This morning was the 2nd time in the past 5 days I stopped in to go through the drive-thru quickly, and continue on into work. This morning was also the 2nd time in the past 5 days NO ONE was operating one of the OPEN drive-thru lanes. Last Thursday I was able to just pull out and leave, as I was in the outside lane. This morning, assuming the inside lane would be the most likely one manned, if indeed only one was manned, I pulled in behind the person at the speaker, and quickly after I pulled in someone pulled in behind me. The guy at the speaker said "Hello" at least 40 times in the 15 mins we sat there, with no answer. Once the person in front of me gave up, and pulled ahead to talk to someone at the window, I went and tried to go inside to talk to someone, only to find... NO ONE. I sat at the counter for another 5 mins waiting for someone to come out to talk to them about the drive-thru issues, and place an order. I spent over 20 mins at this location, and NEVER spoke to anyone. Worst Fast Food experience I have ever had. read more

Which by the way there's a 30 sent up charge for the tea which I've never heard of. And if you need a napkin or a ketchup or any condiment, there are none. First off, I never give a 5 star review because I feel there is always room for improvement. I just want to give kudos to Lillington McDonald's. My order was incorrect and I took it back in. I didn't pay attention when placing the order in the app and entered it wrong and they fixed it at no charge which they didn't have to. Yes, they have gotten past orders wrong. Yes, I have had to wait longer than I would have liked but most of the time they try to make it right. read more

The purposeful disrespect for curbside orders is ridiculous. If you go through the drive-thru and give them your code you'll get your food right then. If you sit and wait in a numbered spot it could take as long as 45 minutes. The management here is lacking big time. This is the last time I make this mistake. read more

This place is a train wreck. A few days ago, we were asked to pull forward to wait. Sixteen minutes later, we went inside to find out why the food wasn't brought out. They had given it to someone else. After waiting another ten minutes, the order was wrong. Again today, we were handed someone else's food and had to go back around in line for our order, then told to pull forward and wait again. This time was thirteen minutes. Hostile employees. Cold fries at 11:15am, the start of lunch hour. Maybe they were mad I forgot my app code at the drive thru, I had a long morning driving nauseous in the heat. I was grateful the first girl at least tried. At the 2nd window, I asked for a cup of ice since it was so hot, and I totally would've been willing to pay for it but she didn't want to hear a word out of my mouth. Not even my "thank you so much! I really appreciate it!" She said "this one's free, next ones 32 cent" sharp and shut the window. Yikes. I got home and thought maybe they were mad my receipt had 2 buffalo sauce and 2 sweet and sour? I just couldn't figure out why they were so frustrated. I didn't even ask for it that way, I just wanted one of each for my nuggets. I think the girl who took my order was new or flustered. I know food industry is high pressure environment and not everyone is nice, but why be rude to the ones who are? What happened to customer service? I was really grateful to just be getting anything after a rough morning, and I actually love McDonalds. I thought of it like a treat because I was too exhausted to cook, and it would be quick! Anyone else who thinks "don't go to McDonalds" should be ashamed that such a capital has turned into a "last resort" place. Finally, I got to eat ice cold fries and lukewarm nuggets for lunch. Yum. I don't even blame the employees, I think this comes down to poor leadership and management. Treat your employees the way you want them to treat your customers. Don't hire sour management. The restaurant was clean and efficient. We used both the mobile app and the kiosk and the process was simple. The new kiosk is great concept and it seemed to allow workers to focus on food and serving customers. There was a single cashier, we did not interact with that employee. The quality of food was good only complaint was a tremendous amount of salt on fries. read more

This place is an actual danger to people's safety. My wife and I go befor church to get a coffee and there is always a 18 wheeler blocking one drive through line for delivery, which is fine. The problem is there is no order for the line because people decide to cut through the parking lot or jump line however they can which caused us to almost be hit by another truck. I called the store and they are not willing to even hear my side of the story or even give me someone's information I can contact about this danger. I mean how hard is it to put some cones out at least! This isn't the first time we have had close encounters at this location. If you want your family to feel safe don't go to this store. Managers will not help you employees lack a sense of urgency to get your food for you. This McDonald's is a terrible place. I don't recommend it to anyone unless you want you or your family to be in danger. I'm pretty sure that my family is not the only ones who have experienced this. Again, I do not recommend this place to anyone. Drive a few extra miles and keep your family safe, and probably get better food and service! read more

This review is a little overdue... A while back, I came in your store and was given exceptional service by a young man named Drevion. He was polite, courteous, and gave exceptional and professional customer service. I wish I had left this review earlier, I'm not sure if he still works at your store, but either way, this was a 5-star experience far above any McDonalds I had been to in the past. Worst service ever experienced! I have a no pull up policy but for some reason I did today. BIG MISTAKE!!! After I watched countless cars in the drive thru get service, along with other cars who pulled up get service, I walked up to the drive thru window to inquire about my food. They basically gave it to someone else! I asked for a refund & expected a quick turn around. NOT! They asked me to move out of the drive thru so they could serve the cars in line... When by and order two salads and a unsweetened tea. Received our order, and got a sweet tea. Strike one. I started to eat my salad and found a chicken bone in the salad. I sent corporate an email, with a response that this McDonald's would be in contact with me. As of today no response. I just wanted to let them know about this issue. Not wanting anything. But since they dont feel the need to contact a customer I had to write this review and warn other customers to be careful of bones in there chicken. The people are very friendly. The service is very very very slowwwww. Took more than 30 mins from entry to exit for a take out order. Food was good, except for fries. I actually got told once by an employee that I couldn't order burgers at night because they only sell chicken products after 11pm.
