Ever since this went under new management it went down to the drain. Managers are rude, employees are not caring, and the food is just completely awful. Simple order two Quaterpounders (one with cheese and the other with cheese and bacon) and two large orders of french fries. Hamburger meat was "raw" and the bacon was old....french fries were cold. There were only 3 employees doing EVERYTHING while the managers and other employees were nowhere to be found. Eventually three managers came out out of nowhere and STILL didn't push our food. Myself along with four other people were waiting for our MOBILE orders while those who came in and used the kiosk got their food within minutes. There were also three black female employees who literally RAN out of the store when their shift ended, didn't even bother to help their coworkers who were swamped with people inside the store and the delivery truck and the drive through. They also made their friends food and left without even offering to help their fellow employees. This WHOLE store needs a whole new night crew because they are absolutely and incredibly rude and just don't give a shit about customers at all. Do NOT go to this location EVER!! Drive up to Woodbridge or down to the other McDonalds in Dumfries but NEVER EVER GO HERE!!! Wish I could say there had been an improvement, but no. This time, went thru Drive Thru approximately 8:15 am this morning. Order was taken fairly quickly, money was also taken expeditiously. Drinks were not filled to the top (but they managed to find the ice machine), and then the clerk at the window says very curtly, "please park your car for your order". The restrooms were filthy with hair all over sinks, no paper towels, feces on toilet seats, and the floors were a mess.
