Stopped in at 9 o'clock on a Friday night to grab a pizza and cheesy bread. Was greeted with a big smile and a "How are you guys?!" followed by a "I'm not sure if you guys are interested but we've got a Papa's Favorite in the back that someone pre-ordered and never picked up, I can sell it to for like $8 or else it's just going to be tossed at the end of the night." My boyfriend is picky as hell and didn't want green peppers on his pizza so the lovely employee BRADLEY kindly offered to pick each pepper off of the pizza individually. He got halfway done when my boyfriend was like "That's all good man, don't worry about the rest." He also threw in an extra marinara sauce for our bread, the total ended up being like $13. So, not only an awesome deal but impeccable customer service. Bradley was a sweetheart and obviously takes pride in his job. He absolutely deserves a raise! Thank you so much! read more

My family members created accounts through the official Papa Murphy's app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Each new account receives a $3 signup reward. Since 2-liter drinks are priced at $3, they all decided to order a drink using the promotion. I drove to the restaurant with screenshots of all the order confirmations, prepared to show proof if needed. Upon entering, the two employees--a man and a woman--immediately glared at me as though I had done something wrong. I politely explained that I was there to pick up the drinks. The man responded smugly, saying he had contacted the district manager, who instructed them not to honor the transactions. The woman went further, accusing me of "cheating the system" and was effectively implying that I was essentially stealing. The reality is that the orders were valid. I have the transaction numbers to confirm they were placed, and the promotion is one officially offered by Papa Murphy's. If the company chooses not to honor its own promotions when customers use them as intended, perhaps it should reconsider offering them in the first place. read more

They are attentive. Have gotten us in and out in a timely manner when we pre-order or order in-person.

I have enjoyed the pizza and service for over thirty years ordering over 1300 pizzas in that time. Not always perfect but certainly a good option. Two weeks ago they decided to save a few cents on a pizza by discontinuing the chunky Italian Sausage and replacing it with dry crumbles. This is a deal breaker for me as at least 2/3 of the pizzas I have ordered had chunky Italian sausage over the years. Staff tell me it is a corporate decision to save money and customer response has been negative. There is no way to communicate with their corporate offices as they hide from the public. If you agree with me please raise your voice at the local stores or add your input here! read more

Thank you 112th St & Canyon Papa's. our large pizza tonight was just delicious. We ordered thin crust, half Canadian bacon & pineapple & half Supreme. I had a couple friends over for dinner, who usually go to a different Papa's. After tonight's great pizza, they are going to switch to your store. Great job. read more

We ordered delivery and they forgot the two mini cheese pizzas in the delivery. They sent someone else to drop them off and my kids were so happy. We had been promising them they could make their own pizza tonight so it was important that they got them. They even included a complementary dessert. We understand that things happen and appreciate the phone call and still receiving what we ordered. read more

We can't seem to get consistency! One time we are happy but then the next is just do so. Prices went up in December 2022 so we cannot get deep dish without paying an extra 6.00! We always came on Tuesday for the 12.99 deal but now that they added that charge we will no longer come at all!!!' read more

This place is great, pizzas are great and condiments are fresh. Sometimes this place is very crowded but at the right time, is an in and out store. It is not that expensive and sometimes is faster than take out. The staff is friendly and fast too. Parking right outside the store. read more

We love coming to this Papa Murphys! Everytime we come here everyone is so kind, overly kind. We will drive out of our way to come to this Papa Murphys. The Staff is quick, makes sure you're happy with what you're ordering and that you are getting what you want. They're super helpful. When we walk in the door we are always greeted, we are asked how are day is going and always quickly in and out. Great location & store! Super clean and I've watched them sanitize a lot including the door, windows, and even the flooring walking in and out of the door area. Keep doing amazing! read more

Though a little over priced I think the pizza is good quality, always available within a few minutes and very nice employees.

Pizza is decent but the service is lacking. The gal that answers the phone seems irritated and like she doesn't want to be there. I get it but it's part of the job. Fake it if you have to. read more

Called and ordered 2 pizzas and cookie dough from here today and after ordering I asked for the total and the guy said he couldn't give it to me until I get there I told him I got some coupons in the mail and he said that I could use one of them so I cut it out, once I got there I handed them the coupon and the manager said he can't except it and I told him that someone over the phone said I could use it and he just kept telling me that he couldn't take it also when I got there my pizzas weren't even ready I had ordered 30 minutes prior and my order wasn't even in the system so after that situation he couldn't even be nice and favor my coupon.. kinda ridiculous. Plus the last time I got pizza from here they messed up on one of my pizzas so I had to call and complain. This place is a headache. read more

First time we ordered pizza they screwed up one of them, making and giving us the wrong pizza. Second time we ordered they failed to input our order so had nothing for us when we arrived for pick up. Both times did not adequately "fix" or make up for their mistakes. Mistakes happen, but a business should do a better job at making things right. Very poor customer service. read more

I Order a papas perfect pizza online. Came in to the store a few minutes early. Diana greeted me from the get go. I was looking at sides and she asked if there was anything specific I was looking for which I was not. She walked around the other side of the counter to help me and suggest a few things. She then told me she could ring me up at the register whenever I was ready. My pizza was finished early. She rang my pizza out and explained that since I got a papas perfect pizza I can get 2 sides and a soda for only $3. Of course I'll take that deal. She was very kind and charismatic. The store itself was very clean and everyone appeared to be working hard. Will be back for sure! read more

