Staff here were super nice. I appreciate the service of feeding hungry locals. This is a high volume location so please folks, afford them some grace. Its easy to be an asshole. The staff were hustlin and bustlin. Thank you! read more

How about didn't give me any food somebody else took my order. I had to wait 20 million minutes. Their service took so long. The ambience was crazy. I actually waited two hours. The guy in the picture name is Gerard Moore. read more

My family and I stopped through last weekend and we couldn't eat here because of sanitation issues. We first had all the kids use the bathroom and wash their hand when we realized there was no soap. There were employees using the bathroom and walking out not washing their hands. Yeah no thanks, e-coli wasn't on our menu so we decided gas station chips were probably a better option instead. read more

This McD was OK. Staff were having an incredibly loud and obnoxious staff meeting right in front of the counter while we were trying to select a few snacks during our stop on our road trip. We didn't get much and ended up going with just a few drinks and a smoothie which were ready quickly as there was no line. It's in a large shopping center with an interesting intersection in front that can really back up - but all in all - it did the trick for a drink, snack and bathroom break. read more

I'm so upset with the service tonight . The manger lady is so rude and her Dominican worker was rude as well. I've never experienced this at this McDonald and I feel very disrespected. I tried explaining to her nicely and she was very mean about the situation. Very disgusted with the experience tonight . She gotta work on her attitude. read more

Omar tuned our day around! Long day of traveling in rain and fog and stopped traffic with two small children is a recipe for gloomy moods. We came to McDonald's for a bathroom break and happy meals. Omar let my daughter pretend to work at the register (thankfully it was not a busy time) and gave both my kids a cookie. All the workers clapped for her and they all had smiles and such positive energy. They turned our day around. We can't stop talking about what an awesome experience it was. Just shows how a little kindness can turn your day around! Thanks Omar and team! You're doing a fantastic job! read more

The worst fucking McDonald's ever. No english, repeated order 5 times. Charged me for someone else's order $60 dollars and I got no refund. Terrible read more

they must not believe in giving dipping sauce for nuggets, because every time i order nuggets i never get any, I guess they expect you to eat some dry nuggets ... not too mention they're always leaving at least 1 item out of my bag , doesnt happen all the time but frequently. Not bad service just need a better hiring manager read more

The workers look a bit stressed playing "Musical cars" and going car to car asking "Is this your order?". They've come to us three times already with several different orders. Find a system! read more

McDonald's - Clueless. - Fast Food Near Me - Dumfries, Virginia

Absolutely the worst. I was in the drive through for 15 min. They could not figure out my simple order. I was there so long ride customers behind me blew their horn and were yelling at me for holding up the line. The ladies handing me my food were nothing short of blatantly rude like this whole ordering fiasco was my fault. I rarely, if ever, write negative reviews but this is by far the worst McDonald's experience ever. Save your time and your patience. Drive 10 more min to the next McDonalds. My order for reference 1 crispy chicken sandwich meal, medium 1 grilled chicken sandwich meal, medium 3 6 pieces nugget meals 1 cheeseburger happy meal, all with extra fries and apple juice read more

The absolute QUEENS that run this place are making me believe in McDonalds again. The best customer service! Whoever was working 12/22/23 around 1040 am is my friend for life. Excellent employees, excellent service. read more

I came in last night to get a grimace shake with my friend. We sat in his car and drank them........ I woke up and it was all over my shirt pouring out of my mouth. My friend was sitting on the toilet screaming screaming at the wall GRIMMACE YOU GREEASEY BASTARD. But my McNuggets were fine. read more

This is one of the best McDonald's I've been to. And I've eaten here many times maybe 20. The food is 9/10 times hot! Great staff. They get my order right and food tastes good. read more

I'm not sure what this location is doing differently but it's pretty upsetting that the quality was so low that after grabbing our order from the drive thru we hoped on the highway and then pulled off just to toss the meal. The nuggets tasted like something freezer burned for months then tossed in the fryer. Pretty frustrating that I just tossed $10 in the trash and now need to go grab something else when I'm generally a big fan of the fast casual restaurant. read more

I AM SO PISSED AND DIGUSTED!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I just ordered a #3 in the drive-thru, got home 3 miles away and opened the bag to find a FULLY GROWN ROACH crawling around in the bag. I had to run to the kitchen and dunk it in a basin full of water to kill it. There was no way I was throwing that in my waste bin for more roaches to possibly hatch or for this one to crawl out and take up residence in my home. I called the number listed for this location three times only for the phone to ring and ring and never get answered. I don't normally eat fast food but left my office late tonight and there aren't many options in this area. I will be stopping for food closer to my office from now on before I ever eat here again. read more

McDonald's - I AM SO PISSED AND DIGUSTED!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! They have roaches!!! - Fast Food Near Me - Dumfries, Virginia

The most wonderful experience I've had at a McDonald's drive thru. Each and every person running the drive thru had a lovely demeanor and made sure the food was fresh. read more

As far as McDonalds go, this one is pretty good. The service has always been decent. They get orders wrong from time to time so I couldn't give 5 stars. Drive thru workers are consistently pleasant and good at what they do. Aybek is particularly nice and provides exceptional service! Great job on that hire... you guys should have him teach customer service to all your new employees cause he knows exactly how to treat customers! read more

