I"m fond of filled donuts, unfortunately their fillings aren't enough. I also like their cruellers, but they hardly ever have them.

Like everyone, sometimes mistakes were made, but management has always strived to make things right. I love their sugar free flavors and their plant milks! I visited this location once and absolutely loved it. I went back a second time to redeem a free…read moremedium coffee using a coupon in the app. When I ordered, I told them I had a coupon. As I pulled up to the drive-thru, the first lady scanned it and then told me I owed $1 and some change. She kept making comments like, "So you don't have a dollar and such-and-such change?" and "sooo Do you not have a debit card?" It wasn't about me not having the money. I just wanted to use my coupon and receive my free drink. The way she spoke to me felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. The conversation went on for about 5 more minutes. I asked if she knew the coupon's limit since it didn't show in the app, and she said she didn't. She brought over another employee, who immediately said, "Ma'am, we can't give you a refund." At this point I was confused and irritated, because I never asked for a refund. I had explained multiple times that I simply wanted my coupon restored or the drink remade without the extra flavor that apparently cost a dollar. She told me no. So I asked, "You already scanned my free drink, and now I don't have a drink, so what are you going to do to accommodate me?" Her response was, "It's a dollar, ma'am. Just swipe a debit card." I told her again that I don't have a debit card. Meanwhile the drink is sitting there in front of me. I've worked fast food before, and this was a simple situation that could have been handled much more respectfully and easily. The customer service was very disappointing, and I left without my coupon and without a drink.