Went here last night for a basic phone in take out peperoni pizza. I go to the cash register with the sign that clearly says phone in take out orders here. I go and wait in line with no one else. About five minutes later after waiting i ask a pizza handler if anyone is working this till ? She gives me an incredulous look as if I'm bothering her and how dare you do not no that despite what the signs clearly say, they only operate out of 1 till for incoming walk in orders only. So I go over to that till and wait than pay. Once I pay the cashier goes over to the till where I was standing to retrieve the pizza from the stand that was 1 foot from the till i was standing at. This is one operation I will steer clear of in the future. They do not have a clue as how to treat customers or how to run an efficient operation to make a profit. read more

Clean store and staff. Great sale on pizza's you take home and bake yummy for your tummy.

Don't waste your money. They do not even deserve 1 star! Thin crust pepperoni pizza was so thin you could almost see through it. We returned the pizza and the manager was very rude and refused to remake or refund our money. Will never buy a pizza from them again. read more

Well, it's happening too often now. Today we placed an online order. Drove to the store which takes 10 minutes. Get there and told "they just printed". However when the employee pulled all the tickets off the machine ours was the first and multiple after ours. So they "started making our three pizzas". During this time two different people walked in and placed orders. Wow!!!. They got thiers before we got ours that we order 10 minutes before they walked in and placed thiers! What is the point of ordering online and going in??? read more

AMAZING customer service, I had a hard order, they did an excellent job! I will be back! TRYit you will love the service and ecxellent fresh food. read more

I came in on Sunday 4/19/2020 and I just want to give a shout out to the folks that are working hard putting pizzas together as fast as they physically are able while dealing with angry customers who's pizzas "weren't ready when they said they'd be" THANK YOU FOR WORKING SO HARD! read more

I called and ordered two medium two topping pizzas at 5:20pm. I was told my pizzas will be ready at 5:40 PM. I arrived at 5:45 PM and paid for my pizzas. I left the store at 6:05 PM, finally, with my two medium pizzas. This is the second time in a row this is happened to me. What has happened to this location? I have patronized it since it opened, even before that, when it was on Canyon Road and 128th. Making someone wait an extra 20 minutes for their order is not acceptable. It wasn't even that busy. read more

This is our go to place to feed a crowd! With their variety, how can you go wrong? We love the Chicken Bacon Artichoke, Taco, Hawaiian, and each crust - we've never been disappointed! Love at 425! I'm not sure why people are so dissatisfied - we love it! To save time, call in or order online & it will be ready in 15 minutes or less, even during busy times! Yum! read more

Salty, salty, salty. If the salt level on the pizzas wasn't so high, I would give this location a better review. The taste of the ingredients is good and seems fresh and the time waiting while your order is made is short, even when they are busy. Clean waiting area and very convenient if you need a quick lunch or dinner option. And Tuesday are $10 pizza days. Any toppings, as much as you want. Great deal. read more

They make a very good Herb Chicken Mediterranean Delight pizza one of my favorites here. Prices are reasonable. But the best time is Tuesday. For any large pizza its $10 but you do have to cook it yourself. That's why I give them three stars. read more

Tickets get lost and there is no sense of urgency to fix the problem. The crew leader is not a crew leader on this night shift. It's pizza I get it no one died it's just food. The real problem is people and customer service. I can buy a pizza at Costco for cheaper or anywhere for that matter. Just take time to take care of a receipt that falls on the floor and no one knows how to fix it! read more

Wow, I just visited the Canyon Rd location and I am blown away at the lack of customer service. When I arrived, there was a line 3 deep at the "place order here" sign. There were 2 folks at the "pick up online orders" window. I asked if the people in the line were waiting to order as I've noticed in the past people just waiting for their pizzas get mixed up. Everyone was waiting, for a while apparently. Turns out it was just a cluster cuss of help. No one working was acknowledging customers. Hardly looking up at all. Clearly no manager or lead. Apparently the people waiting were supposed to go to the pick up orders window instead but no workers helped with this. If this were my franchise I would be taking a hard look at my managers training. read more

I have been a patron of this store since it opened. The food is good, the place is clean and the pizza assemblers are consistently good and cheerful, however, some of the employees need further customer service training. I have over the years often paid for my pizza HERE with a check. The last time I was there the employee told me not only that my check would not be accepted but questioned that I had ever written a check there. Now, I'm OK with a policy change but don't tell me I have never written a check there. When I pressed it and asked if she was calling me a liar she went in the back and asked the "Manger " that was evidently too busy to address the concerns of a long time local patron to show his or her face ( even though I was the only customer in the store at the time.) She returned telling me "cash only" Really? What a coward is this manager? I can show many cancelled checks for this establishment. Why should I have to? Tell me your policy has changed but don't question my recall especially when you are WRONG. You may just have lost a long time local customer because you are a bad manager and your employees are ignorant about customer service. It doesn't take much to make a loyal customer to walk away and it could have been easily resolved. Watch me as I walk away........ read more
