Quite a change from the last time I visited when I waited 40 min for anyone to acknowledge me. Luckily, yesterday it seemed they were properly staffed and someone greeted me immediately and my yummy pizza was ready on time, so I was right back out the door! Per usual, Jet's has always had one of the best Detroit style pizzas in town (get the corners pizza; I'm not usually a crust gal, but theirs is cooked to perfection). Just a FYI, there is only a small bench in the waiting area, so try to show up at an accurate time, unless you don't mind standing. read more

Order was wrong, they put someone named Brittany on the phone. She is the manager there, or highest position at the location? She treated me horribly, had a horrible attitude not only towards me but her employees from what I heard. She did offered a coupon or discount with a horrible tone of voice and i felt like I was doing something wrong for just trying to get some money back for an issue that they made. Store is a mess under this kind of control. read more

Jet's *used* to be good -- but this last time was awful. Pizza arrived late and WRONG: they left off two toppings. My husband called the store and neither the guy who answered nor the "supervisor/manager" offered to do anything about it, other than offer a "10% discount next time." The manager actually said, "Well, we can remake it and YOU CAN COME PICK IT UP." Um...excuse me? WE PAID FOR DELIVERY AND IT WAS YOUR MISTAKE! Then, after some arguing, the manager said they'd refund our order, which they never did. Absolute crap. Don't order here. read more

I ordered a large Detroit style and they kept it warm for me cuz I was late to pick it up. Thank you. Its really delicious. I come back again soon. read more

I love eating Jett's Pizza at the Lakewood and Wadsworth location. Great Detroit style Pizza! Jett's offers the crunchy crust that I really love. And I really like their sauce. Jacob, the Manager, is so friendly, smiles and provides first-class customer service. He is great employee! I have ordered many times and have always been treated well. I recommend Jett's very highly. You won't be disappointed. DeAnne read more

Jet's Pizza - A very small pizza - Pizza Near Me - Lakewood, Colorado

Local pizza joints continue to show us all that they run circles around the corpo-competitors. Jet's is no different on this front. The place is obviously designs for pure pick-up and/delivery, since there is no eating area anywhere in or out of the building. H9wever, that was probably the only real bad thing about this place. They got this lunch slice combo special that just rocks. Two slices of pizza and a soda for under 10 bucks. As for those slices? THICK square slices, and they sit in the gut for a while. Fills you right up. Seriously surprised not many hit this place up for lunch, it's an amazing deal. read more

So expensive and nothing different about other pizza places I was trying to order a large 3 topping was going to be like 40 bucks I can get lil cees or pizza hit better not even big daddy pizza is that expensive read more

This was my first time in Jet's Pizza and I'm really impressed. The second I walked in, I could smell the "pizzeria" smell the second I walked in the door. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and it was greatly appreciated. Welcoming people into a business is a nice touch that makes people feel welcome and it's a dying art. I ordered a large deep dust veggie pizza minus black olives, a deep dish cheese bread with garlic butter and a small cheese cauliflower cheese pizza. The bill was right at fifty bucks and it was fifty bucks well spent. It took about 20 minutes to receive my order and it was to be to see them coming out of the oven. I took my pizzas home for the family and they were all a hit. Great pizza, reasonable prices and a very welcoming and friendly staff. I'll absolutely be back to this pizza place. The veggie deep dish was exceptionally good. Might be the best veggie pizza I've had. read more

Horrible service. Took over 2 hours to get our delivery! Will never order here again. When I called after 90 minutes (30 minutes often estimated delivery time) they said it was on its way, well it's been 30 minutes since then and we only live 5 minutes away so.... read more

