This was my first time in Jet's Pizza and I'm really impressed. The second I walked in, I could smell the "pizzeria" smell the second I walked in the door. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and it was greatly appreciated. Welcoming people into a business is a nice touch that makes people feel welcome and it's a dying art. I ordered a large deep dust veggie pizza minus black olives, a deep dish cheese bread with garlic butter and a small cheese cauliflower cheese pizza. The bill was right at fifty bucks and it was fifty bucks well spent. It took about 20 minutes to receive my order and it was to be to see them coming out of the oven. I took my pizzas home for the family and they were all a hit. Great pizza, reasonable prices and a very welcoming and friendly staff. I'll absolutely be back to this pizza place. The veggie deep dish was exceptionally good. Might be the best veggie pizza I've had.

Yes, delivery took a while, but whatever magic they played, the pizza was kept just as warm/hot as it'd be if you dined there. We also received a neighborhood coupon for 50% off a regular priced pizza. I went online for the order and the process was a breeze. I distinctively remember asking for NY Style thin crust because I know that'd be a round pie. I wasn't too eager to try Jet's signature rectangular pizza with a more doughy crust. But that's what we got! It was almost like they completely ignored my customization request!! I was too hungry at that point to care to argue. Hubby and I dived right in and we were pleasantly surprised! Oh, I do give them credit for remembering that I ordered "half and half." Half the rectangular had ham, sausage, and chicken; the other half had pepperoni, ground beef, and bacon. Hubby gets the toppings right EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I thought for sure with bacon on my side, my half would be tastier; it was just saltier. His chicken was definitely more flavorful. I'll have to remember that - Jet's makes a delicious grilled chicken! Thank goodness the Italian style pie's dough-ier crust was much less "gagging" as a Chicago style deep dish. And the bottom and corners were freaking crispy, so awesome that I looked forward to the crusty pieces the next day!

@JetsPizza New to the neighborhood and received a free large one topping deep dish pizza coupon in the mail. Order time to pickup to back home was 25 minutes. The deep dish Italian sausage pizza was great. Perfect amount of sauce. Crispy around the edges. A hearty portion. Crushed red peppers and parm cheese provided. Clean inside. Friendly staff. Hot and delicious. Plenty of leftovers. I am impressed. I will go back. Check 'em out. You'll be glad you did.

Apparently that is a large and a small. The only reason we got this spot is because we had a flyer and just came back from four days out of town. Honestly never again. So for a large pizza after all the taxes and five dollar delivery fee on top of the tip you are looking at 30 dollars. The small was going to be an additional 13 dollar item but was tossed in for free due to the flyer. Im already extremely annoyed for paying that much for this. Mostly because other pizza places in the area charge less and you get bigger. The cheese is also falling slick off the pizza. Let it cool and still you grab it and the whole cheese falls right off so you are left with bread and tomato sauce. Yeah lovely way to spend 30 bucks. (Insert eye roll). Just save yourself the trip and go to king scoopers to buy a frozen pizza because honestly a lot of them also taste better. You spend less then half for twice as much food and better taste. Never ever ordering from here again. Thanks for the flyer but nope.

Bomb. I'm impressed. I ordered online and picked up. Got there right on time but it wasn't quite ready yet. Waited a few minutes and it was totally worth it. It was super fresh. All really good!

Text I submitted for the calzone

I have ordered before previously and found that the gentleman that normally runs that Store is quite helpful and very pleasant. I ordered aCalzone with sausage and got an Italian Deli Boat. ‍‍ Unlike the present manager Brittany who has such a bad attitude & bad customer service skills!! She decided to scold & talk over me stating that the mistake was made by the system the way it was read! She wouldn't even let me speak and get a word in otherwise!! Well, they lost my business and I'll be posting this review everywhere else don't waste your time they make mistakes and don't take responsibility!!

I've actually been here a handful of times before, but always stuck to the pizza and pasta (which are great). I honestly can't believe I overlooked the sandwiches for this long. I went with the chicken parm sandwich and it was outstanding--crispy, perfectly breaded chicken, rich marinara, and just the right amount of melted cheese on fresh bread that holds everything together without getting soggy. Easily one of the best chicken parms I've had around here. I reluctantly traded half for the sausage and peppers sandwich, and honestly... it was just as good. The sausage had great flavor and snap, the peppers were cooked perfectly, and everything tasted fresh and well-balanced. It's rare you order two different sandwiches and can't decide which one you liked more, but that was the case here. One of the sneaky best deals: you can add a cup of soup for just $2. I tried the rustic sausage and potato soup and it was excellent--hearty, flavorful, and felt homemade in the best way. What stood out beyond the food is how consistent everything felt with what others say: high-quality ingredients, generous portions, and that authentic, no-frills Italian deli vibe. You can tell they care about doing simple things really well.

They were pretty busy at around 5:30 on a Saturday evening and we were lucky enough to snag a table since they also take reservations and some were being held. The service was great, she gave us her recommendations and was very very patient while we all decided what plates to share. They give you some small plain bread knots when you sit down and had no problem, giving us a refill, even a side of marinara sauce for dipping when we asked. We started with the Caprese appetizer, which was fresh and delicious lightly, garnished with the balsamic glaze that sets the flavor off, not too overpowering. We shared three different pastas - the penne rustica, the shrimp and artichoke, and the pesto tortellini. The rustica was definitely the best, it had such a depth of flavor, and the sauce was a perfect rosé of creamy tomato, with the vegetables helping set off the textures and flavors even more. The other two pastas were good, but I wouldn't prioritize ordering them again, the pesto tortellini was so rich and creamy, but lacked any pesto flavor, which was surprising since it was vivid and green, and so visually appealing. The shrimp and artichoke was good, but didn't allow me, I felt like the artichoke needed more seasoning or something to bring it out a little in the sauce and pasta mix. The owner Nancy was such a sweetheart. She was so attentive and came over to us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Next time I'll be trying the Bolognese :)

It looked more like a Chinese restaurant than a pizza joint--red tablecloths, wine glasses, neon signs, a random Christmas tree, and tons of weird little decorations. We legit thought we were in the wrong spot. The menu was labeled as pizza and pasta, but there weren't many options for either. The combos were kind of all over the place--lamb, octopus, pork--so we tried to keep an open mind. But once the food came... yeah, it didn't get better.
