Awful Customer service-order not ready after over an 30+min, children running the front were rude and defensive, acted like I was putting them out to pick up my order that wasnt ready. after arguing with me over it being made and seeing my receipt, they found 1/2 in the back slammed it down on the counter then refused to talk or help me, all the while glaring. After making another pizza before mine, they made the wrong one, despite me telling them before what I had ordered. When I questioned them, they said it was what was on the receipt, I asked from my receipt back and they refused to give it to me. Most uncomfortable situation ever, wont give them my business again and hope others read this and choose elsewhere as well. read more

The young group who work there all need to be fired. They are extremely rude. They laugh at customers when you ask them to fix a problem. They don't understand what "light sauce" or "extra pepperoni" means. It is a constant struggle to get them to make a decent pizza. The cut the green onion nearly an inch long. Who cuts green onion pieces an inch long? They also let their friends walk in and make free pizzas while customers are waiting. Where is the manager? Why aren't there any adults in there? read more

Best Pizza in Conifer! Great service! They really take pride in what they do. Need a bigger place

I have had many pizzas in the area from many different places. What I love about this pizza is that you can cook to your own liking in your own oven at home. Every time I have called in for a phone order or gone in to place an order I am always greeted with friendly hellos. Everyone there seems very professional, and seem to follow the health rules. They always are well dressed, hair pulled back and wearing gloves. A couple of employees there seem to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your order, smile and engage in conversation. Not saying they all don't, these are just the names I know of the top of my head. Great place, great people, great pizza. And I love that they offer a gluten free choice. Which btw I have tasted (normally my child eats that) and it is actually really tasty! Not cardboard like I was expecting. I highly recommend them! Visit often!! read more

Pizza is great. 10 dollar Tuesday is a good value to feed a family. However we thought to try their new calzones tonight. Will not buy those again. A four topping calzone was 12 dollars and did not even feed one person, very tiny. When I can feed three people with the 10 dollar Tuesday deal. read more

Since there are no current ratings I'm going to add another of mine. This place consistently offers a great product at a great price with great service. It's been under excellent management for a while now, and I always find the workers, mostly high school students, very friendly and hard-working. We been to several PM's and this one has always gotten our orders correct. The staff is always friendly. I love that we can take the pizza home and add a few of our favorites toppings and get the crust as crispy as we want. I do have to say I love their thin crust. read more

Take and bake is a great idea. OK so you have to wait 13 minutes at home (for a delight) and you get it super fresh. Overall its a great pizza deal cost and quality wish hard to beat. I've never had it before (believe it or not), but this is my pizza place now. the other option is Anthony's, but to be honest they're sub par for being so expensive and taking 9 years to deliver. My first visit will be my last. Average product with sub-par service. I called 40 minutes ahead of time for two pizzas on a Friday night only to wait in line to pay for them for 15 minutes. As I was waiting, I watched as most of the people in front of me who called ahead as well not get thier pizzas because they were not ready yet. There was this woman behind the counter who I assume was the manager because she was yelling at all the high school kids that were doing the best they could because she couldn't deal with the stress of a busy Friday night. When it was finally my turn to pick up my pizzas, I told that they were not ready yet. I paid and went to wait for my pizzas. As I waited, I watched other people walk in and order pizzas and pay for them and leave before people who had called ahead (such as myself) continued to wait. As I was waiting the manager continued wailing about how she was "living the dream" and yelling at the kids to "answer the phone" while she grumbled about how busy it was. Finally a man got so upset he started yelling about why he hadn't gotten his two pizzas he had called ahead for. The Manager angrily pulled two pizzas off the rack that were waiting for pick up and slammed them down by the check out register. When one of the employees mentioned that those weren't his she snapped at him "Well we will REMAKE THEM THEN!!" When they finally got my pizzas ready I had the pleasure of interacting with the manager as she asked me if I paid for the pizza already. I told her I had about 25 minutes ago and she started looking frantically for my reciept. She started yelling at the girl who rang me up asking what she did with the sales slip. Finally after she couldn't find it, she slammed the pizzas on the counter and said "HERE YOU GO I HOPE IT'S RIGHT!" It is too bad that there isn't any other place really to get pizza in Confier on a Friday night because the service really makes it a stop you don't want to make. From start to finish I waited for 30 minutes for an uncooked pizza that I had called 40 minutes ahead for. I can't believe the type of service you get for a product that they don't even COOK. I could have driven down to Denver and back and gotten a pizza that was COOKED! read more

Papa Murphy's offers a great product and I have never been disappointed by the pizza or the service until today. The pizza is still great but I have never received such unfriendly service as I did at this Papa Murphy's. This was the first time I have ever been to this location and it is my last. I noticed the cashier/order taker was either in a bad mood or generally unhappy. I made it a point to smile and greet her when it was my turn but all I got was a f- you look and an unhappy "can I help you?" I gave her my order and thanked her and did not even get a thank you or a you're welcome. Customer Service sucked but the pizza was great! So at least she got the order right! read more

Average, yet service some nights can be frustrating

We used to get Papa Murphy's every Tuesday and Friday. We will not be going back because the last two times we went there a couple workers were extremely rude. The first time Lilly (cashier) was buying her own pizza at the register when the customer in front of me was standing there. Someone asked her to help him...she said, "I don't get paid enough to care, I clocked out already". When I got home I realized my order was wrong. The last time, I called to order pizza and a very annoyed Ashley answered the phone asking, "what do you want." I replied that I would like to order a pizza and she said, "yeah, which one." When I arrived to pick up the pizza (that no one in my house will eat for fear of Ashley spit) she was standing behind by the food with her hands in her very greasy hair asking the manager if she could run home for a little bit. The whole experience was unprofessional and unpleasant. read more

I like PMs pizza on average though it seems they've gone with cheaper ingredients in the last couple of years but this location does not accept checks or Amex unlike every other PM I've ever visited and they're in a small mountain community. I guess the owner is a cheap A greedy person who doesn't trust the community and is not willing to lose a dime of profit at the expense of his/her customers. read more
