After waiting longer than I was willing to, I asked for a refund. Even that became another process of waiting, repeating myself, and then having to ask for a receipt. There was no apology or acknowledgment from management for the delay or inconvenience. What bothers me most is that this is not an isolated experience. I frequently feel ignored or poorly acknowledged here while watching other customers receive much smoother service. As a Black customer, the repeated pattern makes me question whether bias may be contributing to how I'm treated. At this point, the convenience is no longer worth the frustration. There are couple food trucks on property which are not amazing but Rollertown does not allow you to bring in your own food so you are captive to their food trucks.
