The service is terrible everytime I go. I try to refrain from going to this particular location but it's near my school and the only place that serves lunch before 11, however, everytime I have gone they have been very rude to me regardless of whether I come in the drive through or get down, I also work in fast food so I try to be understanding and nice to all workers but they always run me the wrong way. I went yesterday and ordered a large Baja blast and I never got my cup, when I asked a worker for it she said a large cup is an up charge and I can only get a medium, I said I already paid for a large cup and I showed her my ticket and she said it's for a large Baja blast, when I said yes, I never got the cup for it, she slammed it on the counter and rolled her eyes at me! Received very Greasie food, and they had the nerve to put all the food on the Mexican pizza. I called up there 7 times with no response. When I was confronting them about the issues all they told me was everything is made fresh.... ummm NOOOOO 42$ was thrown in the trash and all she told me was to dispute it with my back and call amd report it. I hadn't been in for a while and with the storm coming I figured I'd give it a try. When I walked in, two young women were behind the counter chatting. There were only two customers seated and no one waiting in line. One of them pointed to the kiosk and told me to use that, adding that if I had questions I could come back to the counter for help. I replied, "No thank you, that's not polite to ask of me," and I walked out. If this is the new service protocol, then I'm done with fast food. I've worked in fast food before so I am always really forgiving and understanding that people and businesses have bad days. Maybe they're short staffed or they got bombarded with orders. Upon entering this location, there was a gentleman waiting to pick up a DoorDash delivery. I saw several crew members barely working and laughing and talking. I'm all for having fun at work as well. However, it took 10 minutes just to be acknowledged that I was standing in the dining room. After an additional 15 minutes the gentleman finally got his DoorDash (after 25 minutes since I arrived) and left so I asked the staff member about my order. They're working on it is what I was told. Two other dashers got their orders and left. Finally, after another 15 minutes or so, I got my order, poured my drink, got my napkins and left. In total, I waited 40+ minutes for my mobile order from the time it was placed until it was in my hands. That's just negligent and abhorrent. Never again. Zero stars if I could. read more

Service was extremely poor and my food was even worse. I ordered on the app hoping that would be faster but I couldn't have been more wrong. After 10 minutes of waiting in the drive thru I was told to park out front. Another 10 minutes went by before I finally got my food. After a 20 minute wait I was ready to just leave with my food. I open it and my chalupa had tomatoes after I selected no tomatoes in the app, my burrito was cold, and I didn't get a fork or spoon for my fiesta potatoes. Highly DO NOT recommend. read more

Stopped in for lunch on the way to the beach. Staff was professional and friendly. Our orders were served promptly and accurately. The food was hot and fresh. The restaurant, including the restrooms, was very clean. We will keep this location in mind for the return trip, and future trips. read more

I had to update this. Since my last review bc I have to say my trips here have been bearable bc of the power bowl! I had walked in with my son in a hurry bc of course he wanted tacos. I just left Taco Bell in Lillington, NC. I ordered the Power Bowl with chicken and got one of the worst salads ever! The lettuce had old, wilted shriveled pieces(about half) everything was cold and the chicken was hard and dried out! Gross! Who would serve this crap??? When it comes to fast food Taco Bell is my fav. I used to manage several of their stores years ago and I have to say that this location needs a lot of work. I was so excited to get a Taco Bell so close to the house but it has been a disappointment so far. Every single time we have been to this location there has been a problem. *Charged wrong price for happy our drinks and treated rudely by the cashier when I pointed out the overcharge. * Missing items from bag on multiple visits. * Low quality items, example: soft tacos with literally 4 shreds of lettuce on them. * staff is unprofessional. You guys need to close for two weeks and conduct some much needed quality control and customer service training. read more
