People, I'm being serious here. I love Brassica's falafel…read moresandwich. I love everything about it; the warm, soft pita, the crunchy fresh made falafels, the sauce and veggie add-in options (I usually go Baba and eggplant). Tip- whatever option the sandwich maker suggests just say yes :) Pile it in....the pita can handle it! Every bite is delicious. The sandwich is built so every bite captures a little of everything. The happiest part of my day is knowing I'm going to eat at Brassica. The saddest part of my day is staring at the last bite knowing it's over....no more. I can't tell you how the other options are at Brassica with exception of the fries...a nice addition to the sandwich with the garlic mayo sauce. I'm confident whatever you choose will be a winner but I command you to go with the falafel sandwich first! I'll be back.....just not soon enough.

We came in at 9:30 and for the most part people were very nice about it. There was one shaggy…read morehaired guy who kept making comments under his breath which a tad bit uncomfortable but everyone else was super nice. I got a hummus plate on accident (it's literally a plate of hummus with toppings) and I don't even usually like hummus like that but this was phenomenal. I added all the toppings possible and also chicken. All the toppings are fresh and flavorful. My favorite was the cucumbers and radish which had the perfect amount of vinegar sharpness and crunch to balance out the meal. I do think one pita isn't enough for the amount of hummus so I took it home and had it with fresh cucumber slices and it was divine. I also tried the chicken pita sandwich which was yummy but I think next time I would get a salad plate. I also tried the fries which were fried nicely and seasoned wonderfully. Would highly recommend!

Very disappointing experience…read more My family and I walked in and ordered a meal for three that came out 30 minutes later. Which would be fine--but the staff in the back weren't taking their jobs seriously at all! I saw them joking around in the back instead of preparing the food that we paid for. I noticed that they didn't start making our food until about 10 minutes after we ordered. Bear in mind that there were only a couple other customers in the restaurant at that time. On top of that, we ordered and an extra burger and a milkshake after our first meal that took another 30 minutes to get. Milkshake was melty and the burger was ABSOLUTELY NOT worth the wait. If you're looking for something fast and not half-bad, you're better off going to a McDonald's, Chick-Fil-A, or a Wendy's.

We ordered a ton of burgers well, in advance for our Thanksgiving celebration (as an option for…read morepicky kiddos who won't eat turkey). We ordered enough that the surprisingly small size wasn't an issue, but BLECHH- multiple buns had mold on them (posting a pic of one before it got tossed in the trash); was on ~1/3 or 1/2 of them... others were worse and the rest looked ok . Turned us off to the entire batch- we wasted $30-ish on moldy food. Possibly safe to cut out the mold, or just pull them out the buns ('happy TGiving, kids- here's a sus meat patty'). However were concerned that the meat may have also been beyond its usable date, and that mightn't have been visible. So the entire bag went into the trash. Not sure we have any recourse, and it was too late to find another option. SO DISAPPOINTED, as were the kids.

Didn't use my real name on the order (don't trust the government, big tech, or big taco). Staff was chill and got a good chuckle. Great music and I was vibing. (I don't really know what that means but my son said to say it). Only critique was the bathroom door of the men's room. It shuts slow. Like... REALLY slow. So slow that the door was still open while I started peeing. Wouldn't be a problem except the entrance looks right into the bathroom so folks get a glimpse of you facing the urinal as they walk on in. ‍ I have heard a stereotype that the bathrooms are really really really bad. Based off my experience, the bathrooms were so clean and looked like McDonalds bathrooms. (my son wrote that part... seems legit) Ordered a cheesy Gordita, bean and cheese chalupa, nacho fries, and cinnamon twists. Least favorite part were the cinnamon twists but the rest was fire. Also fire sauce was fire. Diablo sauce, not so much.

Potbelly is a great place to go if you want an awesome, fresh, "honest" sandwich. I've been coming…read morehere for 20 years, having lived in Chicago since 2005 before moving to Cleveland. This is a Chicago company that I'm glad has landed in Cleveland. I was never a fan of Subway or any of those other places. Potbelly is different. How? Allow me to explain. First, I'll tell you what I usually get, then build from there. I love their turkey, Swiss, and avocado--my absolute fave. Their Italian "Wreck" is Ah-Mazing. The new prime rib is also excellent. For these sandwiches to work, you really need to start with fresh ingredients, or they'll be awful. After they come out of the oven, they add the avocado. I usually add the lettuce, onion, tomato, and a heaping helping of mayo and giardiniera or hot peppers. They're SO good. Their sandwiches are stuffed with ingredients, regardless of which size you get. The Skinny is filling; that's their smallest size. But wait, there's more! Their bagged chips are sui generis to Potbelly. I haven't even seen them sold in Chicago. But they pair perfectly with their sandwiches. Now, I recommend washing this all down with a bit of sweetness. Their Dream Bars are AH-MAZING. Grab one, even if you save it for later. I love them. I'm a big fan of their lemonade because I'm just sick of carbonated sodas. Folks, Clevelanders....it's worth your while to give this place an honest shot! Potbelly... bring back the PB&J! Nothing like a good, toasted, PB&J!
