I really, really love the pizza, greek salad and both types of cheese bread here at Papa Murphy's. Yes!! I do agree with some other reviews about customer service but I had good help from Sheena and Wendy with an order. The management/owner does need to show the staff on cancelling orders since I have come to find that they do not have some ingredients or items on the menu after I've placed my order. but all n all, I gotta say it's really the best pizza either of us have had from any pizza joint. Most of the time the window help are awesome! a lot of the times they will notice Cooper in the back and had him over a doggie treat! They're usually friendly. But then again I have had not so good service, but honestly...best pizza I've had for a chain and actually better than some pizza restaurants that consider themselves the best pizza in town. read more

Don't trust this place with your credit card! Customer service and online ordering system absolutey the worst and deserve negative stars. Ordered pizza and the checkout system tells you "trust me" the discount will be added after you place the order. When that doesn't happen a call to the store gets you a don't give a shit employee who tells you your choices are suck it up and pay full price or call back in the morning because the manger cant be bothered to reverse the charges to my card until then. Well, let me say that we always ordered from the Vancouver, WA Papa Murphy's and never had a problem with food or delivery. However, our last 2 orders from the Florence store has left us with a bad taste in our mouths. First, ordered 3 calazones. 1 came correct. Called the store, manager not in left a message. I have been a fan of Papa Murphys for years. For some reason things have changed lately. The last two pizzas I ordered had about half the cheese I used to get and was also very skimpy on the toppings. When I'm paying over $15 for a pizza, I expect to get what I paid for, not half of what I paid for. I'm done with them. read more

We used to get pizzas at Papa Murphy's all the time but somethings changed over the last year or so. For some reason the crust is very dry and sticks to the paper pan even though we follow the directions carefully about cooking it in the oven. The toppings are always very good but the crust is very disappointing. So we don't go there anymore. read more

This store really needs to work on their customer service. I walked into an empty store with several employees that were all too busy to take my money for an order. Waited patiently for several minutes. I finally had to voice that I just needed to pick up my order. Please remember, customers keep your business running. I have eaten Pappa Murphy's for over 20 years and never until these last two purchases was I disappointed. It seems as though the regular crust is as thin as a thin crust, and the ingredients, much less. HORRIBLE! Papa Murphy's pizza is good. But NOT this location! I have on 3 occasions called in an order and not had it ready for 20 minutes beyond my order time. I write these times off..... Accepting their poor excuses (busy, not enough employees, new register system) Today is the icing on the awful cake that is this sorry excuse for a papa murphys. First I called in my order an hour and a half before it was needed (note previous times where it was not ready on time) I get there and they take OVER 20 minutes to even acknowledge my presence in the drive-thru. Then FINALLY they ask name and have someone rush to make a pizza...THEN It's the wrong size....she tells me to pull around the front and I mention I've waited over 20min in the drive thru and it was a call in....that there is no excuse. Pizza was great! Was told it would take 20 minutes and it took 40. I HATE paying at a window and then being told to wait out front, ESPECIALLY when it took double the quoted time! I will give them a second chance because the pizza was good, but I will never go back again if they aren't timely. It was a Monday evening and they were NOT busy.
