Their fries are perfectly fried and seasoned. My husband chose the mango habanero and wet garlic parmesan wings and they were delicious. I was actually shocked that we were seated immediately, especially on a game day, and even more surprised that the large booth was available for us. That was definitely a great start to our visit. The TVs were at a moderate volume when we first arrived, but once the game started, it became extremely loud. I could barely hear the people sitting right next to me, which made it difficult to have a conversation. Our food also came out at different times, and there were quite a few waits in between getting everything we needed. The appetizers came out quickly and were hot and fresh. However, we didn't have any plates or utensils when they arrived, so we were using napkins as plates until our server brought everything over. The first round of wings was good, but we were missing some of the sides and vegetables. This wasn't a huge issue considering how busy they were. Once the rest of our food came out, the wings were dry. We had to send them back and asked for them to be made extra wet, which was how we originally ordered them. Our server was nice and attentive throughout our visit. She was helpful with anything we needed and continued checking on us. Before we left, she also provided us with drinks to go, which we appreciated. I understand that a football game on a Sunday can make things hectic at any restaurant, but the inconsistent food timing, missing items, lack of plates and utensils, and dry wings made the experience less enjoyable than expected. One thing to note is that gratuity is automatically applied at checkout for groups larger than six.

We chose the Buffalo Ranch, Teriyaki, Garlic Parmesan, and Honey BBQ (I don't do super hot spicy). This meal was amazing! We fed 3 adults and had 16 wings and lots of fries left over. The wings are large, crispy, yummy, perfectly cooked and sauced. The Garlic Parm was better than any I've had before, not over salty like other places. The Buffalo had the perfect medium heat and that little tang you want with Buffalo sauce. The blue cheese and ranch sauces tasted homemade fresh and so good. The fries were good fries and we got more than enough. The pot stickers were amazing and came with my personal favorite sauce. All in all, this meal was perfect for 4 really hungry men or a family of 6 easily with left overs. I have tried most of the wings in Killeen and I truly believe this is the best we have had. I will definitely order these again. Sadly, I could find a delivery option and had to drive from Harker Height to pick-up. Still, I give them 5 stars!!!

Although the wait is a bit long, it seems as though it's all made to order. The wait was worth all of the flavor we got! However, on other times when the owner isn't around, you can tell the service vastly differs. The cooks in the back talk poorly really loud about how much they hate working and don't want to be there. The host/waiters at the front look miserable and are unpleasant to talk to both with their faces and attitude in interactions. At least the quality of the food was still there during these times which brings us back for more. But, we probably won't be dining in again and would prefer takeout after these latter meals we had there.
