Placed a phone order verified my order 3 times over the phone then twice when I got there, left with the pizzas, got all the way home only to find I was missing a pizza! Called and all they responded with was "sorry", had to drive all the way back to the shop, waste the gas and they didn't even discount the pizza, so not only a waste of my gas but wasted my time for poor service. read more

Go on a holiday where they will sell hundreds of pizzas to buy two family size and the young female behind the counter would not take a hundred dollar bill. So quick and easy to pop in, make your choices, they build it for you and your out quick. Many options to choose from or just cushion order what you want. Cheese bread, desert and a pizza on the fly is way easy. Bring it home to cook right away or pop it all into frig for just the right time and it's ready when you are. The ingredients are all good and the pizza is good. As close to homemade but really home baked. We have tried many options and all are good. We have been going to Papa Murphys for many years, the one on pine st in Central Point. I can't tell how disappointed we were, the salad was old lettuce mixed in with new it was garbage. The pizza was also substandard with very few items that goes on a deluxe garden pizza. I am writing this review not to get another pizza or salad I writhing this to warn others not to use the pine street store because they have really lowered their standards. If you are local in this area go to the store in Medford. read more

We received a coupon for Papa Murphy's and decided to give them a try. This was our first time ordering from them. Normally we eat pizza out and spend quite a lot more money to get a great pizza. But last night we didn't feel like going out. Any way, I was surprised when the very pleasant young lady told us that the pizza would be ready in five minutes. So we left, they are about 5 minutes away, and sure enough it was ready. The same young woman told us how to cook the pizza, we took it home, and it was ready in less than 20 minutes. We ordered the Murphy combo and for less than half of what I usually pay, it was surprisingly good. The crust turned out great on the pan they give you so don't worry about having the correct pans. One more thing. It was A Friday night at around 4:30 in the afternoon and they were already getting busy. Luckily they have plenty staff and I was out in less than 5 minutes. I need to start this out by saying that I have visited here a few times and really like their pizza. We normally used the coupons that were provided which generally made for a great deal. I have an idea there may be a new owner as the prices have gone up, there are no coupons anymore and the pizza didn't seem to be as good as in the past. The biggest thing is that they don't take the coupons anymore and I think that it is going to affect their business. Time will tell. We paid 17 dollars for a family size pizza and still had to take it home and cook it. That kind of price isn't far off from competitors like Bobbios and Abby's. Sorry but we probably won't be back. read more
