Big fan of this place! I have been following since they started as a delivery service in 2020. The little kiosk they have now in Indio is a cool little spot to grab some food while visiting downtown Indio. The PH burger I feel is a very solid good burger, and the various loaded fries are fun. I have been getting burgers at this place since they opened and have had them many times. The burgers are really great, put together very well, good sauce and toppings. I typically get the double, or if I am really hungry, I'll go for the triple, phixed. When they first opened, they had REALLY GOOD fries, perfectly crispy without saying well done. I loved them so much, just as much as the burger. Good fries are really important to me. But ever since they were at the Coachella Music Festival, the fries started to go downhill. Always soggy. So I started asking for well done/crispy, and they still arrive soggy, as if they don't even do well done like I ask, no difference. The burgers are still good so I have given them a bunch more chances....even after they announced the change of the oil they use for the fries. I don't know what happened, but the fries are still very subpar and I can't really get a burger if the fries aren't good anymore. If you are looking for a great burger, go for it, but for me, the fries need to go back to the early days for me to return. read more

Amazing burgers and not to be missed French fries. Stumbled upon this food truck quite by accident and expectations were exceeded. From the order being taken to the meal being delivers to my car , those guys were poetry in motion. Polite, engaging, and happy to be there which is something rarely , if ever experienced when picking up some fast food. Basically for the same price you would pay for a combo meal at any given burger chain, PapaHeadz delivers a fast fresh delicious gourmet burger experience. If you come across this business I highly recommend stopping and enjoying quite possibly one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. PS. We waited 45 plus minuets to receive our order, when I asked for a refund it was another wait to get an answer just to give me my order and tell me no refunds are given. This company is scam. What a poor way to treat your company and employee, the one girl they had letting us know they were no refund literally looked like she wanted to cry and not once did the owner come out to speak to all the customers that had been waiting. If your not capable of selling at an event then atleast give costumers a heads up that the wait will almost be an hour. read more

We had booked papa Headz food truck for the July 4 holiday, at least seven weeks in advanced, and they gave us less than 48 hours notice cancellation. They claimed that their truck did not have air conditioning, and it could not be operated because it was too hot yet they are out selling burgers in both of their trucks today.
