Talk about customer service, Avery from papa John's was one of the most receptive persons I have ever met at a pizza place. Most folks just mill around making the pizza without any personality. Granted I'm not looking for pizazz for my pizza. Although I'm looking for energy that's a little more then, " my part time job" kinda energy. Back to Avery, she was very down to earth and mentioned the Papa John policy and I feel that she was absolutely perfect in how she managed a decision to the request I made without compromise. Hey team! I love Papa John's and visit frequently, but recently have been disappointed with my order. My big back orders the Shaqaroni for the extra pep and cheese but have not gotten that on my orders. I had the store remake the order and it was still not hooked up like a 25.99 pizza should be. Pizza was great or at least the part of our order that we ordered that we actually received was great. The problem was if you order drinks, you might want to call him personally and ask him to include them in the order and if you order extra sausages you might want to do the same thing with those, very dissatisfied with the service, but the pizza was always good. read more

This location is absolutely terrible. The owner marks up the prices, and treats his employees terribly. There was a tornado recently one evening and families were left without electricity and or damaged homes. The owner still pressured the young employees to go in to work the following morning even though they wanted to take care of their families. Please do not order from this establishment. read more

Pretty Upset!!!! I ordered pizza here for Graduation traveling from Florida, and ordered a Chicken Alfredo Spinach Tomato pizza for Delivery to my Hotel, and I always have got this Speciality Pizza which is normally awesome! But when I got this delivered I picked up a slice and every topping dropped off and looked and taste so slimy. Then when I called and told them about my issue not even an apology or anything and told me they can't do a refund. As I know that is not true! Mannnnnn it's crazy how many bad reviews there are in this town and how many good reviews there are at places that serve food that doesn't even taste edible.... Anyway, Papa John's has been my favorite pizza since I was a kid and still is my "go-to" pizza franchise wherever I move. I typically order online because I like racking up on papa rewards but this time I decided to give them a call because I had a complicated order. We decided to do a large pizza with half with toppings my husband likes and the other half with mine. The girl on the phone didn't over complicate things like I was hoping she wouldn't. She also told me that the pizza would be delivered in about a hour but instead we got a knock on the door about 30 minutes after I got off the phone. This was Sunday during lunch so I was pretty surprised how quick the delivery was! I've ordered from this establishment many times and haven't had an issue yet. Waiting a while for food on a busy night is totally understandable and that shouldn't be the reason to give a place a 1 or 2 star. Thanks for being reliable Papa Johns! read more

When I ordered delivery today, the wrong pizza showed up. This isn't the first time I've received the wrong pizza from this location, so I checked it before accepting it. It was wrong again, so I told the delivery driver I wouldn't accept it. He (in front of my 9 and 11 year old daughters) called me a douche bag for not accepting the pizza. He then said that he was only 18 and I could f*ck off. I then called the store to talk to the manager. When I explained what happened, he said they were really busy and sometimes things go wrong. The manager later called me back and said they wouldn't deliver again to my address because the delivery driver told him I cursed at the driver. I explained to the manager that I have cameras with audio on my property, and he was welcome to view them anytime he wanted since he believed his "18 year old driver" over the customer. This is the worst papa johns in the country. First of all its filthy: realllllllly gross inside and in the food prep area. The people who work there are rude and incompetent; they will most likely screw up your order and then tell you its your fault. Also there delivery must come by horseback because qouted times are usually 1.5hrs. My last order took 2hrs and the pizza was cold, smashed and not suprisingly the wrong pizza. We ordered last Sunday around 750 pm. Online and we were informed about an hour and a half wait time. We live less then 5miles away and expected a little better time. But hey, we understood they were very busy and when the pizza did arrive, the delivery lady was apologetic about it. My complaint is that the pizza was just warmer then room temperature and tasted nothing like I remember a papa johns pizza tasting like. Very doughy, bland and skimpy on the toppings. The rudest customer service I have ever seen. Must of been close to closing at ten o'clock but the sign and website say 1230. Absolute as holes in a hurry to get off work. Contrary to all of the negative reviews I read before ordering, my order was piping hot and arrived in 20 minutes flat from placing the order. Ok. The pizza was hot, arrived on time....and, what was the third point? Oh yeah. YOU MADE THE WRONG PIZZA!!! I usually get my pies from Dominos or even Pizza Hut. Today the family wanted pies from Papa Johns. Ok, no biggie. I'll get my usual spinach and marinara and kick back. Pizzas get delivered, boxes are opening and I look for my pie. MAN I'M HUNGRY! Hm. I open my box...Looks different, a bit oily, cant see the marinara.....okkkk, Grab a couple slices, my drink and chill out in front of the TV. I start eating a slice and right away I notice this FUNKY flavor. I LOVE pizza, so for me to spit it out has to mean one thing. IT SUCKS!!! They obviously cannot read at Papa Johns. What they sent me was a nasty Spinach Alfredo!?! WHY???? Are you telling me that anyone mentioning spinach in their order will automatically get a disgusting spinach alfredo pizza??? I noticed other reviews had issues with delivery times and cold pizza but I try to give the business some credit by assuming most people are only willing to write reviews when they're mad, not positive reviews when things go good. Well, the previous reviewers were correct. We ordered online at 5:45pm on a Sunday night, with the order confirmation saying it will be ready in 30-40 minutes. I called to check on our order at 6:45pm to find out it is "out for delivery". The order arrived slightly warmer than room temperature at 7:10pm. For the "Epic Meat" promotional pizza, I didn't find much meat at all. A standard Meat Lover's style pizza at most places, chain restaurants or local business, will have more meat than this "EPIC MEAT" pizza contained. Slow delivery, a lack of toppings and cooler food temperatures upon arrival makes this place give Papa John's a bad rep. read more

I ordered a pizza and accidentally told them the wrong building number. The delivery person called me to verify my building number. I looked out my window and saw her in the parking lot. I gave her the correct building number, but she refused to deliver the pizza. I asked why? She said "you gave me the wrong building number so I'm not bringing to you".
