This is as close as you are going to get, minus the stupid red peppers, which ABSOLUTELY MUST BE OMITTED. They do NOT belong on the sandwhich and ruin the entire flavor profile. Thankfully the app makes it very easy to modify your sandwich to your preferences. What I think is the true proof of the quality of the sandwich is if it needs condiments. This sub does not. I typically drown my cheesesteaks in ketchup. But this sandwich has the perfect balance of cheese and meat, and the meat had an excellent flavor with no gross chewy pieces. I have a really REALLY bad meat aversion, so bad that I was a vegetarian for 5.5 years, because I can't deal with tendons and miscellaneous meat appearances in my meal.
