPPOSED to be Dairy Free. It came out of the oven and seemed strange, had my family taste the cheese to tell me if it tasted like dairy and they weren't sure. So, I took 2 small bites and realized it was DAIRY! Now, I'm not just a person that dislikes dairy, I have a medical condition that could put me in the ER tonight! They remade my pizza, fine you should you have the wrong one. However, as I sat there dizzy and trying not to throw up I asked for a credit for my order. I was looked at like how dare I! After they spoke to the Franchise owner they came and offered $2 off. Really!?! I could end ip in the hospital due to your error and you wanna offer $2!! Try again. They talked to the owner again and offered $12 back. Better. Then couldn't figure out how to issue it Then offered $5 off next visit. I told them I'll see them here on social media and walked out. TBH they SHOULD have been apologetic and offered a full refund for my pizza. The fact that they didn't shows me who they are as a business. I am now laying in bed hungry and sick, pulling out my tools to keep myself from ending up in the ER tonight because this company doesn't want to train their employees correctly, or take any pride of ownership or accountability for their said business! ~ Order was under Jasmine read more

My friend and I saw a commercial for their De-Lite pizza in which they advertise that it's the healthier option (meaning it's a thin crust).. We got two-toppings for $6.99 with a coupon. It was chicken and artichokes. And wow, did it taste good! And it even tasted better the next day. Next time, I'm ordering it with spinach for an even tastier and healthier meal. read more

We ordered online, and it said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited almost 60 minutes. They were just finishing our order when I arrived. At which point, I discovered that they messed up both pizzas. I asked them to remake them, and I was told to wait outside. After 20 minutes, I went back in to see what was up and they hadn't started remaking our pizzas yet. That's totally unacceptable. So we had to wait about another 10 minutes to finally get our order. Utterly ridiculous. read more

So we used to love papa Murphy's in the last city we lived in and today was not the day. We called in the order and at 728 the person who answered the phone said we close at 8 I said I know I'm on my way right now then I told him what I wanted and he proceeded to make sure I knew it be ready in 15 mins and they closed at 8 I said I'm on my way. I literally get there in 3 mins and decided to wait in my car and I waited 20 mins in my car I know he said 15 so I was like it will sure be ready when I go in. I go in and they asked pick up or place a order it's 748 I said pic up he said ok well it's still going to be another 10 mins I'm thinking ok u originally said 15 I gave you 20 now u are saying 10 more mins so 30 mins like it shouldn't take this long you have no customers and no pizzas in the rack for pick up. Then they said here you go and I looked and they are like is there something wrong I said I'm missing a pizza then I tried to use my coupon and they said I couldn't because I didn't order the right pizza for the coupon and I said yes I did and they said no u have to order a delight I said it is a delight then the co worker chimed in and said it had to be a thin crust I said well I placed the order for a thin crust. I get it you close at 8 and I know people want to get out of work but when I work until 5:00 I'm working until 5 that's when we close the doors and after that is when I'm cleaning and doing the closing check list trust me I want to get out too but I have to work until it's done. In the end the thin crust pizza was so oily I soaked up 3 napkins with just two slices of pizza. It was disgusting and not only that the cost was 50$ for 3 pizzas not worth it especially if I'm taking it home to cook it. Note to self never going here again. Save your self the money and just pay some one too cook it for u read more

Poorly ran business. Called ahead for my order. Showed up 20 minutes later, they said it'll be 10 more minutes. So I waited 20 more minutes while customers walked in order there and received their pizza before I did. For people working in the back and not one single one was helping me. Turned out the pizza was in the rack the whole time but they claim they didn't see it. Will definitely not go there again. read more

The Tracy location has issues. The pizza is great! I would give the pizza quality a 5 star rating. Trying to order online or using the app isn't even worth 1 star. I've tried multiple times to order online or using the app and have had issues every time. And then trying to resolve the issues with the teenage employees is no better. If it wasn't for the pizza I would never go there. read more

I called to order a pizza and the girl on the phone asked if I wanted to add salad or cheesy bread. Salad sounded good and my son likes cheesy bread so I said ok then she said oh sorry were out of salads ??? I was like alright that's fine just the pizza and cheesy bread then. So when I go to pick up my order the guy says "we're out of cheesy bread, do you want a cinnamon wheel?" WHAT THE.... no I don't want to feed my son dessert for dinner. So long story short I had to get him something else and here's some advice - DONT OFFER FOOD YOU DONT HAVE! It was bad enough I had to wait forever while the employees twiddle their thumbs.
