Let's face it, Chick-fil-A doesn't need our help. They don't It's the most perfect restaurant chain there is. They know who they are, the stay "in their lane" and do fast food very, very well. Service: This particular location is just wonderful. I was about to get out of line because the place is so damn busy, I just didn't want to wait. Not a chance! As packed as they were, and I was in the drive through which uses the entire parking lot save a few spaces, it took virtually no time at all to go through! Great people. I ordered the breaded sandwich combo. Here's the kicker, I asked for extra Chick-Fil-A sauce. the lady at the drive thru asks, "how much is 'extra' for you, hon?" What a GREAT question. She just didn't throw an extra packet in, she let ME decide. Since I love Chick-Fil-A sauce as much as my own blood, I asked for 3 to use with sandwich and fries, and she gave it to me, no problem. I have a feeling when I die, and if I make it to heaven, it'll just be eating Chick-Fil-A for eternity. Made a catering order almost 200 sandwiches for a nonprofit church event & we couldn't get a discount from 2 other closer stores so we had to go way out to north Olmsted store to get them for $4 per chick sandwich w/ no toppings. They had em all ready a few minutes after pickup time but we added a dozen veggie sandwiches and that took Forever. Sat there 20 minutes while our huge order was getting cold. 6 workers are in the alley standing around instead of helping to make cold veggie sandwiches. A slice of cheese, lettuce, tomato on a bun... how long can that take. Plus they knew we were delivering for this event. They shoulda had 3 extra ppl sent back to assemble them. Upon pulling up to obtain order, I was advised to pull around and wait as order was not ready. Immediately asked for a manager to explain what happened. A middle aged dark haired (so called manager) manager advised me to pull forward and wait for the order after arguing with me about how long I waited. I informed this arrogant, indifferent #%^*+ to cancel order, as I couldn't wait any longer. The Chick-Fil-A in North Olmsted is always busy. People are often wrapped around the building waiting for the drive thru. They get through the line pretty fast. Today we ordered through the app and picked it up in the store. Our food was hot and ready when we picked it up. Of course the sandwiches and fries were amazing. Ordering through the app., we also had enough points to get a free cookie. The cookie is amazing. If you've never tried one. My kids and I think they're better than Crumbl's chocolate chip cookie. The lines were long as usual but they also serve super quick! The food were good and served fresh. Our-drive thru order was mistaken though, small (kids) cones became small Cokes. They gave us the cones for free when we told them but we could have escaped drinking Coke. BTW, the drive thru I think has done a major renovation if it's not new. They have electric fans for summer and warmers for winter setup. They wore masks. read more

Since I had such a great experience two weeks ago, I thought I'd come back to the same restaurant and order the same food. The restaurant was reasonably empty and so were the lines outside, so I walked in and ordered the Cobb salad. Change the dressing from last time just to try something new and I was served in amazingly no time at all. Much to my dismay the salad didn't look as perfect as it did two weeks ago only half the chicken was on this particular salad. I ate through this Cobb salad. I poked around looking for a hard boiled egg, which is what a Cobb salad is. I went online on my phone and decided to look for the ingredients and sure enough it says hard boiled egg so I asked one of the workers if they had changed the salad and take out the hard boiled egg from the Cobb salad and she said she didn't think so --lucky for me the manager of the store was sitting right behind me, and she looked at my salad, looked at the lid and went and got me a hard boiled egg. And she came back and said the entire batch that had been made that day didn't have any hard boiled egg in it so I saved a lot of people from having a very unbeknownst to them error on Cobb salads for the day . I'm sure I'll try another one one day soon but they did at least try to fix the salad to my satisfaction ----kudos to her and all of the people that worked on this one for me read more

This location has been going downhill for some time, but now it's flat-out turned into a high school hallway in between classes. Your small children even get to hear foul language coming from the drive-thru pickup door as the girls working all stand around holding your getting-cold French fries, giggle, and talk about who's hot and who's not and what movies they last watched. I had ordered take-out in person today, I parked my car and went inside, my order # was 2622, Register 4, Team member O. at 5:20 pm. I ordered 1) a chicken sandwich deluxe w/tomato, lettuce, mayo, NO CHEESE 2) 2 chicken strips 3) mac & cheese 4) small waffle fries 5) side salad, no dressing but mayo on the side instead The chicken was soaked, tasteless and had cheese on it, there was hardly any breading on it. The waffle fries had maybe 4 good waffle shaped pieces, the rest was crumbles I did not get the mayo on the side. I have the receipt, and it clearly says no cheese on the sandwich, and there is another sticker on the box stating "no cheese" on the sandwich. The family and I were picking up our car after it received repairs at a nearby dealership. Afterward, we were looking for a place to get a quick meal before returning to Parma. We narrowed it down to Jimmy John's, Chick-fil-A, and Mashiso. My family was not interested in Mashiso, so we decided to do Chick-fil-A. The friendly server actually brought our food to our table, which was very kind. The sandwich was very tasty, especially with the light-colored, smoky BBQ sauce I put on it. That sauce was absolutely delicious so I dipped my fries in it too! They need a pump so I can fill up on the sauce! The chicken filet on my sandwich was small, but tasty. I'm so used to huge steroid chicken breasts that when I see an organic breast, I think there is something wrong. The food quality was very good. The girl who ran our order out first ran it to the wrong car and then brought it back to us along with drinks we didn't even order. When I opened my bag the kale salad looked soggy and unappetizing, not to mention it was half empty, and the roasted almonds were not in the bag. They didn't even put a fork or napkins in the bag. I've lived within 5 miles of this location for 3 years now. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the restaurant... because it's situated on Great Northern Blvd. (a very busy road in our area), it can be virtually impossible to get in and out of the parking lot.
