I ordered a pizza and the pizza I got didn't have extra when I paid for extra on the pizza. When i Called i spoke to mora and they remade it but she was completely rude and pretty much said I was lying. And then she delivered my pizza and was completely rude one and two asked for a pizza back in the middle of pandemic but I had already thrown it away In the trash and pretty much went back and forth with me that she told me they needed the pizza back which she didn't say on the phone. So unprofessional and she shouldn't deal with customers at all. Her being the assistant manager is so unprofessional. I order all the time from there and being 8 months pregnant and craving that was a huge disappointment and I guess I'll have to order from another pizza place. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Ordered 2 medium pizzas. Called an hour later and they said the driver had 4 stops I live 2.5 miles away. Lied threw there teeth. Was told to call in 5 minutes if order not there waited 10 called back and said oh we can make new pies wtf would I wait another hours. Don't waste your time or money on these assholes!!! read more

I did not have an issue with the food, rather the service. They forgot my ranch, garlic parm sauce, and my drink. No big deal. I called and was left on hold for 20 minutes. Next thing I know, some guy brings me my missing items while I'm still on hold. No one told me that he was coming or anything. It was really weird lol read more

After stopping in to order a pizza last Friday, I was blown away by the staff at this location. Of course it's a madhouse on a Friday (and holiday weekend) but the employees here deserve so much praise. They are working non-stop and if something is wrong on your order, please give them some leeway. It was AMAZING to see the amount of pizzas being made in a mere 30 minutes. May not have been that long, but we were there for awhile. I couldn't get mad, though. They weren't slacking off by any means. Great pizza, I only eat PJs, great staff. read more

I've ordered delivery from here four or five times. Always arrives quick, correct order, drivers are great. Initially I was hesitant because there are so many bad restaurants in the immediate vicinity (LOL) but I gave it a try since they had a few good reviews. it's fine! Wow! This is the BEST Papa John Ever!!! The past few times, my pizza arrived at about 30 minutes and it's always perfect.

Walked into the store, which had an audible sensor so that everyone knew the door was opened. I had placed a carry out order and was there for a pick up. Counted about 7-8 employees, half of which were working, the other half walking around aimlessly. I looked at each one of them for about 5 full minutes waiting to at least be acknowledged with something like "I'll be with you in a moment". That statement never came. What did happen was every single person in there ignored us at the counter, while 2-3 of them even passed us in the doorway with not even a glance. Once we had gotten our pies, half of one of the boxes was soggy and damp. It was pretty disgusting not knowing the cause of soggy cardboard. We have ordered from this particular location so many times and the service has been extremely hit or miss to put it nicely, but today, I feel overly compelled to leave a little less than spectacular review for the few fans that you have left who aren't kneeling. With my wife in bed sick and a few hungry kids, I decided to order two medium pizza's from the handy dandy Papa John's application on one of my absurdly priced iPhone's at 5:40 PM. The confirmation email indicated that my pizza's would arrive promptly in 38 - 48 minutes. At the 56 minute mark, I contacted the store to inquire on the whereabouts of my pizza's. A very nervous young man responded, "I'm sorry sir, your pizza's were prepared and left the store at 6:15 PM." Since my pizza's have now been in transit for well over 40 plus minutes, I presume that they will be a tad more than scrumptiously delicious and piping fresh... NOT! I asked how he would feel if his pizza's arrived that long after being prepared and all he could say was, "would you like to speak with a manager?" Since I was already quite perturbed, I chose to violently hang up with a pointer finger push of "end" on my iPhone which honestly just doesn't have the same effect of the old wall phones that could be slammed on the hook but I digress! So 80 minutes later, my wife's in bed, the kids aren't fed, and I'm typing this glowing review instead of savoring some pizza. #PapaJohnsFAIL #PizzaNightmare read more

I have NEVER left a negative review on a yelp site, but tonight's service left me no choice. I ordered a pizza at 8:45 from the papa johns 10 minutes away from my house...after reading my conf email I was informed that I should expect my pizza within 39-49 minutes...great! So 9:45 rolls around and still no pizza but guess what... I didn't mind because even waiting an hour didn't bother me. I called though to make sure it had at least left and he informed me my delivery guy had left 45 minutes ago! Now it's 10:10PM and still no pizza so I called, again. The second person I spoke with insisted I had only placed my order 30 minutes ago even though I was previously told the driver left 45 minutes ago. So unless the driver was psychic I'm not sure how that's possible. Anyways my pizza finally came at 10:20 after having to walk out of my house and chase him down(he was walking up to other houses in the wrong direction) smh. NEVER AGAIN! read more
