Papa Luigi's is more or less my go-to whenever I'm in the area. Part of that is because it's one of the only places around that feels like a real restaurant, not just a quick stop or an afterthought. You can sit down, take your time, and actually enjoy a proper meal. The food is consistently solid, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere feels comfortable and familiar. It's the kind of place you end up coming back to without really thinking about it, because you know what you're getting and it never disappoints. If you're nearby and want an actual sit-down meal instead of fast or forgettable food, Papa Luigi's is the easy choice. read more

The food is always good. I love the bruschetta and marg pizzas as well as the garlic or cinnamon knots. However every time I go to the restaurant the staff is always unpleasant. Unfriendly and borderline rude. I wish the staff were more pleasant so I wouldn't feel uncomfortable ordering here! read more

We went to dinner Friday night just to get a couple cheese steaks. The business was very busy with take out orders, but the girls working kept checking in on us. Our meal did take quite a long time to come out, however we did not feel forgotten or ignored. They were very aware of everything in the restaurant. There was plenty of room for seating and all the tables were cleaned and ready for the next customers quickly. While we waited, we decided to check out their family meal menus to order for a future dinner. Our waitress took great care of us, and even located a family meal special for us to use for our order. One of the waitresses called us to confirm exactly what we requested and adjusted our packaging to work better for us. When we served our family, they all really enjoyed the meal. Thank you for the wonderful service and care. We will definitely become more frequent customers. read more

I have ordered from this establishment for delivery on MANY occasions, via Slice. The last time I ordered food, WHICH WILL BE THE LAST TIME I ORDER FROM PAPA LUIGI! I was unable to place the order for delivery on the Slice App, (this order was being delivered to a friends home, not my own. ) So I called restaurant directly and spoke with a young lady, I gave her the delivery address and my debit card and asked her to add 15% for driver. Well apparently , she didn't run it properly, I don't know... So 5 days later, STATE TROOPERS show up to my friends home stating that a delivery wasn't paid for.. with a photo copy of a receipt for $ 25.09. completely stressing my friend who suffers from high blood pressure and hypertension. The owner has my number???? apparently he called but left NO MESSAGE, if i don't know the number i don't answer it, BUT he had no issue calling the POLICE .. This is pure ignorance at its very best.. I don't care if the food is awesome, the error made was and internal one, and any intelligent business person should be able to LEAVE A PHONE MESSAGE TO RESOLVE THE MATTER WITHOUT CALLING THE COPS ON THEM !!!! stupido iggnorante strunzo read more

Terrible! Staff just doesn't care. Soup & pizza slice were room temperature. When I brought it to their attention, the staff couldn't come up with a solution to the problem. They asked me what they should do about. Terrible! read more

Pizza and cheesesteaks are very good but the Panzarrottis / pizza turnovers or what ever you call them that I bought there on Monday were absolutely horrible! 30% of it was fried to the point where it was hard as a rock, could only eat the center. The anchovies were the size of smelts so you had to pull the bones out before eating and it had some after taste never experienced with one of these before (old oil maybe?). Their Elk Township store serves much better food! read more
