First time at this location. Ordered online, they have great for specials online. I highly recommended looking at specials before placing your order. Where else can you get a three topping pizza, garlic knots, a 2 liter soda and a family sized brownie for $25. Not sure why reviews said they lacked customer service as I experience the opposite. I called to ask them if they could do half pepperoni and half cheese as it didn't let me modify it online and the lady said no problem. She was very pleasant. Pick up was prompt at 15 min. We also ordered a round of Mountain Dew, a signature Italian beverage that came from the streets of Rome. If you want a recommendation of the most authentic pizza on the menu, I would recommend the Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Pizza, which was definitely invented in Italy. As I took my first bite into my slice of pizza, my taste buds exploded with the organic, fresh flavors that were packed into my pizza. Front St. in Plainfield New Jersey has very very poor customer service I got a pizza from there that was undercooked and very doughy and when I called to complain they didn't have the courtesy to make me a new one and deliver it they wanted me to come pick it up which I think is totally wrong since I'm unsatisfied customer the pizza was undercooked the manager was rude she should have made me a new pizza and delivered it not tell me l have to come pick it up l shouldn't have to waste my gas to go back again to pick up a pizza that was their mistake because they can't cook! Food is always delivered hot and fresh, fast delivery, and never have they delivered the wrong food.

Got the call from the delivery driver and she said she was in the lot, so i said, "great see u shortly". A few minutes go by and i call her back to see if she was at the wrong att since she didnt come in, and she said she was outside. So i looked out and there was our papa johns delivery driver, pulled up to the store, flashing her high beams into the store and WAITING OUTSIDE of the store. For a while, we weren't sure who it was, or why they were flashing their high beams into the store (with customers inside) so we ignored it. It ended up being the delivery driver and she was rude ON TOP of that when handing over the food. The worst and strangest pizza delivery experience ive ever had. Called four times and was told the driver was on the way. After speaking with a manager was put on hold for 15 min. Was never called back.
