Run, they have cockroaches! So I never actually ate here before but I did step inside after doing some grocery shopping at todos and had to use the restroom really bad. I see why the reviews are as bad as they are. This place is ridiculously slow and we waited 15 minutes in the line just for them to tell us they ran out of fries; mind you it's 2 pm on a Sunday. Beyond that, we still had to wait in line (even though we decided not to order anything) since the curb is to high you would do damage to your car trying to leave out. I keep trying to give this place a shot, I had a coupon this time; but they continue to let me down. Speaking of down, they also don't seem to care too much about their appearance. The area is littered with trash and even their menu board was on the ground. Slowest drive-thru ever! And once you're in the drive-thru you can get out because of the large curves on each side. Employees are very rude and unwelcoming. I came here once after work around 8pm. There was only 1 person working, she took my order and made the food too I think. I just ordered a regular whopper but she handed me some weird breakfast sandwich that was disgusting and messy. I came back today 06/16/23 and the lady looks and acts like trucker trash. Worst Burger King Ever! What's the point of having a menu and service if both are nonexistent? After waiting over five minutes for an employee to get on shift (in the afternoon) and staring at three employees staring at me (in a group), I only come to the fact that "none of the dessert machines are working, so none of the dessert items on the menu can be served". Alright, so I will just go somewhere else and not come back nor recommend this place. It's just sad to have an employee come from outside and say that he doesn't want to serve me, just like the three employees whom stared at me from their group. The location is horrible. You have to make a Uturn to get in parking lot they're in. Then drive around a very large parking lot to get to the drive thru. Not one car in front of me.Tried to use the App. It was not user-friendly at all. I had to just pay full for my food. Find the first menu sign. Partially covered with a bush of some kind. Ordered a whopper and coke. Drove to first window. No signage, lights, human at that window. So went to 2nd window. Then guy in first window yells Reverse Back!! I did but then my rear bumper was about to hit a pole. He asked for my order and payment of $8.86. I handed my Master card. Got receipt and food and drove off. The lady handing me the food didn't have plastic gloves on. Her fingernails were long and sharply pointed. And Bright yellow. The onions were too thick and hanging off. There must have been 12 pickleslices. I threw away all but 2. The store was on Route 1 in Dumfries Virginia. Not a good experience. read more

There is something dismal and disorienting about this Burger King. There is one guy who works drive thru and he is the best employee any fast food place could have. Anyone who leaves a positive comment is talking about that same guy. He deserves to be GM, pay him better please. However, I only see him from time to time. This is the second time I have tried this burger king. Yet again not one person in line and told to wait a sec. Out of the back came a nice young lady arms full of cup lids and straws. The young man who stood idle the whole time took them out of her arms and told her to take our order. She apologized and took the order. Afterwords she came over and retrieved the straws and lids the young man had tossed on the counter, as he told her how to load them. He never once picked up trash or fallen fries or onion rings that had fallen on floor. Way over priced for quality of food. The "angriest" whopper had no jalepenos nor any kind of spice to it. 2 hotdogs and a med. Onion ring plus the "angriest" whopper was just over $15.00... unreal!! will Never go back! I have ordered 2 double whoppers with coke and iced tea, I was charged for 1 simple whopper and c window we made the complaint and since the wait was kind of long we decided to just take that order since my bf decided to tried the one with bacon, once we got to the house was another surprise! 2 simple whoppers! Unfortunately I only realized my sandwhich was missing before driving home. Service once again was miserable. Person working the drive thru Chris did not say a single word. Opened window and was handed my straws. I gave my card.. Gave me my incorrect order. Closed window. When I came back to get my missing sandwhich I got a "Its in there." after giving me 1. Thats it.
