They ended up charging me for 7 pizzas and I ended going to there competitor. I went to the store to dispute these charges and got zero help and was told to pound sand by the MANAGER. So I order late night pizzas regularly and tonight, as soon as I closed the door tonight after receiving a delicious double hawaiian, I tripped and fell down the stairs. Killed my back, had a massive rug burn on my arm and spilled the pizza all over the floor. After collecting myself and having a mini-cry, I called Papa John's back and this was like 1:30 a.m. so I just wanted to see if they would be willing to deliver to me again since they close at 2 a.m. A wonderful Audrey answered the phone and when I explained what happened, she just totally offered to send out a duplicate! Have ordered three or four times here and each time is a good experience. Everything from a couple pies to enough to feed a small army. Each time I was pleased with the delivery time, the pies were nice and hot and the flavor was excellent. The last time I asked for a few extra peppers and garlic butter, no issues and they provided it and paper plates and napkins! So I have been very pleased and while they aren't the cheapest pizza shop in town they surely are my favorite delivery place. Oh they did mess up one order and delivered one of the pizzas in the wrong size, but after I called them and told them they were very quick to fix the order and had another pizza delivered quickly. I don't expect everyone to be perfect and know mistakes happen but when it did here they sorted it out ASAP, very pleased.