If I could give no stars I would. I never in my life ever had this happen but I guess dealing with nasty McDonald's there is always a risk. I went through the drive through and waiting for food before picking up my daughter from daycare. The food took about 5 minutes to receive after paying for it so I thought it would be piping hot. I get home almost 30 minutes later and get ready to give my daughter her happy meal she waited all week for, only to find no nuggets and stale fries. Instead of having nuggets in the container there is a lot of white substance. See picture attached. Needless to say I will no longer be giving McDonald's my business. read more

I don't usually expect much from McDonalds, but this place is probably the worst location I've been to. Food was cold at the dinner rush hour, employees were rude and didn't even attempt to make it a decent experience, and the audio at the drive thru couldn't be understood if there was a TelePrompter repeating what they mumbled at you. This location needs help, and this is from a previous employee of this chain. read more

I would give this zero stars if I could. Just sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes (after ordering my food) and was still 5 cars from the window; so I just left. Hands down the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. Checking comments on here and saw someone had a roach in there food only 3 months ago!! The Managers should be fired! Glad I didnt get my kids food here after all. Probably just saved them from a disgusting and sickening experience. read more

This place is horrible. I spent 15 minutes in the drive through. The line barely moved. Then when I received my nuggets for my son they were barely hot. Not one person apologized for the long ass wait. Piss poor customer service. read more

Lousy location. Slow service. No napkin dispenser anywhere. I'm the only one in the dining room and they packed my order to go (no napkins in the bag either). They are only worried about the drive thru here. read more

It's rare that I consistently have good experiences at McDonald's, but I'm really shocked. There must be a new manager or owner because this is the best McDonald's I've been to so far. The food is always hot, and tastes as fresh as McDonald's can be. The workers at the windows are generally very nice, and they're pretty speedy. If this is a new manager causing this, keep them. read more

This morning they were extremely rude at the second window. They were running a after you pay get it in 60 seconds or a free sandwich. When I got my food first she tried to give me the wrong order and then she kept asking for the timer rudely. I'm like no not until you give me my correct food. And then someone else stepped and was rude and I was like well she was trying to give me the wrong food. She rolled her eyes at me. That place is always slow but I never got rude service. I get that they want to be faster but they don't have to be rude about it. read more

The girl who brought me my food at the drive thru window had an attitude towards me. Now I work in fast food too, I get it, plus it's McDonald's, but you really shouldn't be giving customers an attitude because it can cost you your job plus it can make someone's day worse. She also forgot to put in some of the proper condiments that goes with my order and had to drive back to retrieve them inside. The people working drive thru really need to work on their attitude overall. read more

The 5 stars are for the staff, always polite, always friendly! They get my orders right 99% of the time so I'm happy...

Great customer service, fast and accurate with orders. Have never had a problem. All food is hot and up to standards. Employees here are great; management is clearly doing an awesome job! read more

It's McDonalds. Tf you expect? Dont expect 5* service from a 2* restaurant. Check your bag before you leave and make sure your fries are hot. Nothing special here but if you hungry.. enjoy! read more

Hate this restaurant with a passion. I get the same horrible service every time I come here. Unfortunately I have a 7 year old that loves the chicken sandwich and it boils down to convenience. Other than that I would never ever come to this place. Be prepared to spend at least 15 minutes in the drive thru everytime you visit.... read more

Meets McDonald's standards... No surprises... My first time here... Went through the drive-through. Service was fast. Outside area seen neat and orderly. Appearance from the outside looks like an an average McDonald's... Staff was friendly. Ordered one 3rd pound sirloin burger with bacon. Sandwich was good... Did not order anything else... Recommend coming here if you want a standard McDonald's experience. read more

Complete and utter bull! Waited 15 minutes in a drive through for "fast" food just for my food to be cold. I know its mcdonalds but geez i couldnt even warm food? Nobody even apologized for such a long wait with only 3 other cars infront of me. Only good thing was that the red head i paid to wasnt rude or anything, so props to him, go work at wendys or something dude. Worst McDonald's I've ever visited. They always get the order wrong in the Drive thru. I really didn't think that they could screw it up if I went inside. WRONG!!!!! I purchased (2) six piece happy meals. I even opened the boxes to ensure that everything was inside. What I didn't do was open the box to actually count the nuggets. They put 4 nuggets in each 6-piece box, which tells me that it was intentional. I really wish that I could give them negative stars. Please save your money or visit a different location. read more

Nearly every order is wrong. The drive-through is excruciatingly slow. I would give a negative if I could. We have literally sat more than half an hour in the line and then asked to pull into a reserved spot. How can a place call itself fast food? It is bad. Really really bad. The worst McDonalds I've ever known. read more

McDonald's is great. If they have bagels [which usually they don't] they're very good. The bathrooms are good too. I was very sick today and threw up in it. Flush very well. The food is probably not real meat etc. but for some reason it tastes fucking amazing. Would 10/10 recommend to go there for homecoming or prom dinner. read more
