Ever since this went under new management it went down to the drain. Managers are rude, employees are not caring, and the food is just completely awful. Stopped at this McDonalds last night around 7 PM, it was not crowded and there was no line in the drive-thru, no line but had to go and park and wait for my order. Simple order two Quaterpounders (one with cheese and the other with cheese and bacon) and two large orders of french fries. Hamburger meat was "raw" and the bacon was old....french fries were cold. The restrooms were filthy with hair all over sinks, no paper towels, feces on toilet seats, and the floors were a mess. This might be the slowest McDonald's known to man. I've been three times and same result. The location is convenient but there's usually a long ass line even though they have two order windows. Wish I could say there had been an improvement, but no. This time, went thru Drive Thru approximately 8:15 am this morning. Order was taken fairly quickly, money was also taken expeditiously. Drinks were not filled to the top (but they managed to find the ice machine), and then the clerk at the window says very curtly, "please park your car for your order". I park, and they bring the order out about 2 min later. Cold. The girl who brought it out ran back inside once she stuck the bag into the window, so bringing this to her attention wasn't an option.
