(I don't really know what that means but my son said to say it). Only critique was the bathroom door of the men's room. It shuts slow. Like... REALLY slow. So slow that the door was still open while I started peeing. Wouldn't be a problem except the entrance looks right into the bathroom so folks get a glimpse of you facing the urinal as they walk on in. ‍ I have heard a stereotype that the bathrooms are really really really bad. Based off my experience, the bathrooms were so clean and looked like McDonalds bathrooms. Most of the time this Taco Bell has served me well but tonight I just sat in my car at the ordering screen for 25 minutes. The cars in front of me slowly went away and after asking if anyone was going to take my order, the girl on the other end asked for just a minute. After doing this a few times, the voice on the other went went silent. After pulling up to the window to see what was going on, I saw a person cleaning some of the machines and that alone shows me that the workers were done for the night. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. The few times I have gone to this location, the people who are working are incredibly rude. Either they're ill-equipped and lack people skills or they truly don't understand what "customer service" means. The last time (prior to tonight) I attempted to order from this location was about 6 months ago. I placed an online order from them for the first time and waited a few extra minutes from the quoted pickup time, just to make sure the timing coincided with our scheduled activities. It was a Saturday afternoon, so I assumed they'd likely be a bit busy. When we got there to pick up the order 25 minutes later, our order hadn't even been started. However, we did note all the Door Dash orders being filled well ahead of ours with time stamps after our order had been placed. When I asked for an ETA, I got an eye roll and a response of, "Shortly." We asked for a refund because we were on a time limit and were told it wasn't a possibility. 15 minutes later, we finally were able to leave with food while running late for the rest of our day- only to find out after we'd left in a hurry that our order was wrong. We thought we'd give it another try tonight for the first time since then. My husband was just there with my son to pick up a quick dinner after his softball game. My husband called me furious because he was being laughed at through the drive-thru speaker and talked down to by the girls working. Needless to say, he left. Unless you want to deal with so-called customer service employees who, in fact, have zero concept of what customer service is or looks like, save your money and go anywhere else. I'm not expecting the service of a 5-star Michelin restaurant at Taco Bell by any means. However, having logged 10 years in food service in my own career, I expect the people working at a food establishment to have at least some level of pride in their work and abide by a certain level of appropriate behavior when interacting with the public. It's Taco Bell. Let's be honest about what this is. Mexican inspired fast food you get as a teenager or a drunk young adult. I got two boxes of tacos for the teenagers at my house. Got home and the box that was supposed to be supreme tacos wasn't. I drove back because the $4.80 I spent for tomatoes and sour cream was worth the five minute drive. The four star rating is definitely not for the food. That is a three star review any day at this chain (maybe). The four comes from the treatment the shift manager gave me. It would have been easy to be annoyed. Instead she was apologetic, told me to keep the tacos I brought back and rapidly made my replacement order. I could be wrong, but I think the last time I went to Taco Bell was in 1992. I have no idea what sort of demon possessed me and made me go here late Sunday night, but what in the heck. (Actually I stumbled across some food reviews on Youtube and those people made Taco Bell sound so good. THOSE PEOPLE WERE LIARS). Reasons for giving a cranky two stars: -I had to repeat my order several times in the drive through. -For this being fast food there was a really long wait for the people in front of me and for myself. -My shredded chicken burrito was a hot mess with a pile of guac on one end and barely any chicken. Also, that red sauce on the refried beans is atrocious. I mean, sure, Taco Bell is nice and cheap, but apparently if you are not drunk then the food is a regretful experience. Whenever we go there the food is always hot, has the perfect proportion of toppings on everything and everything is fresh, I feel safe eating at this location. Horrible customer service. Asked for extra sauce on my quesadilla because the Uber eats doesn't offer it. The worker talked to me in a disgusting way and refused to do so for my order. Ordered through ubereats. Purchased 2 4-packs of drinks, a 12-pack of supreme tacos, 20 mild sauce packets, and 12 cinnamon snacks. Only 1 of the 4-packs arrived and the drinks were all the same whereas I ordered all different. The 12-pack had only normal tacos not supreme, and there were no sauce packets. I messaged ubereats and they refunded me for the drinks but after I messaged them, I discovered the tacos were not supreme, so I first confirmed that the receipt attached to the bag was accurate and then called the store directly. The manager on duty, having been told explicitly that this was an ubereats order, said, come in within the next couple days and we will give you a new 12-pack. She said she would inform the other employees. So I called ahead later to confirm everything in order to avoid a wasted trip and they said come in we will complete the order. I did, and the manager working that night which was at around 10pm on Wednesday, 12/21/'22 then tells me oh this is an ubereats order? You have to go through them, we will not fix you a new order. I said I called ahead to avoid a wasted trip, and she snidely responded well I guess you did. Nice. So you tell me repeatedly that my trip won't be wasted and when I get there you give me a snarky attitude and tell me I wasted my trip. That must be how you treat all customers. Note that I tried to contact Ubereats about the 12-pack error but they (conveniently) have no phone number and because I had already submitted the complaint about the 4-packs of drinks they wouldn't let me file another complaint. Love Taco Bell, but with fast food spots there is huge variation in service and quality depending on location. My gf and I just moved here from south Florida, and this is the ONLY place In Westlake that we can grab food late at night without the service being terrible or the food quality being sub-par. As you can see they are open until 3AM. I bar tend down the street and have stoped there for food two or three times shortly after 2AM and have gotten no response at the drive-through. One time I pulled up to the window and waited for someone, only to get a nasty response.
