The staff was not very friendly. She made me feel like it was my fault my visit wasn't recorded because I didn't tell her I entered my phone number. Usually they ask if I'm a MySlice rewards member. Both the calzone and pizza bowl were chinzy. The place is deadly quiet. By adding some music would be nice while we wait. read more

Ok my fault but I didn't realize I had to bake it! First there's no way to make it crispy because the crust would have to bake a little first before adding all the toppings. I couldn't cut a pc without it falling apart. $45 for 2 taco pizzas. I would have been better off buying a frozen pizza from the grocery store. So disappointed. I can make it better myself read more

We just ordered the "take and bake" large pepperoni and sausage original crust. Awful! After baking it, it tastes like a frozen Diggorno pizza from the grocery store. Only we paid $35 for this one. Bummer. Don't order this. You'll be disappointed unless you have a professional pizza oven. read more

It was ok but they added too much tomato sauce and it stuck to the bottom even cooking it 5 minutes longer. I will try them again and let them know to cut back on the tomato sauce. read more

I had a coupon for a free pizza that was going to expire, so I came here for the first time. It was New Year's Eve and it was busy. I placed my order and waited about ten minutes for it to be made. The employees were friendly here and they were wearing gloves. It was a little messy where they were working. I brought my pizza home and stuck it into the oven as they are baked there. The pizza was good and tasted fresh. I prefer NY style Pizza, so I probably would not go back. A large pizza will set you back about $10, so if you have a family, it is a good price point. We placed an order today for pickup. When my husband picked it up we confirmed verbally that there were no onions on it. They said "no onions". What we ordered came with green onions and we asked for it to be removed. So thinking all was ok, my husband left with the pizzas. When he got home there were red onions all over the pizza. So he returned to the store to request they remake it. He was then yelled at by a young female worker stating it was his fault for not checking it first and that they're only humans and allowed to make mistakes. That took him by surprise because all he asked was for it to be remade. So, to the 17 year old that yells at customers when they it's the business that made the mistake....time to grow up and understand what customer service is. We won't be back until they hire mature workers. read more

It has been several years since I have been here and now I know why. I quit going due to not getting the pizza as I asked and when I informed them, I was given 5 dollars of another pizza to purchase later. I did not eat the first and as 8 said, they gave me 5 dollars off a second which was prepared as I wanted. Ok I do not see what all the rave is about with this pizza. I do not know if it is because I was a chef working in italian restaurants, but this pizza is not good. I would also say that my husband who would eat anything, does not like this pizza. I give it two stars because the customer service is good and the toppings are fresh. The dough has no flavor and the tray they provide you to cook with, mainly the thin crust, sticks to the pizza. I have tried this place three times thinking maybe it was the pizza i received.....still the same thing. I even transferred the pizza to a pizza stone but it still lacks flavor. I am pretty surprised at how much they charge for the quality. Save yourself a few bucks and buy a frozen pizza. read more

The worst service and pizza i've ever had at this location. It wasn't busy and they still forgot toppings, including the final cheese, the employee mangled the crust edge so it didn't cook right and the wrap job was so bad the pizza slid out trying to carry it. Terrible experience. My wife ordered two pizzas over the phone totaling $15. Because we had to pick her mom up from the hospital, we asked her brother to pick up the order. He showed up and gave his sisters name. Papa Murphy handed him 3 pizzas that were ordered by someone with a similar sounding name only if you speak with your mouth half closed. He was unaware of the mistake since he didn't call the order in. I don't fully blame him or Murphy boy for this happening. We should have been more clear with her brother on what pizzas he was picking up. My problem with this portion of the experience is that the system in place to just trust anyone who steps in the door and gives a name that's close enough to an order without certainly confirming what they ordered is pathetic. Furthermore, if you're going to use this terrible system, then you can't blame customers when you hand the wrong order out. So, after calling back to try and correct this mistake, the manager told us over the phone, as we understood, that we could be refunded the difference on what we ordered and what we were charged (since we were charged for someone else's larger order) and we could come and pick the pizzas up that we actually ordered (you know, the ones that we wanted to eat). We said great we'll be right there. My wife and I drove over and the girl behind the counter informed us we would have to pay for the two pizzas we wanted on top of the $30 that we'd been charged. When I pushed back and said I won't pay for an order I placed in addition to someone else's order that you gave me incorrectly, I was met with a snarky, "I already explained what we can do for you over the phone.. you can take it or leave it". This, from the manager (I'm guessing) who had just walked up. I was livid. I stormed out saying this is effing terrible customer service. PS: I love the papa Murphy's brand and concept, and as an out of towner, I was excited to have it since we don't have it where we live. But whoever is running this particular store really needs to reassess some things. read more