Ordered it from the Jets today.Because it was really hot outside. And I did not want to turn on any appliances. I called Britney answered the phone, and asked if I was the person on the computer. As I started to rattle off my order for pick up, Britney stated the order was already in the computer and all I had to do was say order the same as the last time. Genius idea. She was quite charming, Very helpful, Great listener. And to top it off, the food is top-notch. This is my go-to pizza every time I want pizza, wings, and a salad, And they make the best ranch dressing. It's just really nice to have great service these days. Thanks, Britney we will be back. Yes, delivery took a while, but whatever magic they played, the pizza was kept just as warm/hot as it'd be if you dined there. We also received a neighborhood coupon for 50% off a regular priced pizza. I went online for the order and the process was a breeze. I distinctively remember asking for NY Style thin crust because I know that'd be a round pie. I wasn't too eager to try Jet's signature rectangular pizza with a more doughy crust. But that's what we got! It was almost like they completely ignored my customization request!! I was too hungry at that point to care to argue. Hubby and I dived right in and we were pleasantly surprised! Oh, I do give them credit for remembering that I ordered "half and half." Half the rectangular had ham, sausage, and chicken; the other half had pepperoni, ground beef, and bacon. Hubby gets the toppings right EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I thought for sure with bacon on my side, my half would be tastier; it was just saltier. His chicken was definitely more flavorful. I'll have to remember that - Jet's makes a delicious grilled chicken! Thank goodness the Italian style pie's dough-ier crust was much less "gagging" as a Chicago style deep dish. And the bottom and corners were freaking crispy, so awesome that I looked forward to the crusty pieces the next day! read more

@JetsPizza New to the neighborhood and received a free large one topping deep dish pizza coupon in the mail. Order time to pickup to back home was 25 minutes. The deep dish Italian sausage pizza was great. Perfect amount of sauce. Crispy around the edges. A hearty portion. Crushed red peppers and parm cheese provided. Clean inside. Friendly staff. Hot and delicious. Plenty of leftovers. I am impressed. I will go back. Check 'em out. You'll be glad you did. read more

On November 21st some coworkers and myself ordered several pizzas and cinnamon sticks. We ordered the pizzas at approximately 11:45 am and were told that it would be approximately 45 minutes before our order would be delivered. We asked to receive a text when the order was on its way. After about an hour and fifteen minutes when we had not heard anything, one of my coworkers called Jet's to find out if there was an issue and the person that answered told us that the driver had left 5 minutes before we called. Note: We were the only delivery order that the store had at the time we called about the delivery! After another 20 minutes we called back to see what was going on and the person said they would call the driver and after 10 minutes on hold the person got back on the phone and said they would be at our location in 10 minutes. (The business is only a 15 minute drive from our work - so probably the person had not left the shop the first time we called.) The driver didn't show up for another 15 minutes. In the end we waited 2 hours for what was supposed to be a 45 minute wait. Additionally, the cinnamon sticks were dry and tasted like they were old and only reheated. Even though we experienced all of this, Jet's never offered to make it right. The young woman that delivered apologized profusely, but the person on the phone made no offer to make amends for the poor service! read more

This location is horrible, I ordered via text order was suppose to be ready in 20 min I get there and have to wait extra 30 min. On top of that I finally get my order just for me to get home and find myself stuck with a doughy uncooked deep dish pizza. Customer service was horrible as well. 0 stars to this location in specific read more

Apparently that is a large and a small. The only reason we got this spot is because we had a flyer and just came back from four days out of town. Honestly never again. So for a large pizza after all the taxes and five dollar delivery fee on top of the tip you are looking at 30 dollars. The small was going to be an additional 13 dollar item but was tossed in for free due to the flyer. Im already extremely annoyed for paying that much for this. Mostly because other pizza places in the area charge less and you get bigger. The cheese is also falling slick off the pizza. Let it cool and still you grab it and the whole cheese falls right off so you are left with bread and tomato sauce. Yeah lovely way to spend 30 bucks. (Insert eye roll). Just save yourself the trip and go to king scoopers to buy a frozen pizza because honestly a lot of them also taste better. You spend less then half for twice as much food and better taste. Never ever ordering from here again. Thanks for the flyer but nope. read more

Jet's Pizza - Hand tossed crust pizza with pepperoni, jalapeño and black olives - Pizza Near Me - Lakewood, Colorado

