We grabbed a couple of pizzas and cheese bread for dinner. They were busy prepping other orders, but got us taken care of quickly. We got everything in a couple of minutes and were on our way. They were all very friendly and we learned that 2 were sisters! They were fun to talk with. Even with them being busy, the store and prep areas were very clean. Yummy pizza. A bit pricey for having to cook at home. Wasn't a surprise as food costs are through the roof, though.

We are not pizza eaters but when we do it's Papa Murphy's. Their thin crust chicken, artichoke, ranch is the best pizza we've ever had. They had a chicken taco for awhile that was amazing but sadly for a limited time. They are fast and you can bake it however you want. We go extra crispy. read more

My absolute favorite pizza place around St. Louis. The ingredients are so fresh and the dough is quite tasty. My fave is the Herb & Chicken which I always add artichoke hearts too. The feta cheese makes it extra tasty. I wish they delivered or were closer to my house. I'd give it 5 stars but the standard sausage or pepperoni isn't anything to get excited over and the staff is lukewarm at best. I have been unable to place an order for the last several weeks. When calling to find out why, the employee who answered the phone stated they were closing early due to not enough supplies/ingredients to make any more pizza. She stated that this was the reason they've been closing early for several weeks. When asked why they were short-stocked so often, or if management had plans to order more supplies/ingredients any time soon, the employee simply said "I'm sorry, I can't help you any further" and hung up. There are easier ways to say they don't want customers, I had no idea Papa Murphy's was so eager to go out of business. read more

A great dinner on a slippery night! Friday Dec. 16 was a typical December day until late afternoon. As the afternoon progressed, the temperatures dropped and the roads were unexpectedly slippery. And then the day became unique. Since the facilities team needed to help push some people out of the very low-inclined hill leaving our office, we decided to not depart just yet (avoid just sitting in the parking garage), worked a bit late and completed a few other things and, after the traffic subsided a bit, headed home. My wife had called and asked me to pick up Papa Murphy's on the way. Since the streets were surprisingly slippery, the drive took a bit longer than usual, but when I got there, the Papa Murphy's team was ready with our food. After a quick and friendly check-out, I was on the way home with a family-sized pizza and their awesome cookie dough. With the oven already warmed, I walked right into the kitchen and our daughter loaded the pizza into the oven. 11 minutes later we were filling out tummies with pizza goodness. We have been consistently impressed with Papa Murphy's... their pizzas are fresh so they do taste so much better. The little piece of paper says they never freeze their cheese, and maybe that is a big factor, because the crust and the cheese are awesome on their pizzas... the toppings are awesome, too... it's just that the crust and cheese are so far better than anywhere else. As far as the cookie dough.. I think we baked a couple, but it was mostly enjoyed uncooked, as we love to do with chocolate chip cookie dough. Friendly, clean, convenient and easy. And on top of that, great tasting pizza. This was the first time I have ever been to a Papa Murphy's. There have never been any close to where I live. So I was glad when I saw this one nearby and gave it a go. I like the different options they have and look forward to trying them. read more

This is a pretty new location for Papa Murphy's and until this place opened I had never tried their "Take and Bake" pizza. Well, now I have and it is delicious. I only wish they had a restaurant where they would serve you the pizza so that I didn't have to go, pick it up, bring it home, and then wait for the goodness to be ready to eat while it bakes. The employees are almost all friendly except for one rude gentleman I met on one visit. The price is fair too and this place is overall highly recommend by me. read more

Ok, it is a pizza place so five stars is overboard if you are looking for expensive gourmet dine-in food. This noted, the pizza is gourmet and baking at home makes it totally fresh. They are as good as nearly any if not all you can purchase anywhere. Lisa has taken my orders several times and she is simply a doll. So cute and friendly. Love the pizza. However, it's pretty annoying when a pizza place takes call in orders but doesn't answer their phones. Called 3 times, no answer. I understand it's hard when you're busy, but you can't ignore customers. Online, in store or on the phone. Since there was no answer, I drove there to order. Walked up to the cashier (who was just standing there watching everyone else work) and said, "your phones must not be working?" She giggled and said, "yes." I don't live near this location, but it's convenient when I'm in the area and heading home. I ordered two large pizzas, each just one topping. I was waiting over 30 minutes:( this is unacceptable. My first pizza and my second were made ten minutes apart. The store had 12 customers waiting by the time I left and one of the clerks was still taking phone orders rather than the face to face patrons! I overheard a lady get upset and say,"what's the point of calling in my order if I still have to wait 20 minutes?" When I got home and made the pizzas, my disappointment continued... Crust was tasteless, sauce was bland... Neither my guy nor I touched our leftovers. I called to tell the manager about my poor experience and he didn't express any interest in "making it right," by taking my name, number, or email to send me a voucher. Service was rude and slow. Employees were short with people and had a negative attitude. On the plus side, the pizza was good, but I don't want to be treated like a burden on an establishment when I pick up pizza.
