Go-to carry out pie! First of all, they're in the United and AMEX dining programs so I get bonus points for using the credit card. There's a small convenience fee like $.75 but I don't mind. It's my go to delivery pizza and I started picking it up to save money there's like a five dollar delivery charge and I don't mind that, he's a nice guy, but I just drive down the street and pick it up and save a lot of money . I still give them a tip when I get to the counter. I usually get the Tuscan pepperoni. It's a great pizza with old World pepp, the old world save some calories I think and it's good pepperoni, but they are great pies. Today I tried the meatball sub & it was pretty good. The meatballs are cut in half. It's 8.99. And I got the Italiano pie. I thought it was a Chicago style. it kind of is with the sauce but it's really a big doughy crust more like a pan pizza. Pepp sausage Romano/mozz but it was great. Very filling I only ate one piece and half the sub, but when I reheat it tomorrow in the air fryer, it's gonna be great in three minutes. I give Romeo's pizza five stars. A lot of delivery and carry out Chains are no good and this place is great and they're in the credit card programs. They have a lot of coupons too. Torn about this place. Starting with the positives. When the pizza is cooked the way it should be the crust is amazing for a larger local chain. The ranch sauce is really good. The meatball and steak is pretty good. The employees are very nice. They have also never forgotten to remove the cheese from the pizza (can't eat it) which is a huge plus. Unfortunately, each time we have gotten a pizza something has gone amiss. The first time ordering, we paid for double meatball on a pizza but barely got any. The second time, we got the philly pizza but they forgot the capone sauce. And most recently, we got the philly pizza again, before its no longer available, but this time they forgot the steak! and the crust was still doughy. When this place hits the mark its pizza is fantastic. Unfortunately, something has always gone wrong so paying a little bit more for a local chain makes it a tough decision as repeat customers. read more

Please DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. Such poor customer service. I ordered two calzones that were both made incorrectly. When calling the store to receive a REMAKE of my order I was denied extra sauce on the side because "I already had some". I'm sorry I'm not driving 25 minutes away for new calzones and then driving all the way back home just to have cold sauce. When proceeding to ask to speak to a manager I was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Then I was asked to bring my calzones BACK TO THE STORE TO PROVIDE PROOF THAT THEY WERE INCORRECT in order to receive a refund. I was then lied to as originally the shift lead said she would refund my money but now I have to return my food in order to receive a refund? Very scary and unsafe practices for "returning food I already bit into". Now I have to go to corporate in order to get my money back. Ridiculous, unprofessional and poorly run management. I will never be returning to this establishment. You just lost a valuable customer. read more

Just had Romeo's for the first time yesterday! I had the gluten free pepperoni and my husband ordered two medium pizzas, one sausage and one pepperoni. My husband enjoyed his pizzas. Not the best he has ever had but pretty good. I thought the gluten free was pretty good also. It wasn't too greasy and the gluten free crust was actually pretty tasty. The staff were friendly and parking is pretty easy. It is located in a plaza on the corner of Stearns and Lorain so getting in and out is a little challenging, if traffic is heavy. But overall, pretty good. We would order it again. read more

This place has gone all the way downhill. This was one of my favorite places to get a pizza locally but now I have a better chance wiping the mega millions than for them to get my order right. We usually order through their app and we always order through delivery. We waited 1.5 hours and called to check on the order to find out it's finished and ready for pickup. They asked if I wanted to pay again and have the order delivered. Manager was rude and did zero to help me out. All he said was it's your fault and that's it. No I didn't. ALWAYS get delivery. All I can say is that I have had some good pizza and I am extremely picky about my pizza let me tell you. They have to have sauce lots of sauce and it has to be good!! They have you covered on both counts good sauce and plenty of it. They have a specialty pizza the Italian and it is basically a Chicago pizza and it is by far my favorite. I placed my online order at 6:08 PM. It said it'd be ready in 20 minutes. I waited 20, and headed over on foot. Upon arrival, the store was packed. There were several customers in there who were visibly upset. One customer, and old man, said "Excuse me?" to an employee. The employee ignored the old man to his face. When I tried to get a word in amongst the people, I was also ignored. I saw several pizzas get left on the shelf as more and more customers gave up on the horrible service and simply left. Doordash delivery drivers were showing up and being ignored, so they too, walked out. By this time, it was 7:20. The store was packed and with social distancing still in effect, I waited outside. After another 10 minutes of waiting with little to nobody being serviced, I walked back in. This time, I asked what is taking so long. I was pretty irritable by this point. The employee said they're an hour behind schedule and to come back later. An employee, told me, as a customer, who had waited through their crap for an hour already, to come back later. I explained I had already waited an hour, and their service is unacceptable. I heard that this location recently had a change of owners, and it shows. My father and I have gotten pizza at this location for the past 5 years. No longer. Worst service I've ever had at any pizza location. read more

So last week we ordered online 3 pizza's. They were to arrive in an hour. After the hour I called to see if they were on the way, I was informed that the order was not even started yet! Needless to say I was not happy since I had company and we were waiting to eat. After a little hassle they finally refunded my money.
