She took him to another area and found the sizes and styles that would work (be allowed) at school. Her help was awesome and she even checked to make sure that they fit and that she liked them. Once they got a size that worked she went and helped them get some additional jeans. Seriously 5 star performance from this employee. Three stars is primarily based on not necessarily having anything that I was interested in and the tight quarters. But, I would return and check them out again when I'm in the mall.

I saw several cute blouses and accessories in the midst of all the jeans. I was quickly greeted and assisted by a team member who pulled four different styles of jeans for me to try. I'm only 5'3 and often have to get my jeans altered for length, however, all of Madewell's jeans fell in just the right spot. I ended up getting two pair, one of which was on sale for only $14.99. I love how comfortable they are and consider this purchase a good wardrobe investment.

Bailey was the associate that helped us. She was super friendly, and seemed to genuinely want to help. So they definitely get an A for customer service.