Me and the wife decided to try it out for the first time after exhausting all our options for dinner. Story of my life.....anyways we got there kinda late; About 20 mins before closing. I know when I did customer service back in the day I hated customers who came in right before closing, but they were friendly and very helpful since we were first timers. They explained how it worked and our options. We got home and in a matter of 13 mins at 425 degrees plus an additional 10 mins for our cheese bread it was worth it. Something about baking it yourself you feel for appreciative about dinner then simply ordering and eating. Only reason I give 4 stars not 5 is cause I wasn't crazy about the original red sauce I think I'll try a different sauce next time. Seemed a bit "blah" for sauce. Also I kinda hate cutting pizza I think you need a degree in cutting pizza cause my cheese always get a bit shifty when cutting and turns out kinda ugly. read more

This location is ran by the best people!! Everyone is always so nice and the food is fresh and made correctly every time I go there. Tonight I came in right after closing time. When I realized this, I was going to just go some place else. They were kind enough to still make my order and were really pleasant in spite of the fact that I came at closing time. We picked up a double stuff pizza from Papa Murphys take and bake. Not as much cheese as I would like on the second layer but the pizza was really good. I also had them add cheese into the crust and it was really good. I would say if you have the time you should do the take and bake. They don't offer cooked pizzas but it was fun to pick up a fresh pizza and cook it. read more

Frequent customer of this location. Seems to be going downhill. Toppings are less and less and I have observed them not measuring the ingredients and just putting a handful on. The last 2 pizzas have been disappointing. I am hoping they get back to making a good pizza. I am hoping that management reads this as well and realizes that they need to make a better more consistent pizza! Will give it another try but may be time to find a new pizza place. read more

I have had Papa Murphy's Pizza in Colorado and its great wish there were more of them here. they out beat Pizza hut and Domino's any day. So what you have to take it home and bake it , it only takes 18 minutes and by then it would take you that long to set a table anyways. Try one they are truly great read more

Pizza is pretty good IF they don't screw up your order. And don't ask for it to be fixed. They act like they bought the supplies themselves and by fixing the mistake they made they were out their own money. I spoke with the owner of this location and she was very pleasant. The people always seem to be in good spirits and the store seems clean to me. My mother loves this place. I personally find it weird that you buy an uncooked pizza then heat up your house baking it... (This is Arizona folks!) but it is I guess a decent idea if you don't mind cooking it yourself. They are pretty generous with the toppings and the toppings seem fresh and of good quality. Our family favorites are the chicken artichoke and the Mediterranean. However, I am generally underwhelmed by customer service everytime I have been in Papa Murpheys. Just last night, my mother, my husband, and I went in to get a pizza and asked about the specials. Basically they gesture to the two signs... for our reading pleasure... (instead of, you know, advising us what the specials are). And we end up getting a deep dish meat lovers pizza that was on special... for $14 for a family size not bad- but not something we would usually choose-- and when we leave and are driving home we see a $5 for large pizza deal on a sign one of their employees was holding outside on the street- which they never told us... really?! The truth is we probably would have bought a couple large pizzas instead. We also bought the s'mores dessert pizza and the cheesy bread. Which ended up being buy one ($4) get one side for $2 (a special we weren't told about until we checked out- but hey, I guess better late then never). So that customer service glitch aside... The meaty deep dish pizza was quite tastey and filling. The cheesy bread had way too little cheese and was just okay- definitely would not purchase again. And the s'mores dessert pizza was actually quite tasty when it came out of the oven when it was all gooey with chocolate and marshmallow goodness- and it disappeared the fastest- no suprise there. :) So, all in all the pizza is pretty good and fresh but this is just not a place my husband and I go to ever on our own- we just don't love it like others seem to. We just get it when we visit my parents because my mom loves it. But I do feel it is worth a try. Just work on the customer service piece a bit more. read more
