I cannot speak on the service or ambiance as I ordered delivery. The pizza is different but good. I wouldn't say it was great. The garlic dippers were great. Tasted wonderful and full of that garlic. The Nutella dippers were great also. The Oreo dipper wasn't so great as it's an Oreo wrapped in pizza dough and fried or baked. The Oreo wasn't edible as it was very soggy. I'd definitely go back to this place as it wasn't horrible, just had some things I wouldn't prefer. read more

My experience was amazing! Thank you again Nancy! They made my food very well! Everything tasted amazin.

Stopped by &Pizza this evening for a Pizza and my favorite garlic knots in the entire world. The items that I wound up getting are: 1) White Pizza - The pizza is sliced into 8 squares - it's about enough to feed two people, or one really hungry person. It has a White Sox is my preference and overall it was tasty. It didn't stay hot for a 15 min car ride. 2) Garlic Knots - either soft buttery and reheat really well. They're not tough, more on chewy side and seasoned to the GODS! These are actually my FAVORITE. 3) Cinnamon knots - These were sweet and simple, the kids demolished them. Food came out quick--maybe 10 minutes tops, even though there were only 3 people working. Something that good be seen as a negative, depending on the person is that the experience felt very impersonal. The setup doesn't leave room for much interaction, so if you're someone who enjoys friendly service or chatting with staff, this isn't that kind of place. It's more order and go. There are 6 kiosks where you can order your food and a counter, but I didn't notice anyone waiting to assist customers there. The space itself is clean and wheelchair accessible. Another note is that there was no signage for the bathroom until you're already walking to the back, but once you're there, the restrooms are a good size and have changing tables. One big NEGATIVE is in the restroom that I used, the soap dispenser was not working at all. There wasn't any hand sanitizer or soap option in the restroom. Thankfully I keep mine in my purse. read more

First time coming to &Pizza in quite awhile. All ordering is now through kiosks. I've always disliked the seating area but now I consider this a take out only option. I like looking at the ingredients and deciding in the moment. I hate selecting here via a machine. This will probably be my last visit to this chain. $12 any pie... One plus with kiosk system: it makes it easier to select "no tip" since you don't feel guilted with human interactions. read more

I love & Pizza! But are hair nets no longer a requirement? The people are nice and responsive. It's a clean location. Why is the guy behind the counter swinging his non-netted hair?!? read more

I was in town for a wedding and there was an &pizza across the street from our hotel. This was very nostalgic for me since they do not have &pizza on the west coast. I would often eat lunch at the DC locations. The flavors were just how I remembered. I got a margherita pizza with spinach & buffalo sauce. It was fantastic, but I would have loved a little more sauce. Nonetheless, this brought me back to simpler times. The restaurant was clean & I would recommend this location if you're in the Woodbridge area! read more

This was my absolute favorite pizza place, until today because the vibe is totally off. They have a kiosk to order, which moved away from their personable and welcoming atmosphere. They skimped on the toppings, and there's not much room to ask staff about different toppings, because they refer you to the kiosk. I had to ask the young lady if she put bacon on my pizza because I initially didn't see it. My daughter's cheese pizza was borderline burnt and the pizza took longer than usual. They also used to play music and greet you, but that's changed as well. It feels like a pizza prison. Very saddened by their change. read more

The food is always warm or hot! I particularly do the take our route online and it's really helpful! I really like how I can choose when to pick up my food and I can set the date. I was first introduced to &Pizza when they opened their Springfield location and I had a wonderful conversation outside of it with their owner that I will never forget. Seeing them expand into Woodbridge makes my whole heart smile and my stomach so much happier knowing I don't have to travel as far to enjoy their unique soda selection and pizza toppings! It has been very cool seeing them expand their brand and define it even more with this location. The white and purple color scheme with the warehouse vibes are really cool and trendy which is something they've always done right. It's one of my favorite spots to show people and I keep coming back to it. read more

The pizza here is really good. They build it while you are in line, which is awesome. I would say this one is a bit slower than normal. It would have been nice to have backs on the seats and have access to the coke machine. But the pizza is awesome. read more

So far, this &pizza location is the best among the several &pizza locations I have tried. Here are the pros about this place. 1. You can park right in front. 2. There is a takeout window with a very visible sign above the window to let you know if they have your pie order, and if your pie is ready for pick up. 3. The staff is nice. It is great that you don't have to enter the store to pick up your pie. My pizza was ready on time and it was so good. read more

We have eaten &Pizza for a few years now. The food has always been pretty good, but today changed all that. We placed an on line order for delivery and received only the base of the pizza we ordered...no toppings. I called the number on the website, but it does not take you to the store, but rather someone that sends you a link to fill out a questionnaire about your order. There was absolutely no way to contact the store aside from driving there which I did not want to do, so we had a cold, inedible pizza. I will most likely never order from them again. I took the time to fill out the several page questionnaire so perhaps I will hear something but not in time for my dinner. Very disappointed. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would because of the employees. One in particular, which is the guy that thinks he's a women .... I come in there all the time and there's not once a good encounter or transaction that's good with this guy..... I walked in, 2 people sitting and eating, I said can I order with you guys he goes "no u have to order from the screen we're very busy" I looked around and said what busy? He said online order, I looked at the screen it was 3 orders and 6 workers. No one could've helped me???? I said I'll wait... I waited 10-15 mins until someone came and helped me while 2 other workers were playing around.... Whoever is the manager, you need to re train or fire your staff. TERRIBLE SERVICE, EMPLOYEES, MANAGEMENT! Get your shop in check! read more

