We opted to eat there so have the freshest experience. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich and I ordered a 4 piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes and gravy were fine but nothing amazing, the sides at KFC really do lack overall which is a bummer. My husband really liked his sandwich. The chicken I got (extra crispy) was indeed extra crispy and good. All of the chicken was juicy and not dry which was a huge win! I could not finish all the chicken, but all of the chicken was great! The star of the show was the biscuits. I tried it and was shocked at how fluffy and hot it was. I looked at my husband and said "I think this might be the best biscuit ive had all year!", he of course tried his and instantly agreed. I had always thought that the KFC biscuits were subpar, but maybe the key is to get them fresh. These biscuits were phenomenal. There were not any one else in the store when we were there so the staff was great and attentive to us. They even encouraged us to try the new sauces they had which really did pack a healthy punch but not overpowering. I think that if a customer is in the store then they should prioritize the order over orders where the driver might not even be there yet.
