It took about 25 minutes for my pizza to be made. My husband went inside to pick up our pizza. I looked at the pizza it appeared fine, BUT as soon as I got home,I looked at the pizza and it was so dry, and over cooked.It looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. I called the store to let them know that my pizza was dry and over cooked, the gentleman named Devin stated "i made your pizza and i know i put extra sauce on there. I made it how you asked, What do you want me to do?" The only thing that should've have been said was "I'm sorry your pizza was not made to your liking, i can offer a replacement." Instead I had to ask for a replacement. My husband and I drove back to pick up a new pizza that was made correctly this time, with extra sauce and not over cooked. I was not a fan of either of the pizzas as they lacked flavor. The sauce was bland, and the ranch was curdling because it was hot. I think I may take the longer drive and go to one of the other locations.