This is a really nice &pizza!!! They have a pickup widow that allows you to order ahead walk up to the window, ring the bell and get your pizza. Very nice idea! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The inside was very clean! I'm super impressed. I ordered inside and my vegan pizza was ready in less than 5 mins! You can select everything from type of dough to toppings to drizzle on top for affordable price. If you sign up for their app, you'll get regular coupons and points towards free items. The staff at this location is by far the WORST. I'll drive to Alexandria, hell D.C before this one lol. I would even send my enemy here. It never fails there is ALWAYS an issue. I have ppl order under different accounts just to see if it's me and nope! It's the staff at this location. There is clearly not only very poor oversight, but little to no training, no customer service not even poor. And its from the too down, especially the male manager, like if you hate your job and ppl why work in service? read more

Nasty. I took a risk and decided to shake things up instead of going to Chipotle for my usual vegan option. I tried this place. I order the vegan pizza with vegan mozzarella cheese and plant-based chicken. The pizza had no cheese or plant-based chicken. The pizza tasted disgusting, like they used spoiled produce from the trash. I was not even going to bother to give a review, but the pizza was really bad. I had to warn other plant-based foodies. Hopefully, I don't end up with an upset stomach or dysentery; we'll see tomorrow. Pray for me. 12/6/25 @ 8:50 PM. read more

I'll say this is my son's favorite pizza of all time. He's so young so he doesn't understand there are tons of pizza restaurants in the world. But as of now I'm cool with that statement because it is that GOOD! You can never go wrong with a pizza from here. With the many options and choices the flavors are endless. The service is excellent no complaints. The staff is quick and fast with orders. And this particular location could possibly be the best in the area. Interior is really really nice. It's huge and has plenty of speach for seating. No lie you won't be disappointed!! It can get pricey if you order a sweet and a drink. I think it got to about $19. But just the specialty's start at $12. read more

That pizza slapped so hard, the service was very fast and they were nice, the design could use work but the food 100% made up for it.

Loved the food. Ambience is taken out style. Service was good. I was well received. The pizza was flavorful.

Good pizza choose your own toppings. Pizza is always good. I will return to eat more pizza from and pizza.

This place is a hot and trendy place! Sign up for the app where they have deals often. Buela along with the other workers are very polite and provide great customer service. Deliciousness - 5/5 Happiness - 5/5 A brand new &Pizza, and possibly their most impressive yet. The location is surprisingly big. They've done a good job in decorating, with impressive video screens and a sleek look inside. And in my opinion, &Pizza is the best fast casual pizza place. They have a ton of high quality toppings, numerous different sauces, and a crust that handles the load of toppings while also being delicious. You can build a vegetarian-friendly pie, a meat lover's pizza, or anything in between. This new location maintained the high standards I love about this place. But mainly, I want to praise the staff and employees. They had a line out the door (I went on their opening) and every worker I interacted was friendly and efficient despite the high stress they were under. They accidentally added toppings to my pizza I didn't want and expedited a new one to me, which I appreciated. They did really well under pressure. I am so happy this place is now in my neck of the woods. read more

This is the second time I've had &pizza but the first time at this location. I love all the options they have to customize your pizza. I signed up ahead of time for a 5$ coupon when I saw they were going to open so I was able to use that with no problems. I also like that they text when the order is ready. I give them one less star due to the fact that people ordering at the counter ordered and received there pizza's before my online order. read more

It's about time Woodbridge gets an &pizza! In my opinion, the best fast casual chain out there (argue with the wall). Super busy location, couple doors down from the Chipotle and adjacent to the Chick-Fil-A so aim to come at off peak times for parking. Inside is nice and clean looking as the other locations I've been to. I know they've only been open a couple weeks but they nailed our pick up order.Got our custom and white pizzas exactly how we asked. Crust still solid and did not skimp on anything. I will be back frequently now that they're so close. Thanks for granting my wish! read more

Overall pizzas tasted great (nice thin crust and generous toppings), but the in-person line to order food took a long time. Definitely order ahead of time if you can. There were only three or four people ahead of us in line, but we waited 20 minutes to get to the order start area, and then it took another 10 minutes to wait/get through the post-oven area to the register. The music inside the restaurant was really loud; no wonder the employees had trouble hearing customer orders. read more

I've had their pizza from their DC location and was pleasantly surprised. I finally tried this location and had my food delivered. I ordered a customized Pizza and also ordered the Hot Knots. For my main pizza I ended up creating my own concoction and was honestly not impressed with my skills at creating an ideal flat bread. However, after trying the Hot Knots, I will now attempt to replicate the same ingredients for my main flat bread in a future order. The knots really are the best I've ever had. I highly recommend you order these. They are light and airy yet have a nice crunch to them, along with a nice hint of bacon and heat from some sliced jalapenos. If anything just order this and you'll be satisfied and happy. Buen Provecho! read more

I like &pizza. But this location needs some customer service training. Ive been in here twice usually at 8pm. There is no line but they will make you wait. The guy making the dough has long dried out hair that he wears pulled back but does not cover with a hair net properly. The first time it was just on his frizzy ponytail, the second time he didn't have it on at all. His attitude gives off, I'll take your order when I'm ready. I understand they are making dough but when a customer comes in, you're supposed to stop and take the order. He straight up walked away and went in the back the first time In the middle of my order. The second time I stood there and waited 2-3 mins until he asked what I was having. That's just rude. After last night I won't be going back in to this location. read more

Haven't ventured to the new location in Woodbridge yet, but amazed at how people seem stunned how frantic a place is when it first opens... It's this way with the grand opening of ANY FAST FOOD PLACE... How about NOT going the first 2 weeks? Guess that's too logical to think of when you can gripe about the wait, lines and anything else! So you had to wait 15 minutes after ordering your pizza...Drink some soda, get back on your phone, since that's what people do even when eating...15 minutes flies back when gabbing... It's not like you had an important meeting to attend or catch a flight... read more
