This is by far my favorite fast food place of all time. While I am not a burger person, the nuggets and fries here are the best I've ever had. I don't care about sauce or ketchup as I don't like the taste or smell of either of those. Great service too! This place is filthy and poorly run. Would have given them zero Stars if it was an option. Trash cans running over and trash on the floor. Lobby floor looks like it has not been mopped in weeks!! This is a fast food joint, so it sucks like all fast food joints. But it also has good kids working hard to make you feel like it's more than a fast food joint. Updated everything, a TV so you can watch some random garden show whilst you eat breakfast on a Saturday, Hot Mustard sauce (yep, it's back boys and girls), and some guy in a "Cocaine and Caviar" t-shirt (my bet is he has only tried one...and has no idea what fish eggs taste like). It is a fine McDonalds...too bad it resides in "The Land of Shitty Drivers." Here's the rub. Some douchenozzle pulled out right in front of me and alternately sped and brake-checked me. I called him an idiot, because he is. And then he proceeded to follow me to the golf course of my choice, because he's also an asshole. And he was "filming" me the whole time, threatened to tell my boss and my wife, as if that would matter to me at all. HE IS THE ONE WHO FUCKED UP. I just called him on it. If you ever find yourself in a situation where you are filming someone with "road rage", odds are you are a horrible driver who should just go home, open up a vein, and sit in a warm bathtub. The fact of the matter is that there are better people than you in the world, no matter what the Declaration of Independence says we are not all equal (created? perhaps, but you veered way South); you suck at driving and I am really fucking awesome at it. And if you follow someone to a place you weren't going just to "film" them you are all three of these: a) an instigator who deserves any punching/shitting on/nuclear blast on your forehead that I can conjur up; 2- in need of a revoking of your driver's license, because, seriously, you have no idea what the fuck you are doing on the road; and D. REALLY tough when you yell at me from behind your steering wheel, but won't get out of your car to have a rational conversation with someone your doughy, loser ass can't possibly fight but just called a "fuck wad". OK, this is the one right off I95 that takes you to RT1, right? I go there quite a bit and they've NEVER gotten my order wrong! The service can be exceptionally slow during peak hours but that's because they're exceptionally hard hit. The staff has always been friendly and courteous to me. A lot of Latinas there. read more

I would give them a zero if I could but I have no choice to given a star. The first time, I waited for over 10 mins to be rudely told that they were only talking cash. Like they were doing me a favor that I went in there with a debit card. No sign on the front door. Just come in and get punk! Wow! I should've read the reviews SMH. Horrible management. I ordered the some nuggets and a sandwich. I payed and pulled up to the pick up window. I noticed that I forgot to get fries. So I told the young man "I'm sorry may I add medium fries to the order?" He nods his head and asked someone to tell him how much it would be? Some replied. He then turns around and said that his manager said that I had to go around again! I replied seriously! Your going to make me go back around through the drive thru for fries? This place is pretty f****** bad at everything. If I didn't just want the comfort of knowing what McDonald's taste like and it's convenient cuz I'm traveling this would be even more horrible. It still amazes me when fast food workers want $15 an hour and they're not even worth the nine that they're getting right now. i'm really sorry but this mcdonald's SUCKS. i went to go visit my friend at work & ordered a 6 piece kids meal (with 2 sides of fries) and a small caramel frappe. the ordering and paying of my food was fine & i got to see my friend so mission accomplished but when i got to the 2nd window to get my food my experience turned to shit really quick. first, the person at the window didn't even acknowledge me when i pulled up. they filled like 5 different drinks before giving me my kids meal and the drink that goes with it. so next i was only waiting for my frappe. i didn't think i would be waiting for my frappe as long as i did so i start snacking on one of my 2 sides of fries. the person at the window LEFT for a few minutes and was nowhere to be seen. they come back and pour a watery ass, soupy ass, thin ass frappe (and didn't even fill it all the way) and put some whipped cream on the top. at this point i've been sitting at the window for a good 8-9 minutes and the line is starting to get backed up. i see the guy with my drink try to drizzle caramel on the top but i guess it wasn't working so they left AGAIN. they come back to the window and say there isn't anymore caramel & asked if i wanted a mocha frappe instead. i declined and asked if i could have my money back. i guess they went to tell whoever that i wanted my money back and they leave for a THIRD time. this time they're gone for a couple minutes and then come back with like 3 other people and somehow they manage to give me the littlest amount of caramel on top of my frappe. i'm thinking this nightmare of an experience is over, but i was wrong. while waiting for that damn drink, i finished the first side of fries just to find out they only gave me 1 side so that sucked. i start to eat my nuggets and they only gave me 5 (but 2 of them were stuck together so that's technically 4). i really debated on leaving this review but they didn't debate on giving me better customer service. im sure y'all don't care but i need to announce that i'm not coming back to this mcdonald's for a verrryyyyy long time & i hope the workers have to deal with some type of repercussions for their customer neglect. also, the person who took my order didn't even ask if i wanted any sauce... good thing i like my nuggets dry anyway read more

Grilled southwest chicken ordered at drive thru. Got "crispy" chicken nor grilled. Chicken is all grissle, large vein holding sliced chicken piwces together, disgusting. A bunch of stems underneath stuck to bottom of chicken by melted cheese. THE MANAGER knew I was waiting for grilled not a crispy chicken salad, cashier & window server told him yet he went ahead and bagged up the "crispy" chicken salad which apparently was a chicken sandwich before it transformed into a salad. My only experiences with this restaurant have been in the morning drive-thru line, so keep that in mind. During those times, they have been very friendly and quick, and they have not messed up an order in over 100 visits. They even handle the "no ice" and "light ice" requests efficiently. they get your order wrong maybe 2 out of 5 times which is not acceptable. They offer a 60 second guarentee from when you pay to when you pick up your food. This is only the case if you order something they already have made and sitting there. A lot of the time they ask you to pull up and wait in drive thru parking for a good 5 minutes. Happens way too often to me. Employees hear your order wrong sometime. As for food, its fast food. It's i hate my life food. No comment about food lol. Except their new mozza sticks could be better but what can i expect. Their all day breakfast needs to include the biscuit sandwhiches........Thats a side issue with corporate not with this perticular store. I do like that when i get all day breakfast, they charge me the price of the buscuit sandwhich and it just says english muffin instead of biscuit. One time they charged me the price of the all day english muffin sandwhich and all i got was egg and cheese and it was a whole dollar more than the biscuit one. read more

I waited in drive-thru parking for 10 minutes for my order. It never showed up. When I asked for a refund since I got no food they started rudely insulting me for no reason. I never had such problems at any store of any kind before. I submitted a complaint to the owner through corporate and he didn't bother to respond. Obviously I'll be avoiding this place going forward. Wow really i don't know about everyone else but this McDonalds is the BEST in the world. You can't expect EVERY McDonalds in the world to be PERFECT . Like really? These managers and workers are trying their hardest and I appreciate every amount of work they put into this because honestly everyone saying '' they suck , and they messed up my orders '' but if you were the actual one working behind the counters 9 times out of 10 that would not be coming from your mouth.