The pizza we ordered was disgusting very poor quality also there were missing items from our order. I called the store and spoke to a manager who stated she was the one who made the pizza and instead of offering any solution or resolution she was a snotty brat and simply said in a condescending tone "sorry for the inconvenience". Do these franchises offer proper customer service training or have a protocol for orders that are poor quality? I spent my hard earned money on a product that was garbage and experienced a low vibe disrespectful response from the "leadership" at that location. I don't have a picture to share because the pizza is in the trash. Learned a lesson tonight, never again Jets Pizza not even a different location. read more

Foods great but service could be better . Was told 20 minutes but waited 45 for a to go medium pizza . The order was also wrong - supposed to be half cheese. They gave some coupons which is nice but the system needs a update read more

The pizza is good, above average. The staff leaves a lot to be desired. They're incompetent and don't know how to manage the operation or communicate with customers. Three different customers stood there waiting for their pizzas - each for five minutes or longer when the pizza was done and sitting there waiting to give to the customer! The problem was the employees don't think to call the customers name out! REALLY? What the..... I've never seen such incompetence and lack of common sense. Clearly, the ownership has no idea how to train these people or hold them accountable. read more

I have ordered before previously and found that the gentleman that normally runs that Store is quite helpful and very pleasant. I ordered aCalzone with sausage and got an Italian Deli Boat. ‍‍ Unlike the present manager Brittany who has such a bad attitude & bad customer service skills!! I am not a pizza lover. In fact, I very rarely crave pizza and usually turn down an invitation to eat pizza. However, I always say YES to Jet's Pizza. Detroit style pizza is very tasty. read more

Absolutely loved my pizza. Sooo delicious. The sauce is perfectly seasoned and the people there love their job. You can tell! 100% recommend

The very definition of institutional pizza. Bland, sticky, and nasty. If you're nostalgic for pizza like they served in your jail or high school cafeteria, this is a place for you. Make sure you add half an hour to your pickup time, they are slow as death. The lobby has all the charm of a prison waiting room. read more

First off let me just preface this and say I'm not from Detroit I've never been so I can't speak to "if it's Detroit style enough or not" Im not sure it's fair to expect such expectations personally, I go off if it's good or not. This place is a little gem. The girl working in there was very pleasant and the place was clean. We waited about 20 minutes for a freshly made pizza and we loved everything about it. The crust was amazing and really separates this pizza from others. I've seen this place before and never thought to stop in. However, we had a pretty trustworthy foodie friend of ours that recommended it and I'm glad we were shown this place. My only gripe is there's nowhere to sit, it's just a carry out set up, so you just have to plan to get it to go, and today we were expecting to sit in somewhere, especially having a kiddo with us. It still didn't detour us though, so we just ate in the car. The menu is simple and it's pretty minimal inside like I said, carry out style. We will for sure be back! Thank you guys read more

It's a chain people!! Most chains are consistent enough to do two things...fill your tummy and not rape your wallet or purse strings. My opinion of their quality is that their marinara sauce is much better than most pizza chains like Pizza Hut, Dominio's or the place that advertises itself with "Pizza, Pizza!!! It's also a bit pricy for its quality. Although, the sauce, licked my fingers clean with the deliciousness. Glad I tried the place. That's how I'll leave this review. One tip, is use their coupon to lower your costs if you want to sample its pizza. read more

Couldn't wait to try Jets. I was not disappointed. We ordered a Detroit style pizza for pick up. The pizza was so hot, I could hardly carry it. And still so hot and fresh when I got it home. The caramelized cheese on the crust, and the sauce was very tasty, as were the other toppings. And the jalapeños were actually hot, like they should be. The house made ranch dressing on the side made for a great dip. This pizza definitely exceeded my expectations and Jets is now my go-to pizza place for hot, fresh and delicious pizza. So much better than any other pizza I have found in Lakewood! $11.99 with coupon for a large, and coupon is good for 3 months. Can't be beat! read more
