Got my order right and seems to be much faster than the dominos from where I am from. Food was great as well.

Usually my food from Doninos is on point. I don't get it delivered often but this time I did and it was also the only time I have had them f#!! Up my order. It was after 11 pm and I live some what out of town. Taking it back to town was not an option and it may not have been what we ordered but it was edible, enuf. I AM most certainly going to find out who to talk to and request a new order complete with what we actually ordered. CAN'T use the delivery insurance b cuz the rules state u have to take the entire order into the store with in 2 hours. Not to mention the driver was a lot of an unpleasant man. We ordered online and it was very convenient passing through town. One of the only late night spots other than fast food drive thru. The staff was friendly and the order came out quick. We liked our pizza and thought the value was good. We would definitely stop again when in town next. read more

Our pizza wasnt delivered to car as requested. After sitting for a while, we gave up and went in to check. Sure enough it was sitting there ready. It was still warm, so we were happy until we started eating. We had ordered three pizzas and stuffed cheesey bread. About two inches around the crusts there was no toppings and our stuffed cheesey bread, was just bread with sprinkled cheese on top. Nothing like Seattle Dominos. We wont be coming back to this one. Unexpectedly decided to have Domino's for dinner. We walked in to order vs calling in. The staff was great, very friendly. You could tell they were busy. The wait was 25 mins so we left to do a couple things then returned in about 20 mins. While waiting for the order the guys were efficient getting orders complete and out the door. They apologized for the wait which is nice. Truly though they were hustling and that's always appreciated. I did pass the location once as it's tucked on the side of the building. My bad, I missed the large curb sign with the list of companies within the strip. I should have used GPS too. read more

Nothing that any Dominos, at any location, could offer would be worth having to deal with a business this poorly managed. Not at any price. I spent exactly 18 minutes on hold. Fearful that the entire establishment had been gunned down in a hold up I stopped by on my way home. Mind you I was still on hold when I walked in the front door. First thing I asked "is there something wrong with your phone system (as the most annoying loop played through the speaker phone of my phone)? Answer: "We're not answering the phones...we're too busy." At that point I hung up the phone and walked out. Good thing to otherwise I'd probably still be on hold. As an aside...no attempt at an apology. Nothing. Just a big "fuck you." read more

Lying , Cheating ,Pant Loads! We ordered a XL pizza with Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Green Peppers and Onions and bbq wings at 9:45pm last sunday nite. We did it online as always. I've been ordering Dominos pizza for decades at different locations in different states. As soon as our online order was complete, we got a call from someone at the dominoes in Florence Oregon. He said they didn't have , Mushrooms, onions or green peppers, (I suspect they had already put them away, since they were closing in 15 minutes )... but since they had already processed my online payment, I said ok give me extra cheese and double pepperoni, He said ok ! The charge was for $46.62 and it arrived on time, it had no extra pepperoni, no extra cheese. We then looked at our payment and they had temporarily charged us $38.62. We thought ok , not what we wanted but they gave us a discount. ..... (GONG).......... Then today going over my account ... they went back and recharged the $46.62. I then immediately called to speak with the manager and the girl on the phone gave me the run around and asked whats this about ... so my mistake told her whats up , and she then said hold on , and then hung up, she must have either blocked my number, or just wouldn't pick up the phone once I called back the same number ! This will be going to their district manager or higher if need be . Watch out for Florence Oregon Dominos Pizza store, because they are a complete and utter scam ! read more

Wow! Seeing is believing. Dominos Pizza kicked ass over Pizza Hut. I ordered thin AND pan crust, for the Mix & Match deal. Pan pizza is better. Not so dry, and the crust was not too hard. They were a little late, but the pizza was as hot as expected, for delivery. Good Job! BTW try ANY pizza without the tomato sauce. But instead use the white sauce. Digests so much nicer! If you're looking for poor service and a lukewarm pizza, this is the place. We were kept waiting in the car for a curbside delivery, for 10 minutes after the tracker said it was ready. Very dissatisfied,! Was told I could not split the sauce on a large when I could. Have been paying more for two smalls now for months. I realize that this is a trying time for take out businesses, but today at 5:15 I ordered a pizza from the Florence Oregon store, it was being prepped at This time. I arrived at the store at 5:30 and the tracker said it was still being prepped. At 5:45 it went into the oven, at 5:53 it was being inspected. At 6:20 I went into the store to see what was taking so long(there were six employees in the store) After being ignored for about five minutes I was finally asked to be helped. After the apology and I got back home with a lukewarm pizza, the tracker still said my pizza was still being inspected. I was trying to use the tracker to social distance. Worst service I have ever had her. Try a little harder next time. Just had to get this off my chest, too frustrated too even eat when I got home. read more

This dominos is in the corner unit of a small business building. Inside is clean, they prepared food quickly and accurately (including special requests) and had friendly employees. They're also open LATE! Definitely give this dominos a shot if you're in the mood for pizza! read more

The staff were very polite even though they were running a bit late. I don't blame them because of how late I ordered I just hope other folks who order from this location are understanding because of their low staff. My food was exactly what I ordered although the garlic knots were a bit light. Everything was hot and ready! The person delivering (Ed) was particularly nice, just seemed a bit stressed. I'm so grateful to have this experience because I am visiting. Definitely recommend please just keep an open mind with their team :) read more

They screwed up my order on delivery so I called to let them know and was going to see about maybe some in store credit or whatever and talked to an employee that had to talk to manager he comes back with manager said if you want it replaced you have to pay for what I actually ordered and pay another delivery charge I said may I talk to the manager who was not only rude but proceeded to tell me that when he was up there helping the girl at the counter he read it back to me and I said yes which that is not true I looked at her and said what did he say and said it again I did not understand what he said. The kid/manager was a jerk!! Will not be ordering again from the Florence store under his management!! read more

If I could put 0 stars I would! Candy was so disrespectful I almost couldn't believe I was on the phone with a manager, she was so rude and arguing back and forth with me telling me that I'm lying. It sucks that because this was our friday night pizza go to! They seriously need to do something about her, I am completely shocked at the service I received.
