Frequent customer for Dominick's. However, the past few times we have noticed a decline in the food being served. We ordered Cheesesteaks tonight with extra cheese. When we opened up the cheesesteaks, there was barely any cheese on them. It's a shame that we paid extra for extra cheese only to have to put condiments on it so they weren't dry. White Broccoli Pizza is amazing! Crust is very crisp and flavorful. Garlic Knots are huge with just the right amount of garlic. Pepperoni Sticks look great, but are lacking in pepperoni. Meat Lovers' Pizza is fully loaded with toppings, but we prefer a sweeter red sauce. Turkey Club was a bit smaller than other restaurants, but they use high quality ingredients and cold cuts. In my situation it's not the food it's the OWNER . I had ordered pizza to feed some guys I had doing work at my house. I had ordered early So that by the time the pizza arrived they would just be starting there break. BUT that didn't happen. I was told 45 min , I waited then called them 15 min after the ETA and was told the delivery guy just left . That was ok bc its just 4 min down the road . But after another 15 min later I call and they say he got lost so I gave another 10 min . After words I called to cancel Bc my guys were just sitting around and hungry so I was going to get them something at Wawa. When I call to cancel the OWNER was the one who picked up and was offended I would cancel. and even told me that I can't cancel he won't cancel it. I explained I gave more then enough time and my guys were hungry and were wasting there break so I was going to wawa . He then said I'm not even a loyal customer Bc ive only ever called 2 times . I guess they can see times called in on there phone system. Truth is my wife and I have order a lot but she always calls on her phone. He then said he putting me on the no order list for canceling. Worst part is the delivery WOMAN not Guy pulled in as I was pulling out so I stoped. she explained that it was her first few days and they didn't tell her they started earlier then she was told hence she was running behind. so it wasn't actually her fault but management's. Dominick's has average-at-best pizza, slightly above average specialty pizza (buffalo chicken, BBQ, etc.), and decent sandwiches - all priced higher than better quality food. Their pizza is greasy with a rubbery/doughy texture (like its undercooked), the specialty pizzas are tasty because the sauces mask the grease, and the sandwiches (I've had meatball and cheesesteak) are, well, sandwiches. I would recommend Dominick's if you're in a rush and you just want to fill up. The food is definitely bearable, but it's nothing to boast about. There are many better options in Vineland, but I won't name them in this review in the spirit of an honest review. As far as hospitality, I'd give Dominick's a 1 out of 5. If you've ever eaten there, there's a good chance you know what I'm talking about. The staff operates with an overall dismissive attitude, which is pretty strange for a business that relies on sales. In closing, I have found better options. Although I wouldn't recommend their food or service, you should give it a try for yourself. I guarantee you'll concur with everything I wrote. read more

Wife and I visited friends often. They always ordered pizza from Dominick's and we lived it. Last week we were lucky enough to be passing it and we stopped in. They had a great menu & pizzas I never saw. My wife had soup to die for plus a pasta lunch special. I had a cheese steak pizza which was an inch thick sandwiches in pizza crust. Wow pretty disappointed in Dominick's tonight. Usually very good. Tonight I spent $60 on Pizza Wings mozzarella sticks and spaghetti with clam sauce and salads and only the salads and the spaghetti were barely edible everything else was so cold. Didn't mind hour wait it took for delivery I never do I don't mind waiting for good pizza and good food but tonight my food must have sat in the back of the delivery guy's car for the hour because everything was cold and old . The mozzarella sticks are hard as a rock the pizza was old the wings, terrible. And to top it off I called the manager to let him know and he tells me he'll give me 10% off next time. Wow, thank you $60 I spent on dinner maybe $20 of it was edible and he's going to save me 10% next time. This is my first review also ever I never give reviews but tonight was terrible and the managers reaction and 10% discount is insulting. For take-out pizza its good. I had the party tray which is rectangular and the slices are squares. It's similar to Domino's.

My co-workers and I order from here on occasion. The food is always average at best. Every time we place an order a guy picks up that can't speak English well and somehow manages to mess up the order. One time I even placed an order and gave them my card number over the phone since I didnt have cash. Didn't think of it at the time but they asked for the card number, expiration date, and the security code on the back which I thought was suspicious but brushed it off since I order from here previously. Well what do u know 2 weeks later I had unauthorized charges on my card account. If it wasn't for the fact that the company I works for pays for free lunch once a week I would never eat from here. read more

Their food is good but their service is average. I called in my order because I have a short lunch break and didn't want to have to get here and order and wait for it. When I got there they did not even begin my order and when I brought it to their attention they did not rush to correct it, offer me a discount, or even issue an apology. This was during their Friday lunch rush. They need more help on Fridays. Also, there are obviously people who are smoking in the back and you can smell it as yore eating. When approached about it, they will tell you no one smokes but the smell is so strong. If they improve on these things, it would be so much better because their food is not bad. read more

Two years ago my wife began bringing home pizza from here. I am not certain how she heard of it, but she was hopped up on it. There is certainly nothing wrong with the pizza here. First of all, the staff is considerate friendly and warm! You know, people you with which you enjoy dealing! I tried the Eggplant Rolletini and almost rolled over and went to heaven. It was generously stuffed with spinach and mozzarella with freshly cooked eggplant rolled up and swimming in the best homemade marinara sauce I've ever had!
