My family and I stopped through last weekend and we couldn't eat here because of sanitation issues. We first had all the kids use the bathroom and wash their hand when we realized there was no soap. There were employees using the bathroom and walking out not washing their hands. This McD was OK. Staff were having an incredibly loud and obnoxious staff meeting right in front of the counter while we were trying to select a few snacks during our stop on our road trip. We didn't get much and ended up going with just a few drinks and a smoothie which were ready quickly as there was no line. It's in a large shopping center with an interesting intersection in front that can really back up - but all in all - it did the trick for a drink, snack and bathroom break. read more

Omar tuned our day around! Long day of traveling in rain and fog and stopped traffic with two small children is a recipe for gloomy moods. We came to McDonald's for a bathroom break and happy meals. Omar let my daughter pretend to work at the register (thankfully it was not a busy time) and gave both my kids a cookie. All the workers clapped for her and they all had smiles and such positive energy. They turned our day around. We can't stop talking about what an awesome experience it was. Absolutely the worst. I was in the drive through for 15 min. They could not figure out my simple order. I was there so long ride customers behind me blew their horn and were yelling at me for holding up the line. The ladies handing me my food were nothing short of blatantly rude like this whole ordering fiasco was my fault. I rarely, if ever, write negative reviews but this is by far the worst McDonald's experience ever. Save your time and your patience. Drive 10 more min to the next McDonalds. I'm not sure what this location is doing differently but it's pretty upsetting that the quality was so low that after grabbing our order from the drive thru we hoped on the highway and then pulled off just to toss the meal. The nuggets tasted like something freezer burned for months then tossed in the fryer. I AM SO PISSED AND DIGUSTED!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I just ordered a #3 in the drive-thru, got home 3 miles away and opened the bag to find a FULLY GROWN ROACH crawling around in the bag. I had to run to the kitchen and dunk it in a basin full of water to kill it. There was no way I was throwing that in my waste bin for more roaches to possibly hatch or for this one to crawl out and take up residence in my home. I called the number listed for this location three times only for the phone to ring and ring and never get answered. I don't normally eat fast food but left my office late tonight and there aren't many options in this area. As far as McDonalds go, this one is pretty good. The service has always been decent. They get orders wrong from time to time so I couldn't give 5 stars. Drive thru workers are consistently pleasant and good at what they do. Aybek is particularly nice and provides exceptional service! If I could give no stars I would. I never in my life ever had this happen but I guess dealing with nasty McDonald's there is always a risk. I went through the drive through and waiting for food before picking up my daughter from daycare. The food took about 5 minutes to receive after paying for it so I thought it would be piping hot. I get home almost 30 minutes later and get ready to give my daughter her happy meal she waited all week for, only to find no nuggets and stale fries. This morning they were extremely rude at the second window. They were running a after you pay get it in 60 seconds or a free sandwich. When I got my food first she tried to give me the wrong order and then she kept asking for the timer rudely. I'm like no not until you give me my correct food. The girl who brought me my food at the drive thru window had an attitude towards me. Now I work in fast food too, I get it, plus it's McDonald's, but you really shouldn't be giving customers an attitude because it can cost you your job plus it can make someone's day worse. She also forgot to put in some of the proper condiments that goes with my order and had to drive back to retrieve them inside. Worst McDonald's I've ever visited. They always get the order wrong in the Drive thru. I really didn't think that they could screw it up if I went inside. WRONG!!!!! I purchased (2) six piece happy meals. I even opened the boxes to ensure that everything was inside. What I didn't do was open the box to actually count the nuggets. They put 4 nuggets in each 6-piece box, which tells me that it was intentional. I really wish that I could give them negative stars. Please save your money or visit a different location. read more

McDonald's is great. If they have bagels [which usually they don't] they're very good. The bathrooms are good too. I was very sick today and threw up in it. Flush very well. The food is probably not real meat etc. but for some reason it tastes fucking amazing. Would 10/10 recommend to go there for homecoming or prom dinner. read more
