I just tried calling to place an order. The guy who answered was so rude and hung up the phone. I called again and asked to speak with the manager. He said it was him and didn't take my orders or questions and hung up the call again. I never write reviews but this was horrible customer service and the lack of management is insane! Papa John's needs to reconsider their manager for this location and if he's not the manager definitely needs to consider doing a training for their employees on answering phones and customer service. Wow. If you're wondering why this spot got the worst reviews it's probably management here.Completely childish. I ordered delivery thinking they'd deliver to the door but they leave it in the grass somewhere. Who knows who got that dinner cuz it wasn't me. Called to see what'd they'd do about it and the manager leaves me on hold over 15 mins. While I'm on hold they text me a picture of the pizza boxes in the grass! :) attached. I'm pissed no pizza. Spent over 50 bucks on dinner that I didn't get. So I'm on hold and when I finally get through all they got to say is it's my fault for not answering the phone. I had to update my phone number in the app and I did, but they still called the wrong number and told me I should take responsibility. Look, I totally understand I was willing to work something out , until they start screaming on the phone at me ? Like bruh , I was trying to stay calm. At that point my boyfriend takes the phone and tells them to stop yelling and that's when the manager or whoever wants to calm down. Can't complain at all. I ordered a large thin crust pizza w easy bbq sauce, easy cheese Hawaiian pizza and a large double sausage pizza. Eta for my pizza was around 5:45pm. It's rush hr in Chicago so I dont expect it till the exact eta time if not later. I followed my tracker link they give you via email. It's 5:25 and Im munching my pizza as I type! After going today to make the order, the website tells me it's not offered in my area. I spoke with a customer service rep, and he made it very clear there was nothing he could do and wanted to move on. Absolutely horrible! I'd stay away if I were you and go to pizza hut instead! Ordered from this location a couple weeks ago. I just moved to the area and haven't had Papa johns pizza in years, So I was eager to try their new pan pizza when I found out there was a location nearby that delivers to me. Placed an online order for a Medium pan pizza with extra cheese and light pizza sauce, light onion. Delivery came 40 minutes later, and it was cold. Warmed it up in the oven, and was disgusted when I took a bite. Not only was there not extra cheese on it but it was SWIMMING in very sweet sugar loaded pizza sauce, and mounds and mounds of onions. Normally I love onion but this was too much. They must of cut up 4 large onions and put them all underneath the cheese. It was so gross. The dough wasn't all the way cooked through either, I had to put it back in the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes. Extremely disappointed and will not be back again. I tried to send out a complaint on their website by email not once but twice, and never heard back from them. Not even an apology. read more

This has been my go to pizza stop for a late dinner when I don't feel like cooking. Large carry out special with one topping 7 dollars or the 5 buck lunch special that includes a drink. A good deal all around. Friendly staff, fast service and most of all a clean location. A remodel of this location was done, so it looks very nice and still clean. Great pizza. read more

Well, Papa John's had their Super Bowl deal where if Americans picked the result of the coin toss correctly at the Super Bowl they'd give all their rewards members nationwide a free large 1 item pizza and a 2 liter Pepsi. I'd never had Papa John's, but figured what the heck I have nothing to lose so I joined their rewards club and was surprised to find out me and everybody else was actually getting a free pizza and Pepsi! Today I ordered my carry out order for a large 1 item pizza and a 2 liter Pepsi and sure enough the total was FREE which was a very good thing. Another point in their favor was the pizza was ready when I arrived to pick it up. The final good point was that the young lady working behind the counter was very friendly and professional even though it would have been easy for her to relax the standards for an order that was not making the company a single penny on that visit. Unfortunately, the flavor of the pizza left me being thankful that it was a freebie and that I hadn't had to pay for it. It just really lacked flavor in general and the only part that really seemed to have much flavor was the beef. I am thankful for the chance to try their product at no charge, but I just can't feel right giving them higher than a 2 star rating. If I'm in that area and very hungry maybe I'll try them again at some point in the future, but I'd have to be real hungry. The place is fast whether you order on-line, in-store, or through the phone and the projected pickup time is always accurate, never had to wait longer then they told me. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because of the parking lot. The area it's located in is at the Brickyard Mall, and however it is a big mall, they decided to designate 2-3 handicap spots right in front of the entrance. Now to the side of those handicap spots are 1-2 spots, and then a curb, so there really is no parking when you go to pick up your food. It seems like Brickyard could put those handicap spots in a better location then right in front of a Papa Johns. read more

This is my neighborhood pizza place, and my family and I always order from here when we're in the mood for some delicious veggie or chicken pizza that's never overly greasy. Their workers are always super friendly regardless of how close to closing we order, their food is always hot and speedy when delivered, and they always have great delivery and take out topping deals. I know I know... It's a chain, how good can it be? I am a bread lover and the dough that is used for these pizzas is fantastic. It reminds me of sweet yeast rolls from Quincy's or Ryan's (family style buffet chain restaurants). The only grease on the crust if from where the cheese grease dripped down after the pie gets cut. I order plain breadsticks to fill with cheese from the pizza slices. YUM. They have great online deals if you order online. I live 3 miles away from this location. I placed my order for 2 pizzas and 1 order breadsticks online. I immediately checked my e-mail to confirm. I got in my car and headed over. When I was pulling into the shopping center they gave me a courtesy call to let me know my food was coming out of the oven. I walked in, took the boxes and went home. The whole transaction took 15 minutes. It took me longer to figure out what I wanted to order. BTW I love the white pizza. The crust and breadsticks are fluffy and flaky (very similar to a fresh croissant). It smells like sugar and yeast. read more
