I put an order for carry out, and enabled text notifications to be alerted to when my order would be done. I was notified as I was pulling up that my order was done. The restaurant was clean and even decorated for the holidays. My food was good and still super hot by the time I got home. read more

Updating this review because we started trying to order from then again, and after two hours of waiting for delivery we called the restaurant and the manager ended up telling us that we needed to order from Pizza Hut instead. This was several months ago (so maybe/hopefully management has changed since then), and we did report this incident to the district manager at the time. If you're ordering solely pizza, this is an okay spot. For some reason they like to put the pepperoni and some other toppings beneath the cheese, which always seemed weird. If you're even considering ordering wings, however, save yourself the time and drive somewhere else to get them. The two times I've ordered wings, they brought incorrect amounts of the different varieties I ordered. The main problem, though, was the quality of the wings themselves. These wings seem like they came off chickens that got picked on in middle school for being weak and scrawny. Seriously, the flats are quite literally that: flat. They're also poorly roasted, so the outside looks slightly appetizing, but then you bite into it and wonder how in God's name someone could mess up buffalo sauce. It tastes like they ran out of buffalo, so they decided to add flour, ketchup, and garlic to keep things interesting. Bottom line, if you're looking for okay pizza, order here. If you're looking for disappointing niblets instead of wings, also order here. read more

This place is full of people who have no idea what they're doing. Had someone tell us the delivery time would be an hour and a half. So we decided to do carry out. They told us 20 minutes. We've been sitting inside the restaurant for over thirty minutes for our pizza making a grand total of 50 minutes. We will never be back. read more

Pizza is straight ass , bread is like fucking toast it's disgusting and on top of that food poisoning. The people there are just weird when giving me my food they hesitated like something was wrong with it and it was! Don't go there go next door to food lion and a frozen pizza. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. After waiting 45 minutes for a delivery order, I got a call saying my address wasn't in the delivery radius. This is after placing and paying for my order via the app, which very clearly indicates my address is in this stores delivery radius. The manager had nothing but excuses, awful customer service, and at the end of the night no pizza. read more

Ok so I have used this location several times and it is obviously in a steep decline as far quality is concerned. I love wings from papa john's the last few times I have ordered they come with almost no sauce at all on the wings. Also the last few pizzas that I have ordered have been seriously under cooked, and they have no clue what light cheese looks like. I hope soon that this location gets their stuff together it is definitely hurting the reputation of the franchise! read more

I went in and ordered 2 pizzas, and as I was waiting in my vehicle the people who make the pizza in the back were eating as they prepared customers food. Also one of the girls was rubbing and touching her face and she was also making pizza. Absolutely disgusting. I will not order from here again, or recommend it for anyone else. I'm here in Lillington with the family during the COVID19 crisis. Thought I would pop into Papa John's in Lillington on April 18, 2020. It was around 10:30 at night. When I walked in, there was nobody to be found. I called out but still nothing. While I stood there waiting for a few minutes. There was a very strong smell of marijuana. I looked around. There was a black car backed in and a blue car out front. I could hear talking and laughing. But I couldn't make out any words. After about 5 mins of seeing no one and getting a headache from the marijuana. I walked outside and got in my car. I sat there for a little bit to see if anyone would appear. While I was waiting another black car pulled up. I think it was a delivery driver as she had a bag. She walked into the store and locked the door behind her. A few mins later I guess. People started coming from the back. An older lady, a black man, a young girl and another lady. I'm assuming that's where the marijuana came from. I've never been to a restaurant where employees left the restaurant empty to go smoke marijuana. I don't think that's good for business and I nor my family won't be going back. I'm thankful my mother in law wasn't with me, as she wanted to help. But I told her no, I got it. Maybe things are different in Lillington and smoking marijuana on the job is ok. read more

Ordered for delivery waited two hours no one showed up or called. Called the manager and try to tell me the driver called three times and knocked on the door. No one called my phone or even drove up in the driveway. Then told me I could wait another 30 mins for my pizza. Won't be ordering from here ever again. read more

We always had a great experience here, but tonight they took over double the time they said it would take to make and got the pizzas wrong. We paid for two speciality pizzas and got one two topping pizza and a thrown together garden fresh. My husband didn't want to drive all the way back to wait even longer to return it but I am very frustrated that we wasted our money. read more
